Fantastic experience: Joined 2 months ago and love it. Miss days that I am unable to go due to 8 hour turnaround shifts for work. It has everything and I feel amazing when I am done with a workout. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: What's going on with this place. It used to be kept up. Come on corp!! Don't ignore the maintenance. Your gonna lose customers! I can understand a hair or 2 stuck to my towel that y'all require but I am getting a gross amount stuck to my towel and mat.

Negative experience: Loved the gym until I decided to quit & save money. Read the fine print they will charge you for 2 months to the end contract. So I had 3 family members on my account it’s $300 for ending membership. It cost $300 to enroll so they are making big money off member enrolling & quitting. To quote Ross & Chandler “I want to quit the gym”

Positive experience: Special Yoga mats are over $100 each. I LOVED the detox that happens while working out here. Awesome staff and clean facility. The only draw back I found was I wanted to work out between 2am and 5am. You wouldnt think almost every single room would be booked at those times, right? I would have to book days in advance to particular rooms , I didnt really want and when I would get there at 3am, I AM THE ONLY person there. Day after day, after day. Then I started paying attention to the record keeping on the app about who is working out the "most" burning the "most" calories. I noticed some people had astronomical rates. In one 3 month period I was going almost 3times a week and couldnt even get HALF the rate of those astronomical peoples rates. I would join back IF they implement a check in system that allows the room to FREE UP when others dont show up to the class they signed up for. If you dont access the front door and the class has started, the room becomes unbooked. Thats fair to those of us not trying to cheat the system, but actually workout. I want to work out at these least busy times because I work nights and its super convenient for me. But when the same room is always booked between 2am and 5 am every single day it sure makes it hard for me to get a workout. To cancel you pay for an additional 2 months or $99 fee for immediate cancellation. MUST give 2 cards on file to stay, or pay a fee. Have to have a certain type of watch to link to the calorie burn system within the sauna, that sucks. The workouts do not change. Same exact recording every day for each sauna. I was hoping it might rotate between 2/3 recordings of the same style workout. Nope Shower is always clean, and most of the time there are wipes for sanitizing items. Unspoken policy to not join a workout room with someone you dont know. I had people i didnt know often working out with me. Thats so uncomfortable.

Positive experience: I’m not familiar with hotworx but I needed some yoga after roadtripping. You get a free first session which comes with equipment and a tour. They were informative and not pushy at all about the membership. The “yoga” class was not a flow. It was a series of maybe 20 positions you hold until a timer goes off. I’m 5’9” and the sauna was too small to do some of the positions. I kicked the back wall a couple times. Overall, I love the idea of doing workouts in saunas. The way they have it set up is a great way to stay fit if you’re an introvert, have gym anxiety, only have 15-45 min, etc. I think the other classes would be awesome!

Fantastic experience: Joined the studio today, loved how explanatory the membership agreement is. The staff was also very helpful and answered any questions I had. Plus I think it is super cool that when I travel, or move I can upgrade to sweat everywhere and have videos on the app to do at home or visit/try other locations. Over all Melanie was a gem, the studio is so clean and inviting. What a cool experience they offer.

Negative experience: While I did enjoy working out there, I financially couldn’t maintain the payments due to unforeseen circumstances, I put my account on freeze. I then had to move 4 hours away unexpectedly as my husband got into school, and I tried to cancel. I went in person to a location they have here in Abilene and you have to cancel in person at the gym you signed up at. I don’t Even have the membership to workout at other locations bc it’s even more a month. They won’t let you cancel until you pay 2 more months, whether you can use their gym or not. I also have to send in a written letter with a signature before they cancel my account. Will never come back to this gym.

Fantastic experience: Yes! From out of town, but I have the 'workout at every damn hotworx in the world' account, so they let me join a session Melanie was super rad and helped me with the app and also showed me what I could do to increase my workout. HIIT cycle it is!! Best place to get a nice sweat in. Thanks Melanie for being so helpful!!

Fantastic experience: I love this workout! I was a little nervous at first that I would get too hot, but the workouts are shorter than most conventional workouts allowing you more time in the day! The staff is friendly and the studio is clean! It is easy to schedule workouts with the app and you can go at your own pace with the benefit of infrared.
