Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It has child care 6 days a week which pays back the membership fee. The staff are nice and helpful as are the clientele! Even if the folks have a "gym bro" look (and I do not ☺️) they have always been respectful and pleasant. In all honesty the devotion inspires me in my own work out. Thanks!

Positive experience: Has the essentials. Gets pretty packed after 4pm. I liked the after hours key access, towel service, & the childcare inclusion. Canceling membership must be in person which is a little inconvenient. I would have stayed if it wasn’t for me buying a home gym.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym in Panama City. Atmosphere is great, staff is very knowledgeable and they keep the equipment well maintained. You hardly ever seen any machines out of order unlike other gyms in the area. Been going here for almost 3 years and I plan on staying.

Negative experience: Floor ties loose, bathrooms are muggy and hot. Showers have mold. Equipment is too close together. Paying fancy prices for a gym that you hate using.

Negative experience: Literalmente me robaron mi dinero en este lugar. El joven llamado Patric, el cual te afilia y no te habla ni te avisa acerca de los cobros "anuales" sin sentido. El gym mas caro, pequeño y apretado del mundo. El señor que limpia parece que anda persiguiendo a todo el mundo. No limpia donde estan los equipos vacios... no, el limpia donde hay personas trabajando. Es un desastre incluyendo a las personas caminando en ropa interior por el gym mirandose en los espejos... lo peor que he experimentado No lo recomiendo para nada.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, full of everything you need to accomplish your fitness goals. This is not like Planet Fitness, no lunk alarm so you can lift like you mean it. There's plenty of weights for all of the machines, like three dumbbell racks, boxes, barbell lifts, tools for stretching, etc... They teach classes, however I don't partake so I can't comment on them, but they look great and have amazing equipment for them. They also have childcare services during certain staffed hours as well. Their cardio section is a little light (likely due to space limitations) but there's still enough that you can cardio when you want. When a lot of people see Planet Fitness as a comparison they immediately think a warehouse full of gym bros grunting and flexing, but I promise you that isn't the case here. This is a real gym, with a lot of options so you can get as targeted with your workout as you'd like. With that being said I've seen every type of person in the gym. The bros, those who look like they might be rehabbing, those just getting started, power lifters,older, younger, all the genders, all the races. Forget a lunk alarm, everyone is here to work out and respects the workouts of others. I feel more accepted and less "gymtimidated" here than at Planet Fitness. I've never walked in here and said, "what a terrible playlist" either. This is the first time I've walked into a gym and felt confident that I'd still want to workout if I forgot my headphones. Towel service, drinks for purchase during staffed hours... I just wish they had more space so they could add more things like a sauna, maybe a basketball court, or some mats and bags, but I can definitely say that they have the important things covered and well! I compared gyms for a while, and when I walked in and toured, I saw this was perfect for a serious lifter getting back into the gym and fell in love immediately, and the more I dive back in, the more I love the options I have for a great workout! A solid gym.

Positive experience: We just joined, and while the gym has some decent equipment, the reason I give it 4 stars is because of the clients that go there and have zero gym etiquette. I have never been to a gym where so many guys walk around with no shirts or shoes. Plus, so many of them just hog up equipment while texting on their phones and can't clean up after themselves. For those of us who really want to work out, the amount of socializing that occurs at this gym makes it difficult. While I'm not for a gym with a bunch of silly rules, it would be nice to enforce some common sense gym etiquette.

Positive experience: I really like this place. They don't have weird rules like some places. Heaven forbid you wanna do dead lifts or you grunt and make noises. They really do pack a lot of equipment in their location. Granted I'm able to adjust my schedule to come at times that are a little more light. All the machines work and they try hard at keeping the place clean and clean towels for everyone. I only don't give it a five star because it's just lacking because of it's size

Negative experience: If you want to play and socialize without actually breaking a sweat, then this is the perfect gym. The gym itself is ok. It didn't have everything my husband and I needed, so we didn't choose there. But the people inside were definitely a part of why. Way too social and people just standing around, taking up machines to just talk. If you actually work out at the gym, I'd choose somewhere else, like Fitness 360.

