Fantastic experience: Great selection of machines and more than one power rack and dedicated benching (incline, decline, and flat) which is a BIG deal for me. Nothing like having to wait on leg day because someone's doing a bench workout in the rack. They also have a reverse hyper which is awesome for rehab/prehab

Fantastic experience: Equipment for any fitness goals. I personally love the accepting environment, the owner is nice and helpful, and love that I can deadlift without being told not to! Lots of different strength equipment also. Power racks, lots of dumbells, bands, different types of bars (SSB, Hex bar etc)
Fantastic experience: The Gym 24/7 in Alma is the best kept secret in Gratiot County. The owner Randy genuinely cares about the physical and mental health of his members and the community at large. He always keeps the gym clean and all the equipment is there. The only reason that anyone would leave less than a 5 star review would be because they didn't show up.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I were looking for a place ce to go after it got too cold to walk outdoors. We were referred to try The Gym 34/7. We love this place. Silver sneakers is honored here . The staff is friendly and helpful about explaining machines not familiar with. We now know the names of most people who come same time and enjoy talking with them. Great place!

But they never added new equipment. or really cared about people in the gym hitting their personal goals They only cared about money. Check it out. This gym couldn't have better owners.
