The equipment is great, the staff is great, and the customer service is great. They're actually clean - they're always cleaning something. And it's hard to beat the membership and affordable personal training.
My fiancé and I moved to Simpsonville, South Carolina not long ago. We were in search of a gym we both loved that wasn’t too far out of our way from work and home. We ended up stumbling upon 10 Star Fitness in the Greenville location and were surprised at how welcoming this gym was! Although it’s a little farther out of the way than other gyms near us, it is 100% worth it for the quality of equipment and the cleanliness. Above all else, the personnel at this gym is what makes this gym so unique. We feel so welcome at this gym, especially because of Issac, one of the employees at this location. He remembered our names from the FIRST time we came to workout and makes his presence known across the floor daily. He is really personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is a great representation of this gym. The front desk staff at 10 Star Fitness were really nice and energetic when I first came to the gym. In particular, I met one of the staff members by the name of Jada. Miss Jada answered a lot of questions I had about memberships and I was really impressed with a lot of the knowledge she had about the company while she was giving me a tour. She made me feel like I was the "star of the show". My favorite employee at 10 Star by far!
The staff is excellent! This was my first time there and Jada was very well respected and very patient with me while I was purchasing a new membership. She was very nice, respectful, and patient. I would definitely recommend her for service help or any help!
I'm visiting from Florida and I think this gym is great. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good. The equipment could be updated, but overall I'd give it 5 stars.
Cedric Talley is an amazing trainer who makes you feel welcome and comfortable from day one. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and how to get results, and he is also kind and helpful. He has helped me to see myself in a different light, and I am definitely not the same person I was when I started. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals.
This is an excellent place to workout! The personal trainers here are excellent and will help you lose weight and change your lifestyle for a healthier you. Cedric Talley is the best trainer I have experienced. The Ultra Fit program is amazing!

The gym is great, but it needs more features like massage chairs, a bigger lounge area, and more privacy for the men's urinals. It seems like something is always breaking down.
I've been a member of the gym since 2015, and the front staff has always been great. They're very personable and understanding, and I love my gym family. I've gotten all of my friends to join, and I really appreciate how much of a positive impact the gym has had on my life. Even when I don't feel like working out, coming here and seeing everyone always makes me happy.

I've been coming here for years, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very motivating and makes you want to challenge yourself.
We want to let you all know that we’re continuing to monitor the evolving situation around the Coronavirus through the advice of public health officials and local government agencies. We would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our members is of the utmost importance. 10 Star Fitness will remain open, as we must do our best to fulfill the members’ agreements to provide services. GX classes and Ultra Fit Training will continue as scheduled. Kids Club will remain open at this time with normal operating hours. Our staff will be monitoring children, and we ask that any staff, member or child displaying any symptoms not to enter the club. Symptoms include fever, cough, shortness of breath and may appear 2-14 days after exposure. Our gyms have always had a high standard for cleanliness. We have doubled our efforts to keep equipment, handrails and doorknobs clean and disinfected. We made a preemptive strike a week ago and increased orders of all disinfectants, sanitizers and gym wipes to ensure our facility stays clean. We have many wipes and hand sanitizers available throughout the facility for member use. Please do your part by washing your hands with soap and water and wiping down equipment before and after each use. We do suggest the following tips to minimize contact while working out: practice social distancing, limit skin to skin contact with others, bring your own yoga mat and wear workout gloves. Please know we are all keeping a close eye on the situation and are doing our best to ensure we ALL stay healthy! We will get through this together!

Fantastic experience: Been here about a month now and I absolutely love it. I go 5-6 times a week, the staff is always helpful and friendly. Joining a gym is probably the best decision I've made in a long time, couldn't recommend Coops enough.

Fantastic experience: Been coming as a guest for a while and finally decided it was time I got the membership. The cost for a member is fairly cheap too I got the preferred and it was only $22.99 a month, better than most if you’re wanting to go to a gym that has everything you need but not get yelled at for lifting heavy or making sounds when you exert yourself for those forced reps. Have lots of heavy weights for you to excel and grow in size. Staff is very friendly and funny, highly suggest anyone to check it out.

You can badge in during off hours to utilize the gym. Staff is knowledgeable and has been the better experience in this location than other locations. Fantastic experience: Good price for a quality gym. Edit: the girl at the front desk told me that I'd get a free month if I wrote this review. Still agree that it's a decent gym though. Let me tell you about the late night characters: There's this one younger guy that takes his shirt off and takes pictures of himself for instagram like every other set. I call him backwards hat long hair guy. Then there's the silly haircut guy who never works out but sit's on the equipment and looks at his phone. Mind you I don't have a problem with them, I'm just bored right now. There's the guy who only ever does chest and crop dusted the hell out of me one time. I almost threw up. There's the smoking hot blonde who I feel like does legs every time I'm there and I try my damndest to not look like a creeper. That's all for now.

The guest themselves are very nice and respectful too. They are family oriented, which is great when you have 4 kids. I highly recommend 10star if anyone is looking for a gym family.

They have the best trainers- the Anderson Ultrafit team. Vernon and Antwan are amazing trainers as well as the other Ultrafit trainers. 10 Star Fitness is a family oriented gym with a very clean children's facility. I gladly chose 10 Star Fitness over any gym in Anderson! I can walk through the front door and be greeted by name before I scan in. I love 10 Star Fitness!! Thanks guys for being the best!
