Fantastic experience: Just love it! I was in a rut with swimming a few days a week with some strength training. I did Bikram yoga years ago in Florida and was addicted. Nothing compared until Hotworx. Love the variety of workouts and being able to go to class on my schedule. Gotta love Shelby too. She's wonderful at making you feel welcome!

Fantastic experience: We joined pre-pandemic and cannot say enough great things about this location! The owner is accessible to members, maybe that’s why the energy here is so awesome. The staff are extremely accommodating, and are constantly cleaning! The workouts themselves always leave me with a sense of clarity and accomplishment ( even if I’m cussing during the session! Lol)

Fantastic experience: This Hotworx is the best! I have been working out here since they opened! Great workout! Great sweat! I burn a ton of calories and detox. The Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates and Warrior are my favorites. Very professional and friendly staff. Exceptionally clean facilities. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: When my work schedule no longer allowed me to attend the scheduled classes at my yoga studio, I began searching for an alternative. I found HotWorx about a year ago and have never looked back! This particular studio is one of the larger HW studios in the area, the classes are great, the facility is extremely clean and the entire staff is super friendly! Mostly, I love that I can workout at my personal convenience 24/7!

Fantastic experience: As a young woman who has terrible gym anxiety working out at Hotworx is the best. Only members can get in the door with a code (SO important) and you work out alone in your sauna which allows me to just focus on my own workout. Feeling safe in my gym is so important to me! The HITT and iso workouts are short and it’s open 24/7 so I can fit in a workout whenever I want. 10/10 recommend a good sweat session at hotworx !

Fantastic experience: The sauna was the part of a traditional gym that I enjoyed most after working out. Hotworx gives me the ability to enjoy the sauna heat while working out...truly a game changer and time saver! I stumbled across Hotworx while searching for somewhere safe to workout during COVID times and am so glad I ended up here. The ability to workout alone in a clean sauna allows me to actually look forward to working out almost every day and feel safe at the same time. Fantastic experience: I tried my first HotWorx workout at this location and loved it. The facility is very clean, well organized and conveniently located. In addition to these benefits, the actual workout was awesome. The HotWorx concept is great. The classes were engaging and challenging, taught by experienced instructors, clearly showing modifications if needed, the saunas were awesome and the end result was a great workout in an efficient amount of time. Fantastic experience: I love the HOTWORX on Main in Alpharetta. I’m 51 years old and before going HOTWORX, I had never taken a yoga class in my life. Having two herniated discs in my lower back, I felt I would benefit from yoga but was a bit intimidated because I had never done any of these moves. The business is extremely clean, and I love that the classes are private in your own sauna room where you can adjust the heat to what best fits you. I love it hot, so imagine working out in a sauna room that’s 125 degrees. I feel amazing afterwards and that energy carries over for the next few days. The yoga classes are lead by a 30 minute workout video in the room and I have to say “after 5 or 6 weeks I’m addicted to going here to workout”. I’ve noticed each time I go to workout, I get better and stronger with each move. I feel the biggest difference with the increased energy that I have immediately following the workout and over the next few days, the increased strength and endurance in my leg muscles, and the headaches that I’ve had for years have pretty much disappeared. Thank you Kirstie for your help with showing me how HOTWORX works, and would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to improve their health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: I went to Hotworx with my trainer, and immediately fell in love with the concept and workout. The owner Kiersten Lugo is amazing, and welcoming. She took time to sign me up, and answer all of my questions. She has been incredibly accommodating with not only myself, but with the guest I have brought in to try out the classes. She won me over when she went above and beyond to accommodate my mom with her membership, as we are not from GA, and are here for a few months. But she made it easy for me to add her to my membership. The facility is impeccably clean, beautiful, and full of thought out details to make the members feel like we were personally on Kiersten's mind. The staff is extremely helpful, extremely friendly and EXTREMELY fit, which is a sign that Hotwox, works!!! The owner (Kirsten) always greets you with a smile, and to me those impactful actions speak volumes about an establishment. Their actions keep me coming back, and I HIGHLY recommend coming and seeing how amazing this place is for your self. You will improve your strength and flexibility while detoxing your body and burning an insane amount of calories. Just one month I already see improvements. Fantastic experience: Hotworx has been a total game changer for me! I’ve been working out in gyms since I was 12 years old and I have never gotten the results I’ve seen at Hotworx in Alpharetta. I struggled for five years trying to lose baby weight from my last child. It just wouldn’t go away and then I found Hotworx ! Working out in an infrared sauna literally melted the fat off my body. I have never worked out less and saw the most results. The staff is fantastic and the facility is incredibly clean. If you’re looking for the work out at lifetime that only takes 15 minutes give this a try! You won’t regret it! You’ll only wonder why have you been wasting your time at other gyms.

