Negative experience: After a 4-month membership, I have come to the conclusion that the gym is overpriced. Pros: - 24-hour access - Some nice equipment Cons: - Overpriced - Consistently dirty - Cobwebs have been present for 4 months - Equipment and facilities are always dirty A gym with a membership fee of almost $400 for the first 3 months should maintain a significantly higher standard of cleanliness. Please read the contract thoroughly before signing up for a membership.

Positive experience: Just joined the gym around a month ago and overall I like it. However I do have some concerns. The equipment is very dirty and it seems like the building is not cleaned often. A lot of the equipment seats are peeling and people never put their weights back. I understand that it’s a rugged gym and that was the appeal however, it does look ran down and a lot of the clips are missing especially on the leg curl machine. I joined the gym because I believe if you surround yourself with like minded people you will work harder to achieve your goals and I don’t like commercial gyms. I just wish the place was updated a little, maintained a little better, and cleaned more.

Fantastic experience: I have been to different gyms all over the country and I can say that without a doubt, when it comes to lifting, Arsen’s is the best gym I have ever been to. There is just about every piece of equipment you could dream of and he is consistently adding more and replacing equipment with new top of the line versions. It’s clean, everyone is kind and respectful and it has a great vibe. Absolutely love working out here

Negative experience: Always review gyms after, I can’t lie this gym is overpriced, worn out equipment and dirty facilities. The atmosphere is one of the bottom. One plus is they do add equipment regularly, but even then i wouldn’t recommend buying a membership with maintenance fees and the startup fee on top of the overpriced membership. Bother thing is they don’t have a lockeroom, but do have a very dirty bathroom! I’m just being honest with my review. 2 star review.

Negative experience: Some really cool equipment and lifting environment but routine maintenance has been neglected. Cables aren’t tight, many attachments are broken, not enough clips/pins adjustable benches are a death trap that may or may not hold you. Could be much better with a little more maintenance. Not what I expect out of 50 bucks a month. Likely going back to a commercial gym if things don’t turn around at arsens. Lots of social media creators if you’re into that sorta thing, great.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, tons of machines, and never insanely packed. Really good and comfortable environment to work out in. Definitely not your typical kind of gym, but that’s what makes it enjoyable. Arsen is very personable as well!

Positive experience: Very Spartan gym. Good people. Private. No distractions. Good place for a solitary, late night work out. NGL, a lot of the equipment is 3rd rate. Bathroom is gross. Most of the Lockers are broken and nusic is a little too loud. But if you're looking for a place to work out (any hour of the day) where no one will bother you, its a good place.

Fantastic experience: I started with Arsen when he was making house calls. Now he has an awesome well run gym of his own. I'm so proud of him! He put in the work for his body, he put in the work for you to obtain your body and he put in the work for his gym that I watched him grow. He's telling you to put in the work! 1

Fantastic experience: Old school gym without all the fluff and garbage these new places have. This place actually has freeweights and a dumbell set that goes way past 60 pounds. For sure the way gyms should be if you want to do some serious training

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since December of 2019 and I can honestly say this is the best gym you will ever go too. The environment is wholesome and the people are what make the gym here. Besides having amazing workouts I’ve also made some great friends.Arsen knows every member of the gym by first name and always greets you as you walk in the door. Disclaimer: If you are looking for a corporate style gym like the edge...do not waste your time ..this is not it.

Positive experience: Love the atmosphere, just wish they had better benches

Negative experience: Got charged $70 a month instead of $50 for the month-to-month. At the 3rd month I got hit with an unexplained $200. No help via phone call with Arsen, so now I have to call my bank. Gym is cool but not worth all that.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. The owner is constantly upgrading it with new equipment, its clean, 24/7 and the atmosphere is awesome. No bs, just people working out!

I have known Mr Sapsa ( thats how he likes to be addressed) from March 2019 so like 18 months now and in this time frame he has changed my life . He is the most dedicated Passionate young Man I have ever met . In true sense he is an artist who makes you not only look superb but feel superb. I have learnt how to love myself way more. I have lost 125 pounds and its been the best journey of my life. I use to hate gyms and he changed this feeling for this lifetime . I admire his love that he has for his passion to get people FIT. Negative experience: Terrible environment over prived no private locker room and good luck trying to get a pre work out while the "owner" is sleeping in his offive with the door closed and no one at the desk. Place is garbage

Negative experience: When joining said to me and my friend we could cancel our membership whenever we wanted and now he’s saying we signed a year contract and would have to pay a fine to get out of it.

Fantastic experience: Arsen's passion for fitness, drive for success, genuine compassion for his clients and their goals, professionalism and motivation are unparalleled. He is a stand up individual who is extremely knowledgeable in his field and knows when to push his clients and when to pull back. His devotion and creativity with his workout routines is noteworthy. His ability to accommodate individuals schedules and needs is stellar.  He is not the first trainer I have had but we will be the last because you simply can't find better.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Arsen's training since the beginning of summer, and i loved it ever since. Coming from me, I don't usually enjoy working out, but i look forward to Arsen's training whenever I go. He is affordable, and works with his clients in every way that he can. Thanks to him, i have had great results, better then any training that i have had before. I truly recommend for everyone to choose Arsen's training!!!

