Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Hands down My favorite gym. I love the people, the instructors, the environment - EVERYTHING! It’s one thing to talk about it, it’s another to actually experience it & I can guarantee, once you have SEEN all of what F&H has to offer for the 1st time, you will be hooked!!

Fantastic experience: F&H’s Anchorage location is just as amazing as Fairbanks! The instructors there are all so incredibly nice and the atmosphere is full of non judgmental people all wanting the same thing. To get healthy and have fun doing it! I went to a culture ride class last year while I was visiting in Anchorage (I usually go to the Fairbanks location) and I was welcomed by everyone there without even knowing everyone! If you’re looking for a gym that is full of motivating, non judgmental, KIND people, F&H is the place to be! 10/10 recommend always!

Fantastic experience: This gym has the best energy and communication of any gym I've been to. The people are encouraging and professional, and everyone is at a different stage of their fitness journey, but we're all working towards the same goal. I love it here!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Great studio with excellent instructors. Wide variety of class times, original playlists and welcoming atmosphere. Virtual classes are live and on time, and you can use your bike trainer if you don't have a spin bike at home.

Fantastic experience: Excellent energy and very motivating staff. Clean facility with friendly instructors. Only downside is no showers as I drive from eagle river and go to work afterwards.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about F&H? To be real honest, F&H has changed my life. I couldn’t ask for more motivating, powerful instructors. I couldn’t ask for a better team on my side. When I started at F&H, all I could think was “HOW THE HECK DO THEY MOVE SO FAST? You want me to do WHAT face down?! I’ll never be able to do that.” But then little by little, my mindset changed, then my body changed and now I’m so grateful for the amazing things my body can do and guess what? I CAN DO IT. I have made HUGE strides in all aspects of my life in 2020 and I don’t know if I could have done it without F&H. We’re not just a gym, we’re a team and we’ll always be your ride or die. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Personal training in a small group with a friend that makes me laugh and then Tina that makes me laugh and WORK was the best thing I could have done for my mind and body! Results showed up quick and I was leaner and stronger than ever. I’m pregnant now and things have to change but that prep work and current work (currently virtual due to covid) are gonna make this pregnancy and my recovery much easier.

Fantastic experience: I love F&H! I started with them in North Pole 6 years ago when they first opened, man oh man did it forever change my life! I am forever grateful for the F&H tribe!!
