Fantastic experience: This place offers a wide range of fitness activities to make any one happy. My personal favorites are Kettlebell with Barb and Pole Fitness with Barb. I have tried every fitness class here except RIP'D and PIYO. And all are very good and the instructors are great. I really wish they would have a Pound only class, they combine Pound with Zumba but I love the Pound so much I want it to be its own class.
