Positive experience: The staff are always on top ensuring that the machines are kept clean but it's not always the same for the locker rooms, especially with the showers. The showers are nasty and appears to never be cleaned. It would be nice to be able to use the showers on site.
Positive experience: This is one of the better EOS locations. It is pretty good but the parking lot is a bit bigger than actually capacity it can hold. Also the front desk people are nice and answer questions like this guy Grant I met.

Fantastic experience: Yousef and Josh are absolutely amazing. The gym is always clean and ready for use. My training sessions are targeted as they are helping me hit my goals while showing me new exercises i can do anywhere. Great gym and environment.

Negative experience: I go to different EOS around the valley. For some reason 2/3 of the people here leave weights on machines when done, do not re rack. Also most people at the gym do not wipe down machines when done.
Negative experience: We signed up for a personal trainer, but he kept canceling our appointments. We decided to cancel the training and they told us we couldn't because it's "on a contract". They tell us they can put a freeze on the training charges if we would like to resume at a latter time and we say yes. They lied about freezing the charges and continued to bill us for months of personal training without us realizing it. When we contacted them, they refused a refund. We decided to cancel the whole membership, but they told us we couldn't do it over the phone. We go in person, and they tell us we can't do it in person either. They gave us a link to some website that required a code we didn't have. We had to call a bunch of people and jump through a million hoops just to cancel. Don't join this gym unless you're planning to be a member for the rest of your life I guess.
Negative experience: This place is alright if you want a decent but not great workout. Don’t understand why every single “coach” who is training refuse to wipe their equipment down to show their client good gym etiquette.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at EOS Fitness for many years, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, the equipment is modern and in great condition, and there's a wide variety of machines and free weights to choose from. What really sets this gym apart is the staff — friendly, professional, specially Kamdin she always willing to help or offer guidance. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, and the group classes are energetic and fun. I’ve seen real progress in my fitness goals thanks to the supportive environment here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and effective place to work out!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about the EOS Kids Club — it has truly been a game-changer for our family! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and positivity, and the environment is always clean, safe, and fun for the kids. Brooklyn and Nevaeh are absolute gems. Their energy, kindness, and genuine love for the kids shine through in everything they do. They go above and beyond to make each child feel seen, heard, and cared for. My kids always look forward to seeing them, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent with my fitness routine. Knowing my little ones are in such good hands gives me total peace of mind.

Negative experience: The equipment and amenities are nice but it’s way too busy and overcrowded for me. I saw a guy shaving in the jacuzzi, and I told the front staff worker who seemed like he didn’t care and didn’t do anything about it. So I cancelled my membership.

Fantastic experience: From out of town and signed up for a free trial. Jonathan was the fitness consultant that took care of me and he was great! Great customer service, treated us well and made sure we were taken care of before I went to go lift. Would recommend anyone coming to this location to ask for him.

Fantastic experience: The staff have their hands full. As far as equipment, you can get a wide variety of exercises. The staff are very friendly in my experience. Set expectations that this is a 24 hour gym, and there will be some damaged machines or wear and tear on equipment. With that said, it is still a decent location. Parking is always a challenge during peak times in the early morning or late afternoon. There is parking in the back. Bathrooms are clean, staff does their best.

Negative experience: 11/26, there were no paper towels available on the north side of the facility. Over 6 paper towel dispensers were completely empty - it’s unacceptable, unsanitary, and poorly managed situation. It is negligent to not perform routine checks on cleanliness and equipment maintenance, especially during flu season. After I notified the front desk, they refilled the dispensers, and numerous people were then able to access paper towels. However, one can only imagine how many people were unable to properly wipe down equipment due to the lack of paper towels. This recurring issue demonstrates a clear lack of oversight by upper management, who need to address the gym's cleanliness standards. Ultimately, this failure falls on the ownership for allowing such substandard conditions to persist for months despite prior complaints.

Negative experience: Went for a free trial week, they sign me up for a monthly membership instead. I should have known it was a little odd that they were asking for a debit card to hold on file.. blah blah blah cancel anytime and you won't be charged anything. RIGHT???!!! WRONG. I GOT CHARGED $34 FOR A SHOWER, AND LET ME TELL YOU, THEY'RE PRETTY FN GROSS. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!!!

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this gym pretty consistently for a while, and have had almost all great experiences. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and people pretty much all seem to be happy doing their workout. No drama. There seem to be plenty of cardio machines, free weights, and other machines. It does seem like there could be a few more benches, though - there are a few dumbbell exercises I’d like to do on a bench or incline bench but they’re often full. (There are plenty of benches with barbells, but not enough without.) I will say my first few experiences were not great. I was scheduled to do a tour, and the person I was supposed to meet wasn’t there, then I was left sitting for like 15 or 20 minutes with no sign of whether I would be helped. I rescheduled and the same thing happened. It seems like there is a disconnect between the front desk, the sales staff, and the trainers, where depending on who you talk to, they can’t seem to help you or even know who else is working. Then when I did finally get a tour, I signed up for personal training, and the trainer was kind of unprofessional/odd, and he didn’t show up for my next session, then canceled a few sessions. (He is no longer there.) The next trainer I was set up with was great, though - thanks, Tyler! He got me back into a good routine and really met me where I was, starting with easy things and then building. Another review mentions that many of the small lockers don’t work, and that is a problem I have noticed, also. All you have to do to see if one is working is find one that is currently unlocked, and try to rotate it to locked - since the numbers can be anything, they should all be able to rotate to locked, no matter what they’re set at. Most of them seem to be stuck. I would love to be able to use them so if they could be fixed, that would be great! (I’ll update my review if that happens.) There are plenty of lockers available in the locker room, but I’d rather not bring a lock just to put my keys and phone in there. In general this place is a great deal for the monthly fee, and I am happy to recommend it.
