Schaun, listen to me, and my expectations were beyond of what i ask, I'm so happy to be a member of this gym and to be able to see great results. The installations are super clean, with any exercise machine that u can imagine to achieve ur health goals. They have kickboxing & boxing classes as well, ask for their prices, and if you get any of the trainers I promised you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for almost a year now, great staff, friendly people & outstanding trainers. The facility is one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to, everything is well maintained! My trainer Rahem is always very motivating & always pushes me to try my best. I also love the fact that I’m not stuck in the hassle of having to deal with a year contract! Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Kicked Up Fitness will not just change your body, it will change your thinking, which will ultimately change your life. The way that Coach Kirby approaches EACH client is incredible given his attention to detail. Whether in a group session or a single session, "Coach K" makes you feel as if you've got all of his focus. Additionally, not only is he an excellent trainer, expertly knowledgeable about the physiology of the body, but he also treats his staff is in a way that is impeccable. It is rare to find a leader that cares so much about the clients, the staff, and the business...balancing it all without missing a single beat. The facilities are never less than 10 out of 10 when it comes to cleanliness. And, most importantly I'd say, the ethos of the gym is one that is encouraging, inspiring, and welcoming to all. Run as quickly as you can to this gym and bring as many people with you as you can: trust me, you'll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: Nice facilities & clientele-focused gym. The trainers are friendly, certified, professional, and on top of their game here (esp Jessy!). I haven’t taken any of the cardio kickboxing classes here yet, but there always seems to be a good turn-out, and worthwhile sessions. Put in the work, and you will get the results.

Positive experience: rebranded KU fitness, clean gym and retained former staff . Some equipment is a bit dated, but seems to be well maintained. They have put money into facility. Overall .. highly recomended