Positive experience: It’s an open gym, seems clean or clean enough.

Negative experience: Canceled my membership due to the overflow of rude douchebags dropping weights, not racking weights, taking their shirts off, constant videoing of themselves, bringing small children into the workout area with them and never cleaning equipment. It would be beneficial to have staff put a stop to this nonsense and also spend time cleaning instead of sitting at the front desk.

Negative experience: Overcrowded. Has much more of a high school locker room vibe. No rules, people walking around in flip flops, jeans no shirt sweating over everything. Men's bathroom always dirty and the urinal overflowing everyday. You can get better for the price.

Fantastic experience: Best 24 hour gym in the county by far. Has the most equipment, has the most space, has the heaviest weights, and even has a studio that's usually quiet for stretching. There's no better gym in the county!

Positive experience: I'll start off by saying I've been to a lot of gyms and I've never seen one allow guys to walk around shirtless coming out of the locker room to walk around, even seen a dude working out shirtless and pimpled out so bad you could see it from far away. .. Staff doesn't greet you or say have a good day or even acknowledge your there... But hey it's the only gym in town so I guess they don't care. I'm giving it three stars just because it could be a awesome gym. But it's let the few buddies as I'll call it to take over.. Great equipment but over crowded forsure.. This gym needs rules and I can't believe I'm saying that.

Positive experience: We would workout at this gym all the time. The equipment is newer and of great quality however, we cancelled and stopped going due to how crowded it is. I guess that’s a good thing for the owners but you would walk in and barely be able to get to anything due to how crowded it is. You’d walk in thinking you were going to do legs and have to change what you’re doing due to everything being taken. Other than that great gym.. clean showers, nice staff.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I just joined today. The atmosphere is quiet. The trainer we had (Rebecca)was amazing and patient with us. All of our questions was answered and it was easy to join over 60 classes a week. Clean restrooms and equipment.

Positive experience: This is a convenient 24/7 gym with adequate exercise equipment to fit most, if not all, needs. Although it is very busy during normal business hours, it never feels overly crowded. The left half of the building is dedicated to cardio equipment, while the right side is dedicated to weight lifting and machines. There is also a back room dedicated to functional exercises (battle ropes, ketllebells, tire flips, etc.) as well as 2 separate rooms for classes. If you're looking for good personal trainers, Jonn and Ashley Barrameda are amazing and operate out of this gym, and I have great personal experiences with both of them. The only problem I've had (the reason for a 4 star rating as opposed to 5) was in regards to billing and the manner in which the owner handled the matter. He was rude and defensive, and only through threat of legal action did he stop arguing and resolve the issue. I haven't had an issue since, and the rest of the staff is very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I've been working out here for about 2 years and I have no plans on leaving for as long as I live in Panama City. Josh and Chris are friendly staff who make getting SWOLE here all the more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to join a new gym, whether you are an experienced weightlifter or even just starting out.

Negative experience: I have emailed two times trying to discontinue my membership yet this wellness and fitness center continues to debit my card. Please stop charging my card! I have not been to your gym in three months. Stop. Beware

Negative experience: THE OWNER HAS 0 LOYALTY TO HIS INSTRUCTORS OR HIS MEMBERS. HE CANCELS CLASS VIA TEXT WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE MEMBERS THAT WORK THEIR SCHEDULES AROUND THOSE CLASSES.

Negative experience: Nice people but the place is old and smells. The locker rooms are just small, outdated, day care for my daughter - it is small, doesn't look like fun, she didn't like it there. I could not get a tour I was told jut to look around. We will not be joining.

Positive experience: I used to go there 3 years ago. Charge was cheap and included all group sessions. Loved Monique's group class but it was just ridiculously packed. Too many people wanted to attend it. Sometimes I would arrive on time but all the spots would already be filled with others who had the luxury of coming way earlier and bumming around. I worked so i could not. Loved yoga with that good looking petite instructor (sorry, forgot her name). The only bad thing was shower. It was never bleached!!! The dirt would sit on the shower walls for months! Same dirt. I pay attention to these kinds of things so I kept checking it every time I went to locker room.
