Fantastic experience: Has every kind of equipment you could want. The place is kept extremely clean. The facility is usually not overcrowded, so there is plenty of access to equipment.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of equipment and polite friendly employees always looking to help or motivate. Jack and Donny specifically motivated me through a lot but there's so many other employees just as great. Very clean lockeroom with individual lockers for your things and showers if you need. Overall just a great clean gym with great equipment :)

Fantastic experience: Gym has everything I need, is mostly clean, it's not a social club, or a pose studio, it's honest real folk staying fit. Staff are omni present and friendly but not intrusive. The only high end things I miss are a steam sauna, and a 50 degree cold plunge/ soak tub.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly & welcoming place! I am a Gym gnat (& will never be a gym rat.) I really like the captioned TVs that you can watch from the treadmills, stair steppers, & stationary bikes. All shapes, sizes, & levels of fitness use this gym, so I don't feel like an oddball as a close to 70 yr old chunky person.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I signed up for a membership today. It is right around the corner from our house making it very convenient. The gym was clean, staff was friendly and members all seemed to be like a BIG happy family. Carson, the manager, was so very nice, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to sign us up personally and addressed all our questions!! Highly recommended!!

Negative experience: Tried to cancel membership on a Saturday but told the only way to cancel is "coming back when the manager is here" and through mail. Preposterous. Go to a city gym instead.

Fantastic experience: Carson helped me immediately when I had an issue with my credit card. She worked it all out with me. Very friendly and helpful Ashley who teaches the morning class at 7:30 is awesome. Very patient with me as I’m a newbie in the class compared to the other ones that are there, also she’s instructive showing me how to protect my back or certain areas.

Fantastic experience: I was working out at 24 hour fitness in Murphy. Needless to say this gym is beyond better. Unlike 24 hour fitness, the equipment is well maintained and cleaned and I don’t feel like I’ll get 15 different illnesses if I accidentally rub my eyes. Not to mention the staff is very kind and attentive. Getting your account set up here is a breeze. My point is workout anytime is much better. Trust me.

Fantastic experience: The gym is really clean and staff are friendly. I also can't recommend my coach Mario enough! He's incredibly knowledgeable and has created a well balanced exercise regime for me. He always brings a friendly, positive energy to our sessions. Even outside our scheduled time, if he sees me at the gym, he's always ready to answer questions or help correct my form. Mario truly cares about his clients' progress and goes the extra mile to make sure we succeed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym for the pricing plans available. Machines are well kept, free weight section is always maintained and I've never waited for a bench. Staff are very helpful and generous with their time. Cannot go wrong if your focus is on fitness and accomplishing a solid workout.

Fantastic experience: Cleanest gym I've ever been to. Friendly staff. Excellent options for workouts. Unfortunately I don't know all the staffs names. However, the young lady and young man that appear to be the managers are great! Ashley also became a friend from my first day at the gym and always says hi every day. I have worked out a least 40 - 50 years in all sorts gyms. I could not be happier with this club. No judgment by members or staff. All ages, sizes and abilities. Coaches for younger and older, newbies and long timers. Same holds true for the types of equipment. Best in Plano, Murphy and surrounding area. Excellent friendly staff!

Fantastic experience: Working anytime gym is the best and love this place and its staff, especially the coach Mario was very helpful. All the equipment is great and well-cleaned and always available as compared to other gyms. Lastly, I will say the staff gave the gym a welcoming atmosphere. I personally recommend others to Join this gym and you will love it.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I love going to WOA! Conveniently, we can walk to this gym. I was not someone you would catch in a typical gym prior to signing up for a membership here last December. I tended to lean more toward boutique-style fitness and was intimidated by the atmospheres and equipment I had previously experienced in other gyms. WOA is a smaller gym with overall friendly people inside! I signed on to train with Mario for 12 weeks twice a week quickly after buying my membership to get some guidance on resistance training and what to do to have an effective workout in the gym. Mario was fun to work with, incredibly respectful, has a great attitude, and I credit him for helping me move past the intimidation I felt in other gyms. I now go to WOA 4-5 days per week and feel like I can function on my own! Thanks, Mario and WOA!

Fantastic experience: I love Workout Anytime in Plano East. It's very accessible at less than a half mile from my house. The friendly staff do a great job in making sure all equipment is clean and in working order. Carson, the manager, is so sweet, greeting any and all clients and overseeing the entire gym. My husband and I are very appreciative of Workout Anytime.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are super nice, courteous and friendly. What I like is that they will answer your question if you don't know how to properly use a machine. But if you're looking for a trainer Monty is amazing so glad I decided to sign up with him! He definitely takes his time to explain things thoroughly and is very patient but motivates and pushes you!

Fantastic experience: I worked out with Ashley M before I had right shoulder surgery with hopes of strengthening my unaffected arm and increase my overall balance and strength. ( and she did!) Ashley was wonderful in giving me a written plan, encouraging me with my exercise, and being professional, kind and, yes humorous at times. I totally recommend her

Positive experience: There is never a trainer or employee there when I need them to be. The key code box on the front door doesn’t work properly. It’s okay for what I need to do, but by no means is this a great gym. I’ve been I. Much better.