The infared heat is so good at detoxifying, and it feels especially nice when I am sore. The difference I felt after joining HotWorx was instant. I love having access to weights to be able to lift when I am there. The facility is always incredibly clean, as well.

I’ve been missing doing and teaching my regular hot yoga I did pre-pandemic and needed a good hot sweat swag more than I realized! I felt so good and rejuvenated afterwards! Fantastic experience: Absolutely Luv this place! I’ve been a member of Big Gyms/CrossFit and BootCamps. By far this has been my best Boutique type gym yet-what works for me it’s 24hrs-video coverage instructional trainings they change up every 3-4 months so it never gets stale and the added bonus is it’s all done in an infrared sauna. The benefits I’m getting while doing all this is unmatched I always leave feeling refreshed maybe because I’m detoxing at the same time. If you haven’t tried this you simply must HOTWORX NORTHALPHARETTA Main Street ROCKS!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a cyclist for 20 years so I am always looking for new ways to improve my fitness. I tried Hotworx and here is what I found: 1. You can go as hard or as easy as you like but you can be guaranteed that you will get a workout by just being in the sauna. That said, if you are looking to test your limits, try the cycling! 2. Hydrate! You are going to sweat... A LOT! 3. The day after I worked out at Hotworx, I did a workout I have done hundreds of times before (10 pull ups / 20 pushups / 30 body weight squats x 15 rounds in 30 minutes) and found that I was significantly stronger. I am usually ready to be done at 30 minutes but felt like I could keep going for at least another 10 minutes. If you haven’t given Hotworx a go, I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: If you join Hotworx, you will absolutely become “addicted” in a good way!! My husband and I have worked out at almost every type of fitness studio out there. We joined Hotworx together once we experienced the massive benefits when working out in infrared heat: improved cardio health, strength and mobility improvements, increased flexibility, regular detox via sweat (hello, sweat!!) and much more! It helped me manage my bad joint pains which are side effects from cancer treatments. Due to my health condition and coronavirus/quarantine, we have been unable to be in the studio and my joint pain is back again :( The first thing I will do once it is safe for me to workout away from home again is get back into Hotworx. For now, I can do their challenging Virtual Personal Trainer workouts using the Hotworx app, which have helped me stay strong and limber.

Fantastic experience: I first want to say, I absolutely love Hotworx and the owners, Kirstie and Ron! They are incredibly kind and passionate about helping others reach their goals! Hotworx has been great for me! I’m an avid gym goer, I lift weights 5 days a week and then I try to get some cardio in. Hotworx offers 15 minute cardio HITT classes, cycle and blast. I absolutely love both because I can get in and out quickly. Those classes I can easily add into my daily routine! Additionally, I love all the other classes as well. I come on the weekends to let my body recover and do the Hotworx barre, yoga or warrior classes. They are great for muscle tightness and just helping my body relax while torching calories. Other great perks are the gym is open 24 hours and you can book your classes on your phone. So, it’s super convenient for busy schedules! If you haven’t given Hotworx a try, you are missing out!