Fantastic experience: A few months ago , I stepped out of my comfort zone, reached out to a complete stranger, and asked for help with making a change in myself. For me, the gym has always been an intimidating place where I wander around guessing what exercises I think I should do, how many, and how much weight I should be using . Maybe I could eventually make some progress that way, but I have been down that road enough times to know I never get very far and end up quitting. I needed some guidance. I was nervous since I've never worked with a personal trainer before, but Arsen put my nerves at ease right away. We talked about my goal and how I would reach it, and before I knew it, I was "sitting down having a cup of coffee" -which is not as fun as it sounds - since I quickly learned this meant doing a wall squat. Arsen shows me how to do the exercises I need and most importantly how to do them properly. He provides workouts along with videos incase you forget how to do something he showed you for days you're not there ,goes over your nutrition with you, and is always accessible if you have any questions. He's professional, yet fun. I am always laughing during our sessions, even when I'm dying on the last set and he's told me I "only" have 10 seconds left about 15 times. His gym eliminates that self conscious feeling of looks from other people because when you work out it is just the two of you. Certain exercises I had to start with low weights because I'd never worked out that part of my body before, I told him I felt like a whimp, but he always reminds me that everyone has to start somewhere. He knows how it feels to be unhappy with your body, because he has been there too. His motivation and genuine interest in your success are infectious. He makes you feel super comfortable and says nothing but encouraging things. Knowing the hard work and time he puts into you as a client gives you another level of accountability. This time I feel like I won't give up, because i know I wouldn't just be letting myself down, but I'd be letting someone else down also. Most times I forget I'm paying him because it feels like working out with a supportive, knowledgeable friend. Though, instead of spending money on unnecessary material items that will lose their value in a few years as I always do, I feel like I'm finally investing in myself, something that will never lose value. My particular goal will take time, and will not be achieved overnight but I'm not worried about the time, it will pass anyway. With Arsen's guidance, I am eating healthier and already feel better about myself. I have more energy and no longer feel as self conscious going to the gym. Rest days have become my least favorite days because I am always looking forward to the next session. I am super excited to continue my journey with Arsen and feel confident that if he can help me with my goal, he can help you with yours too!

Fantastic experience: I recommend Arsen to everyone that I meet who is looking for a personal trainer. On top of really knowing his stuff, he's a blast to work with, keeps his clients motivated and happy, and understands that not everyone is perfect. I always saw Arsen training clients at the Snap Fitness in Derby (where I used to go) and was always really impressed by his workouts, but I didn't think that I could afford to work with a personal trainer. On a whim, I talked to him one day, and we were able to work out a training plan that I could afford where I would still see results. After following Arsen's workouts and advice for 4 months, and tracking my meals through the app he uses, I've lost 20 pounds and dropped my body fat percentage from 20.8% to 15.5%, I've gained muscle (something I've always had a hard time doing), and I've increased my performance.

Fantastic experience: I will start by saying 'Arsen helped me loose 10lb in 6 weeks'. That's what I hoped for when I started: to loose weight, but I think I got so much more. Working out became fun and I enjoyed it even though I haven't worked out in years, like, at all. Arsen is friendly and great at his job, you can ask him anything you want and he'll help. My sister and I worked out together and it was amazing to see the enthusiasm in both of us after only few days, as well as the transformation. We would go every day and work out - which is a miracle. The best part about Arsen is that he isn't your typical gym trainer, he is actually nice and easy to talk to, helpful, quiet, and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend you work out with him. He'll help you look your best and feel your best, he'll motivate you to push yourself and work harder without you hating the workouts. Call this guy and get in shape for the better you :-)

Fantastic experience: Arsen is a really great trainer. He's super nice and very funny. I only had the chance to train with him for 2 months, but it was a great 2 months! He helped me lose inches around my entire body and he really pushed me in the right direction as far as my diet and exercise! I apply everything that he has taught me in my everyday eating habits and workout routines. He's really inspired me and I'm so glad that I went to him! Arsen is the best! I also really liked how he customized the workouts to target my specific excercise goals! I hope to train with him again. Thank you Arsen!

Fantastic experience: I found Arsen's training on my instagram page. I sent him a message, within a few minutes he repsonded to my inquiry. He told me to come in and speak to him, we set up a time and I was very unsure about this. I mean I am going to see a complete stranger. When I got to his facility he greeted me with a warm smile and I immediately felt comfortable. This happen about three months ago. I have since than lost 35lbs and have a better self esteem than when I entered. He is there for me anytime day or night and is always encouraging me. Due to his training and his belief in me I changed my career and am now in pre nursing classes. Arsen is more than a trainer to me, he is at least to me a friend and a life coach!! He meets you where you are at and works from there. While he is " kicking your ass" he makes it fun and exciting, sure you sweat and are sore but that is what you go there for!! I tell everyone about Arsen!! I have a way to go and due to circumstances I am not able to see him as much as I am suppose to, but he does not harass me about it or make me feel bad, he still supports me and encourages me. I hope that once I am done with my training I have a friend for life. He is one person who I want as part of my circle. They say surround yourself with people who will raise you and want you to succeed I get that and a whole lot more from Arsen. He is a great trainer, person, friend, and mentor. Give him a try.
