Fantastic experience: I joined Crunch last week and am very happy with the gym so far. The staff are awesome and very knowledgeable; there is lots of different equipment to choose from. I'm glad I became a member.

Negative experience: Dirty and way too loud and $114 cancellation fee. Also the showers - feel like a Jail cell.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the equipment is well-maintained with plenty of options for both strength training and cardio. Even during peak hours, there’s enough space to get a solid workout without feeling crowded. Whether you’re just starting out or have been lifting for years, Crunch has something for everyone. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Very disappointed with Crunch Gym’s ongoing negligence of basic amenities. The water fountain has been out of service for the past two days, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time, it tends to stop working at least once in two months. As someone who actively tries to reduce single-use plastic and minimize my environmental impact, I find it frustrating to be left with no option but to rely on plastic water bottles just to stay hydrated during workouts. In a gym setting, access to clean drinking water is a basic necessity, not a luxury. It’s disappointing to see such a recurring issue being handled with little urgency. Crunch needs to take this seriously and provide a permanent solution instead of allowing members to deal with the same inconvenience over and over again.

Positive experience: Gym has everything you need to workout, however Some of the most basic equipment which is leg extension machines(2) are out of service and looks like they are not planning on fixing them, situation been like this for weeks… this should be a priority, especially knowing there is only 2 leg extension machines in the whole gym.

Negative experience: Whatever you do -- DON'T give Crunch Fitness your debit/credit card info. Use a virtual card if you have to. My daughter visited for a promo, didn't want a membership - she doesn't even live in Roswell. Crunch Fitness refused to let her quit over the phone/online. When she finally went in person, they claimed to be waiving all fees, then charged her annual fee 2 weeks early AFTER she signed the cancellation form. When we called to ask about the charge, a staff member told us it was a mistake + would be reversed. Didn't happen, so we called back and were told it WASN'T a mistake, and that this kind of fraud is just Crunch Fitness policy.

Fantastic experience: I felt a little scammed when I found out my $9.99 /month membership had automatically gone up in price, but Gustavo was excellent at explaining things to me. Turns out, I'm only paying $27 more /year with the option to cancel after each 3 months. I like having that option in case things change with my job. I do wish the sauna was co-ed as I have more guy friends than girl friends...also I really wish I didn't have to pay even more to visit other locations or bring a guest or use the massage services. I have really enjoyed my time at crunch this last year. It's helped a lot with my health issues. It's easy to check in, the sauna is always hot and there's plenty of workout equipment for everyone! Come to crunch and crush it!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere. Layout was easy to learn for me as a beginner. There are no limits to how hard you can train and the staff are very supportive and chill to talk to.

Negative experience: I mean it’s fine. I’ve been a member of crunch perimeter for 4 years and this is the first time at any location anywhere including Florida that I’ve been charged to be a guest at a gym that’s not my home gym accompanied by a member with “free guests” No wonder it’s empty. I’ll stick with John’s creek and perimeter.
