Fantastic experience: All the coaches pay close attention during workouts to ensure the members are using correct the correct form. I also appreciate the changing up of the workouts on a regular basis. It’s never boring and always something new.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 in March of 2023 and I have loved every class since then! I love that F45 focuses on both weight training, cardio and combined the two in challenging hybrid workouts as well. F45 SouthMcKinney has built a wonderful, encouraging community where it doesn’t matter what fitness level or shape you begin in, you know that you’re going to be welcomed and greeted warmly. The trainers at F45 are excellent; challenging, tough yet kind and friendly! I recommend F45 to all I know and even convinced my husband to join so now it’s a real family affair.

Fantastic experience: I choose Stephanie Elzea classes, not only because she is excellent as a trainer but also for I am an almost 60 years old lady that have never exercise, and she is always guiding and showing me how to do it the right way. Thanks F45 for choosing kind, professional people as her.

The studio is clean and well-equipped. All coaches are super energetic, motivating, and very knowledgeable. They always take their time to ensure everyone is using proper form and technique. The community here are simply the best! Highly recommend this place for a great workout!

Fantastic experience: My first session was amazing! I made it clear to the trainers that I haven’t worked out in 2-3 years, and I’ve had two knee surgeries. They were very accommodating by providing modifications and extra encouragement. I love how everyone is focused on their own workout but still encouraging each other here and there. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow!

Fantastic experience: Worked out for the first time in years. The coach corrected my form throughout. While I was showering, I noticed some lower back tenderness. Then I thought in my head "engage my core" and my reflex of engaging the core made all the tenderness to go away and made me feel so strong. The way I engaged my core was only possible after today's workout and the cue from the coach. Time to go back and work out consistently if I can feel this strong every day and not just when I think about it! Separately, the energy of the instructors is fantastic! They were welcoming in tone of voice and length of conversation. They remembered my name too which is usually hard to pronounce.

Fantastic experience: F45 has been a fantastic experience for me! No matter which class I attend, I feel the positivity in support from the coaches! I have been to many other gyms and other f45 locations too! The South Mckinney location is special! Everyone is encouraging and I drive at least 20 minutes each way to make it to the workout and still worth every minute of the time I spend here! I am looking at my long-term goals here!

Not knowing what to expect it was comforting to be greeted by the trainers who were more than engaging and willing to help accommodate any workouts should you have prior injuries. Fantastic experience: I love F45! Post baby I needed something to keep me active to lose the baby weight and gain some muscle back. It’s hard for me to get motivated at home. F45 helps motivate me, holds me accountable, it’s hard work but so much fun. I love coach Stephanie and Alexa! They do such a good job of cheering you on, making sure you’ve got good form, and push you to do that extra rep!!

Fantastic experience: A friend was persistent in inviting me to join her. I did the 7 day trial and was in! The coaches and the people at this location are an added bonus to the already killer workouts! I have been going 5 days a week and enjoy the variety of workouts! In 3 weeks I have already noticed a difference in my strength.
