We would like you to be confident with the basics before joining the main class. If you have never used kettlebells before, we have two options to help you get started. You can attend one of our beginner workshops, or you can schedule a private session.
If you know how to do a swing and a goblet squat, you can join the main class. The first class is free, but you need to schedule it ahead of time.
Marcia grew up in a suburban area with malls and had an active lifestyle at times, but when she became a mother and the physical demands started to take a toll, she realized she needed to change. Slowly, she became more active, adding strength training and kettlebells to her routine, which gave her the physical and mental tools she needed to live a healthy, active life.

Fantastic experience: This is a small gym that is great for coaching and has a friendly group. There are no attitudes, just good workouts and fun people. The coach is able to scale the work to fit individual abilities.

They do an incredible job of safely and responsibly teaching you the fundamentals while also pushing you to achieve things you had no idea you were capable of.
