Fantastic experience: is a thing There's no doubt that people are getting more and more into working out. It seems like every day, there's a new fitness trend or workout fad that people are getting into. And while there's nothing wrong with being healthy and fit, some people are taking their workouts a bit too far. There's a new phenomenon that's been dubbed "workout madness," and it refers to people who are so obsessed with their workouts and fitness that it starts to take over their lives. If you're someone who can't miss a workout, even if you're sick or injured, and you're constantly thinking about ways to improve your fitness, you may be suffering from workout madness.

Fantastic experience: Perfect for those looking for individual attention in a boutique fitness studio. Excellent selection of high quality equipment in a clean, well organized atmosphere. Soft plush towels, upbeat environment, tons of group training sessions to choose from, plus private training is available. You can also do spin, Pilates, triathlon training, boxing, etc. Coach Derek incorporates weights, rings, ropes, bikes, rowing, calisthenics, boxing, balance exercises, he keeps it fresh and fun!! Nutrition and health coaching is friendly, easily accessible, tailored to you for results. I love this gym's cool vibe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym for personal and small group training! Derek (owner/head trainer) is super-positive and works hard to make every workout interesting and challenging. His attention to detail, encouragement, and fun approach to workouts has me the strongest I've ever been.
