Fantastic experience: I love Jamie’s Pilates class. She is extremely knowledgeable and challenges us in the best way. Her playlists are energizing and upbeat. The hour class flies by. She is super friendly and makes sure she knows everyone’s name before we leave and thanks us for coming. She makes us feel part of the group. It’s everything you want from group fitness.

Fantastic experience: The classes are so fun and effective! The instructors are amazing and I love the kidfit for my little one. I love the boutique feeling of the studio!

Fantastic experience: This was a very nice fitness studio with a variety of morning classes to choose from. I tried four different classes during my week's stay in Lehi (Pump, Weights, Yoga, and Cardio Fuse). All the instructors were knowledgeable and friendly. The Pump and Weights classes were similar to Les Mills BodyPump and YMCA Strength classes. There were some new movements shared in these classes and I enjoyed that humbling experience learning something new! I enjoyed the mix of traditional yoga with a mini breakout session for skill work. The cardio fuse class was “dancing” and that was my mistake for not understanding what it was (I thought it was going to be similar to Les Mills BodyAttack). It was difficult to find descriptions of the classes on the main website. I discovered after clicking on a membership option, redirection to the Mindbody website where you could hover over classes and click for descriptions. I would suggest an actual dedicated website page with class descriptions. This fitness studio seems like a great place for someone looking to get fit in a friendly and welcoming environment. As a picky former gym owner (CrossFit and Yoga), I would recommend this studio for both women new to fitness and experience with fitness. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Evolve fitness! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming and the instructors go out of their way to introduce themselves to the new people in their classes! I’ve loved every class I’ve taken so far and I honestly have never enjoyed working out like I do now! They also have their kid fit classes where your littles can go and be watched by other moms and do fun activities. This is a community that I never knew I needed and I would recommend them to everyone!

Positive experience: I arrived to the studio 20 min early to check in myself and my daughter for kid fit. No one was at the front desk until 9:20, which is when my class started. I ended up walking into class almost 10 min late because there was a line to check in that was taking a long time and I had to pick up my mat & weights from another room. I also signed up on the mind body app. The specific class I registered said it was a free class. When I checked in I was prompted to pay for the class. The price on the app needs to be corrected because it is very misleading. I hope this doesn't happen to someone else too. The class itself was great but the service leading up to it was poor.

Fantastic experience: Lizzy Mitchell was awesome, the daycare staff were friendly and great with my daughter and it was a very clean facility!

Positive experience: Not a fan of this gym. No one is at the front desk to help check in and the gym atmosphere is very cliquey. If you don’t go with a best friend you will be left out. They also recently made changes where you have to buy the mind body app which has a monthly fee associated with it. It has a clean and modern atmosphere but not the best experience for me.

Fantastic experience: Workout is great! Instructors are enthusiastic and engaging. Kid Fit makes it easy to work into my schedule.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience! I did a drop in for the virtual high fitness class and it was so easy and well ran!! The sign up process was smooth, the instructions were thorough and there was no confusion. And the class itself was amazing!!! Amazing sound quality. I was worried about doing virtual high Bc to me it’s all about the music and I’ve been hearing that the sound quality has been weak at other classes. Well, you guys nailed it! I’ll for sure be back!

Fantastic experience: Evolve has been great to do virtual classes during the pandemic. They now have a YouTube channel where they post free classes from some of the instructors. I live too far away to attend in person classes, so these options have been amazing!

Their facilities and beautiful and very well maintained. I would highly recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Evolve for stepping up so significantly with the covid pandemic. I am so thankful.

Fantastic experience: I was a little intimidated to try but am so glad I did. Classes are fun and not intimidating at all! I got an amazing cardio workout at High and such a toning work out at Barre! It's a fun and welcoming environment and helps me set a routine I can stick to.

It was so much fun to do a "class" and also support a business during this time where we are stuck at home. I just started barre and it was very easy to book your class and follow the link. Thanks!

So friendly and lots of options on classes and the times are great for us with little ones and they even provide KidFit classes too while you work out - so cool! Fantastic experience: I love that Evolve is so close to my home in Lehi! I can get a full hour workout in without spending a lot of time traveling to and from the gym. Even better, I can bring my three kids (ages 5, 2.5, and 4 months) with me. My older kids love the activities and lessons in the childcare and are always happy when I pick them up. My baby comes with me to class and so far, it's worked out well for us. Evolve is clean and the employees are friendly. The instructors change things up all the time; they have kept my interest and challenge me physically. Overall, five stars for Evolve Fitness!

Fantastic experience: I love that there is a new gym so close to my house. So far, the selection of classes has been awesome, the facility is clean and smells nice! All the instructors are awesome and full of energy which makes you really want to work hard. I love women's gyms as it seems that everyone is more accepting and kind to each other rather than gyms where you feel like it is more of a meat market or a place where you feel judged and shamed! It can be tricky finding good classes at 9:30 ish once my kids are in school so I'm glad that Evolve usually has a 9:20 and 10:30 option on most days! I'm love this new gym so much!!!

Fantastic experience: I love Evolve fitness. The teachers are great, the rooms are big, and it is very clean. I love all the different classes. The times are all spread out good to accommodate schedules as well. I have done both the night classes and early morning and find that no matter the hour the teachers put in all there energy. If your looking for an amazing gym this is the place for you!

The kidfit staff is wonderful and does such fun activities with your child while you work out and the fitness instructors are amazing! There is such a fun, uplifting feel in the studio and it is always so clean! I highly recommend this studio!

Fantastic experience: I love Evolve Fitness! All of the instructors are amazing! The classes they offer are so diverse I am always able to get in high fitness, HIIT training, yoga, and I personally love the hip-hop class! Kid Fit is perfect for my daughter. she loves going to the gym on a daily basis!

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended a handful of classes here and I love it! I’m not super into working out, but everyone here makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. My 5 year old loves the kidfit classes, and I love dang I’m not leaving my baby in a traditional gym day care. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: My daughters attend the Friday class at Evolve fitness. The staff is super friendly and the variety of classes and schedule time is perfect for any mom who still has 1-2 kids at home. It’s the perfect place to feel welcomed and everyone is very polite and friendly!