Fantastic experience: I just experienced my first HotWorx workout and all I can say is I'm hooked!! I'm already using the app to book more classes. I was concerned I would get too hot but after about 5 minutes, when I really started sweating, I didn't even notice the heat. The classes are only 30 minutes long and it seriously felt like I was in there for 10 minutes. It's been just over 2 hours since my class ended and I'm feeling amazing! Tons of energy!! The owners are fabulous! They are extremely knowledgeable with the franchise and all the benefits you receive when working out in a HotWorx sauna. Super friendly people that are truly invested in your health and well being. The facility is amazing and has everything you could ever need for a great workout.

Fantastic experience: I loved coming here. The staff and owner are excellent and friendly. Great game changer in workout. I haven't worked out in awhile and wanted to try something new. I enjoyed this. It has enough options for anybody who is either just starting a new lifestyle or a great addition for someone who already works out. I sweat in places I didn't know could sweat. I also left refreshed and energized. There is a bunch of classes that are available all within smaller infrared sauna rooms. Great virtual instructors. Top that off they have a nice equipment area in the back with some weights etc. TIPS: drink plenty of water before during and after. Bring a small towel to wipe face or headband to keep sweat out of eyes!

Fantastic experience: I started using Hotworx's infrared saunas 3 times a week and I've seen such a big difference in my performance. I enjoy lifting and the Hotworx workouts have really helped aid my muscle recovery and improve my performance. Also, I have become really addicted to the sweat. I used to run (but have had to stop due to injury) and I would sweat more in a 30 minute Hotworx class than 2 hours of outdoor running. I just feel so much better after sweating out all the toxins. My husband even says I'm a more pleasant wife after coming out of a Hotworx box lol

Fantastic experience: I love the new Hotworx on Main St. in Apharetta. I focus a lot on my workouts and this place is the icing on the cake for me. The workouts are not intimidating and can be modified to anyone's needs. The HIIT workouts are my favorite thus far. They are 15 mins in an infared sauna. It's a win-win for me because I worked out hard, the sweat is REAL so great detox, and I feel great the rest of the day. I also love the Hot Barre, Hot Bands, Hot Yoga sessions. Just a suggestion if you like to go early in the AM go about 10 mins before your session so you can get the sauna degree up to where you want it. It does not take long for the saunas to heat up. You don't have to just sit there while you wait either because they also have various workout equipment ie: weights, kettlebells, etc. with a virtual instructor. On top of it the owners are phenomenal and the place is super clean. Folks just need to try it because some things are just better experienced.

Fantastic experience: Im excited that Hotworx is coming to Alpharetta Main St. In my area. As a health and wellness consultant, I see the immediate impact infrared has on myself and my clients. It supports detoxification, provides better sleep, decreases inflammation, and better over all frame of mind. Even better, not only does Hotworx have a patented high quality infrared sauna, it is more affordable than the others in my area. I signed up for $5.00 down and $40.00 a month. I’ve paid from $28.00 -$50.00 per hour for various saunas. Excited to add low impact exercises to my infrared time!

Fantastic experience: Wow. That was intense. And AMAZING! Loved it!! I'm used to doing an hour yoga in a 95° room - and I can hang, but I was dying at 125° for 30 minutes. I didn't wear my Fitbit - because I usually don't for yoga, but I will in the future! The set-up is great. You enter the building with an app, reserve rooms with another, and have access to free weights and TRX machine between sessions. So excited to add this to my routine!!

Fantastic experience: I love to powerlift. I also need something to help me detox and recover from lifting heavy. Adding HOTWORX into my week for recovery has been a game changer. It’s helped me with inflammation, detoxing and losing more weight. My favorite is the hot yoga for stretching. I had never tried yoga before coming to HOTWORX. I love the virtual instructors and the privacy of the boxes. The foam rolling in the boxes has truly helped keep inflammation out of my hips and knees. I enjoy the hot row workout as it’s a shorter workout and gives me added conditioning. HOTWORX is for anyone, any age or fitness level. So grab a friend like I do, and hit the boxes!
