Amory Tumble Time

Positive experience: Giving 3 stars because the children at party had such a great time..but it seriously needs to be cleaned. And a lost balloon went to ceiling and some gross black flake stuff fell on table. Thankful we had wipes for tables even tho we had table cloths.

Negative experience: I've never been in this place till today but my youngest son has been there with his daycare and that's where he chose to have his 5th birthday party. From the moment I walked In the door, the place is filthy. Not just like dirty from the party before but actually filthy. There was also old petrified chewed gum in a few places that i asked my husband to pick up. As I was setting up the cake table, all of a sudden the black backdrop on a frame on the back side of the table, fell over on top of me. The kids had fun but I was really disappointed that I rented it from 12 to 2, was told I could get there at 11 and start setting up and that there was a party after us from 3 to 5 so at 2 the next party would be coming in to set up. We got there about 11:20. But we couldn't enjoy the full 2 hours of party time that we paid for cuz I had to start cleaning up around 1:15 so the next party could be there and exactly at 2 the next people started coming in. They should have honestly told the next party to wait till at least 2:30. My kids wore black socks cuz I didn't want dirt stain on white socks and I know they will have dirty feet after playing but when we got home and I put them in the shower after taking their clothes and socks off, once they stepped into the tub, the black dirt just covered the tub, which just goes to show how nasty and filthy the place is. We will never be back there and I will never recommend this place.

Negative experience: Had this place rented ,gave a deposit a month before, confirmed this on Thursday. Got up there ,someone is already there,tried calling this * person ,couldn't get anyone. Had to go to splash pad ,with a sick wife and a disappointed 7 year old . Will NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN
