Fantastic experience: The best programming in the area. Well rounded, always interesting. Very community oriented. Everyone is so nice. The coaches are great, and give honest feedback. They are on top of everyone in class to make sure your form is on point. If you have thought about trying a class- do it!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing gym! I was in the area on business and needed a gym while I was here. Everyone here was friendly and inviting. I was surprised with how big and spotless clean the gym was. The coaches were helpful and the work outs were challenging just like they should be. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s the only CrossFit gym I have been in that has ac. If I am ever here on business I will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: This is a first rate Crossfit gym in Shelton, CT. Knowledgeable coaches, plenty of equipment and enough space for any type of WOD. Classes throughout the day so there are a lot of options. Friendly vibe from all the coaches and members. Would definitely recommend whether you are new to Crossfit or an experienced veteran.

Fantastic experience: Hi there! I travel for my job and this summer I spent my time in Connecticut. Naturally I would look for someplace to workout and after looking and trying a few different crossfit boxes (which were a big fail) I came across Shelton Athletics and wow I was blown away from the first workout. There are soooo many good things that I can say about this establishment. The community and members are so welcoming; really pushing you to do your best and cheering you on. The coaches are amazing: they are soooo patient, enthusiastic, they actually teach/coach, and also seem to love what they do. The establishment is always very clean, equipment in great condition, and they also encourage social distancing with each athlete having their own square that is marked off to workout in. No worries, it’s more than enough space for sure. I’ve found my love for crossfit again because of this place and I’m eager to keep at it. When I left CT I was so sad because I was leaving the best crossfit I’ve experienced since living in the USA for about three years now. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this amazing crossfit community that is Shelton Athletics. Needless to say I spent my full three months in CT only working out there after I found them. I will miss the people and bonds I’ve created. I hope to come across another that are as close to or just as good as they are.

Fantastic experience: Hugely supportive community. Very knowledgeable coaches who can break down movements well and offer modifications if there’s a need. Everyone cheers each other on and makes sure there’s high energy during workouts.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. They are very accommodating to my skill level and lack of knowledge with exercising. They let me work at my own pace, while motivating me in a way that helps me to push myself. They're very attentive to all the clients, and make sure we're getting everything we can out of the gym. The gym space is amazing and I love the equipment they provide.