Negative experience: I sent an email last week stating I wanted to cancel my membership due to my family dynamic changing, only to check my account and see they charged me anyway. Their are people who bring another of friends with them to work out once the workers leave and it's super aggravating. It's also not fair. The gym has windows and mirrors so if you want to workout in peace without others staring at you, this isn't the place. If you choose gym please go for Mario. Super nice and is dedicated to helping you reach your goal. Refund my money and cancel both memberships.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for approximately 6 months and everyone there has been extremely friendly and very helpful when needed. About 4 months ago I started training with Mario and have seen a noticeable difference in my energy and fitness levels. He puts a lot of time, effort and thought into the program he has setup for me and continually pushes me to improve. I highly recommend both Workout Anytime and Mario to anyone looking for a gym and personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this location for about 10 years. About 8 months ago I took a dare and started working out under Ashley’s guidance. I am continually impressed with her knowledge and keeping the workouts fresh/not repetitive. She also gauges my limits very accurately while always challenging me. I’m a very satisfied client!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Workout Anytime for 2 years, and I genuinely enjoy the environment. The gym is well-maintained, creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. I attend the group training sessions, which are taught by Mario. He is always enthusiastic to teach and tailors every workout to each person's ability, ensuring everyone gets the most out of their session. I have noticed significant improvements in my fitness and overall health, thanks to Mario's personalized approach and encouragement.

Negative experience: This gym used to be nice, but for the last couple of months, it's been going downhill. The gym smells bad especially at night, and the water fountain has been broken for a while now. Members have been asking for a hack squat machine for quite some time, which should be essential equipment at any gym.

Positive experience: My roommate and I went here for a tour and it's such a step up from the last gym I went to (can't speak for my roommate, but she is right on board with us signing up) The employee (Liliana) that walked us through was amazing and friendly and had a great balance of socializing with us while also answering all of our questions and introducing us to the new environment. Furthermore, the lighting wasn't harsh, there's plenty of equipment and everything looks clean. My roommate and I are looking forward to coming back soon!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the lady who assisted me this morning with a cancellation. If I lived closer, I would come to this location in a heart beat. The gym seems extremely clean, laid out well & a good vibe overall. The music was not overwhelming loud and it looks like this location would be worth the premium membership based off of the size and professionalism I experienced today.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now and I love this gym. The owner himself and the staff are super cool and welcoming. The gym itself is also a 24 hour gym so if you’re an early riser or night owl then this is your place.

Negative experience: This gym used to be a great place to work out, I've been coming here for almost 7 years, but I'm going to switch to a different gym that at least has a good AC system. This gym is always hot, and it's very difficult to work out.

Fantastic experience: Million-dollar gym and it looks the part. The enthusiastic employees keep it clean, and the management bends over backwards to make the guests happy. I've been coming to the gym for 18 months. In that time I've lost around 90 lbs. I really appreciate them coming to the neighborhood.

Negative experience: This place used to be good until Grace was the manager, ever since they hired Carson, this gym went down badly, she lies openly and owner supports her. She promised to freeze our membership during 2nd phase of Covid, but upon return, she completely denied giving the time back that was frozen, rather she acted very unprofessional. We notified this to the owner but he took no action even after promising that he would. We are IT Professional and Doctor and were very polite in explaining what was promised to us, but in return Carson's behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. We're leaving this Gym for not coming back until they fulfill their promise, look into bad behavior of manager to the customers and fix the issue instead of just blindly supporting the favorite employee.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff members are extremely nice and helpful. Clean Gym and locker room. Never had an issue while working out there, granted they do have a small issue of younger teens letting in groups of their obnoxious friends into the gym late at night since it is 24/7. The staff makes this location a 5 star gym!

Fantastic experience: This place is the real deal. There’s not a better Workout Anytime in the DFW area. Do you want friendly staff to greet you? Do you want a staff that is professional and knows what they are doing? Do you want a facility that is clean? Do you want good lifting and cardio options? Do you want a nice family environment where you can work out without being pushed around? This is your place. This place has become my home for exercising, and I love all aspects of Workout Anytime Plano East. The Exercise classes are fun and challenging and the participants are all excellent to sweat with. By far, this is the best gym that I have been to in Plano and I love this location. I love it so much, that I feel like I am here all the time. :)

Positive experience: I like this gym because it is convenient and not pricey. It has what I need. The only downside for me is it is too hot in the summer, I cannot workout as long as I like because of the heat they do have fans, but it is not enough. Wish something could be done!

Negative experience: I've been with this place since 2019. This place was a solid 5 star before COVID. Staff were very friendly and spent alot of time cleaning. Now, staff seem limited to mostly trainers. Recently, most evening regulars are young guys working-out shirtless, rubbing their sweaty bare chest and back throughout the gym equipment, and would not wipe the equipment down after use. Several cardio machines are sticky and dusty. Will be moving onto a different gym. Sanitation and modesty is not common here in the evening. Enforce a dress code and spend more time with sanitizing the facility!

Positive experience: Very clean, the best part about this gym, is that I can go there anytime, I used to go to the rec center but I would miss my workouts due to running out of time. I can come here at 3:00 am if I want to and get a full workout in. Not to mention that they have tons of machines, weights, and pretty much something for everyone. Highly reccomend

Negative experience: Never crowded. Super helpful staff and all the machines necessary. Downside after 2 year here. If you don't have enough funds when they process payment, there is a $20 charge. $20? Absurd. Edit* Cancelled because we're moving, your forced to pay another month if you don't cancel a month ahead. How does me cancelling a month ahead affect anyone's business? Gym is fine, administration is trash.

Fantastic experience: Update June 2023: The gym is still great! New group training is fun and really pushes you to do your best! Extra equipment has been added including another squat rack and bench press. Update May 2022: This is the best gym! Still well kept and clean, friendly and helpful staff, amazing workout classes and a good selection of equipment! Always my first recommendation for people looking to get fit! Original: Their gym is kept very clean by both staff and members. They’ve got plenty of equipment for everybody. Their fitness classes are tuned to your needs, well worth it. Overall a solid location with good pricing options, and their friendly service helps to keep me coming back.
