Negative experience: The gym itself is alright but recently roof or something has been leaking. Some staff are kind and only Ishmail has helped me resolve an issue. Make sure if you do personal training you see documentation that it’s cancelled; they will tell you it’s fine multiple times and not to worry while it’s still active and you have to have documentation proving you wanted it cancelled if you run into my situation. It took weeks and had to call an entirely different location to get it resolved. Also the basketball court is dusty it needs to be dust mopped more or leave one in there so it can be cleaned as needed. My second personal trainer Azim is very knowledgeable about different workouts to help you get to your goals.

Negative experience: I like this gym but they got quite a few guys walking around with ski masks trying to be YNs and it needs to stop, you shouldn’t have grown men in your business with full face coverings, do better.

Positive experience: The staff are always on top ensuring that the machines are kept clean but it's not always the same for the locker rooms, especially with the showers. The showers are nasty and appears to never be cleaned. It would be nice to be able to use the showers on site.

Positive experience: This is one of the better EOS locations. It is pretty good but the parking lot is a bit bigger than actually capacity it can hold. Also the front desk people are nice and answer questions like this guy Grant I met.

Negative experience: I go to different EOS around the valley. For some reason 2/3 of the people here leave weights on machines when done, do not re rack. Also most people at the gym do not wipe down machines when done.

Negative experience: We signed up for a personal trainer, but he kept canceling our appointments. We decided to cancel the training and they told us we couldn't because it's "on a contract". They tell us they can put a freeze on the training charges if we would like to resume at a latter time and we say yes. They lied about freezing the charges and continued to bill us for months of personal training without us realizing it. When we contacted them, they refused a refund. We decided to cancel the whole membership, but they told us we couldn't do it over the phone. We go in person, and they tell us we can't do it in person either. They gave us a link to some website that required a code we didn't have. We had to call a bunch of people and jump through a million hoops just to cancel. Don't join this gym unless you're planning to be a member for the rest of your life I guess.

Negative experience: This place is alright if you want a decent but not great workout. Don’t understand why every single “coach” who is training refuse to wipe their equipment down to show their client good gym etiquette.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at EOS Fitness for many years, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, the equipment is modern and in great condition, and there's a wide variety of machines and free weights to choose from. What really sets this gym apart is the staff — friendly, professional, specially Kamdin she always willing to help or offer guidance. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, and the group classes are energetic and fun. I’ve seen real progress in my fitness goals thanks to the supportive environment here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and effective place to work out!

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and positivity, and the environment is always clean, safe, and fun for the kids. Brooklyn and Nevaeh are absolute gems. Their energy, kindness, and genuine love for the kids shine through in everything they do. They go above and beyond to make each child feel seen, heard, and cared for. My kids always look forward to seeing them, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent with my fitness routine. Knowing my little ones are in such good hands gives me total peace of mind.

Negative experience: The equipment and amenities are nice but it’s way too busy and overcrowded for me. I saw a guy shaving in the jacuzzi, and I told the front staff worker who seemed like he didn’t care and didn’t do anything about it. So I cancelled my membership.
