There’s plenty of equipment, so I never have to wait long, and everything is well-maintained. What stands out the most, though, is the staff. The trainers are super friendly, approachable, and always willing to answer questions or give tips if you need help with form or want to try something new. They create such a supportive environment that makes working out enjoyable instead of stressful. I’ve been to other gyms in the past where I felt overlooked or like just another member, but here it feels much more personal and welcoming. I can already see myself sticking with this place long term, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and encouraging place to work out!

Negative experience: Fine facility, but shady business practices and would never recommend being a member here. The 5 star reviews are incentivized upon sign up and you are given a discount if you provide a review. Gave it 5 stars at first, but after dealing with an absurd cancellation policy I can’t possibly give this business higher than a 2 star rating.

Having him as my trainer makes me accountable which makes a huge difference in my progress. Fantastic experience: IMPROVEMENTS - One of the reasons I chose this gym is because they were building saunas/cold plunge. The window to the dry sauna should have a privacy film. Especially if you want to shower you’ll be giving a show to everyone outside. I personally like to sweat in private Also, the sauna is turned off every-time someone finishes, I’m assuming it’s a cost thing. However, waiting 20 minutes for the sauna to warm up isn’t worth it. It also only goes to 150-something. It should at least be kept on at the lowest setting during busy hours so it doesn’t take forever to heat up…and there should be a laminate sign on the outside that instructs to keep the sauna door closed a it can stay warm. Perfect gym! Great size, brand new equip, and they’re expanding!

Fantastic experience: The Alpine Fitness Gym is truly one of the nicest gyms I've ever been apart of. From the beautiful mountain views to the clean and pristine equipment, lifting and exercise honestly feels calming. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and kind and the gym has a consistently low crowd allowing for easy access to machines a person needs at really any given time. When in regards to the machines, they have a great variety, and enough squat racks and cable towers to go around. On another note, their personal trainers and exercise specialists are wonderful. Their commitment and knowledge base is large, and their professionalism is vast. I've already progressed a ton from being at Alpine Fitness, as there is just so much to do there. It is a super high quality place, and is great for anyone.

The personal trainers I’ve been able to interact with really know their stuff, and if they don’t they’re not afraid to so they don’t know and get you an answer to your question next time they see you! It’s also really cool that they offer physical therapy, ya never know when you might tweak your back and it’s nice to have a place you can go to for all of your needs.

I’ve never felt comfortable in a gym setting before—I’m not the skinniest or the most glamorous person, and it often feels like you need to be to fit in. But this gym is different! While the top-of-the-line equipment is fantastic, it’s the community that truly sets this place apart. There’s a core group of us who work out at the same time every day, and over time, we’ve become more than just workout buddies—we’re “gym besties.” The support and encouragement from these friends make it easy and fun to keep coming back. And trust me, if I miss a workout, I hear about it the next day—built-in accountability at its finest! I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other gym. The environment is welcoming, the people are genuine, and the motivation is contagious. Hands down, this is the best gym I’ve ever been a part of! August 2023- I just got a membership here and I am very impressed!! The gym is on the small side, but it isn’t very busy and all the equipment is new. It is the cleanest gym I have ever seen. Very excited for the new facility.
