Positive experience: My door scanner was not working and the door to the gym was locked during business hours that caused me an inconvenience but other than that the enployees are nice and they keep the gym clean
Jonathan I apologize you had trouble finding someone to set up a membership. They may have been doing cleaning or towels or up in the tans cleaning. I will check with him and see exactly what was going on and see if we can do better.
Fantastic experience: Went to this gym for about two years. Prices are competitive. Very laid back. Other gym-goers are very respectful and helpful. The owner Dan is awesome and has even given me tips on proper form when working out. I’ve seen him push a gym members baby around in a stroller so the mom could work out. That speaks volumes to me!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym so much. It’s relatively quiet during the times that I go every day and I never have to wait for a favorite machine for long, if at all. Everyone is just there putting in work, focusing on themselves for a small portion of their day. The staff is friendly and down to earth. I feel fortunate to have this place.
Fantastic experience: Love this gym. So much I can do here. The owner is awesome and is very helpful. I've been here on and off the past few years. I have been to other gyms but this is by far the best. And I can tan too!!!.

Negative experience: The staff did not get to know me. Treated me like I was a threat or making problems. Even though I’m well known all around my community as a great kid. I’ve been goin these for 4 years. Due to it being the only gym in town.
Thanks for the review. You was always a great kids when in gym. We never thought of you as a threat just needed you not to use other people or friends barcode to get in. We have a strict policy against that. Sorry for any inconvenience after a temporary leave you may come back if you wish.
Fantastic experience: In town visiting and needed to workout, the door was locked because it’s the weekend. We called the number on the door and the owner guided us as to how to get in and pay the one time fee. Loved it

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this Gym back in 2020, and Ive been here on and off over the last couple years. This is a fantastic local gym with a friendly atmosphere. The owners are making great efforts to bring in new quality equipment. This gym has improved tremendously since it first opened a few years ago. 24 hour access to gym and tanning. Dan and Evelyn are always there making improvements. This is a fantastic gym with great rates, a plethora of equipment, and friendly clientele. Highly recommend to anyone who lives in the area!

Negative experience: I made an attempt to sign up there, however there was no policy requiring customers to wear masks. I find this deeply disturbing as this is how we found ourselves in the midst of the nastiest part of the pandemic. I have already reported them to the St. Louis police department and MIOSHA I am just hoping this review saves anyone from wasting their time driving there as I have done. The place also smells like it hasn’t had a proper clean in years.
I’m sorry you didn’t feel comfortable when you came into sign up. I assure you we run a very clean gym. We have been voted Gratiots #1 Gym the last 2 years. We take the safety of our members and employees to a high level. We have a full protocol in place for this pandemic and would be more than happy to let you have a copy of that if it would make you more comfortable.
