At Wildlife Strength and Fitness, LLC, we use proven and safe exercise concepts to develop custom small group workouts that are tailored to every individual in the group, regardless of ability. We recognize that fitness, along with nutrition, mental health, mobility, and purpose, are key to a healthy well-being. Our trainers utilize soft tissue work, flexibility, corrective exercise, strength training, and conditioning to create programs that deliver high-quality and effective workouts. Strength and fitness are vital components of your health – we want to help you achieve them so that you have a greater capacity to enjoy your life!
Our classes focus on giving you a well-rounded workout with a variety of equipment. We want you to feel good after every class, so we use a system of regressions and progressions to make sure the workout is appropriate for your individual needs. Whether you're a first-timer, have an active or chronic injury, or are a gym veteran, we can accommodate you.
The gym can be an overwhelming place, especially if you haven't been in a while or if you're new to working out. But don't worry! Every membership and challenge comes with a free tour that will show you how to use all the equipment. We'll also explain what each gym facility is for.
Our programming includes work on soft tissues, corrective exercises, strength training, and conditioning to deliver a full body experience for general strength and well being.
You will learn how to better control your body, increase your strength, tone up, and pump up your fitness capacity. Who knows what lies in store for the new, better you?
