Fantastic experience: Y’all need to try out this gym. Each and every coach has their unique ways of motivating each, and every one in the class. No judgments no weird looks everyone pushes each other to finish strong. And don’t worry if you can’t make it to the class the app also has workouts that you could do at home. Which that is a plus for me, because I could work out at home when my little girl wakes up in the morning.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed class with Nolan today! He offered great scaling options for the Metcon and class moved smoothly under his lead.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at my garage gym for the last 4 years. I wasn't getting much out of my workouts because I was only pacing myself against me. I did attend a session at Arioch and fell in love with working out with others and the extra push it brings. Arioch also has a pretty huge facility and plenty of equipment that I have not seen anyone waiting for others to do their movements. Coaches and community are pretty solid and no drama, which led to my 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to improve your fitness and challenge yourself. The lead coach Colin brings a lot of positive energy to class and does great job projecting his voice so even the largest classes can clearly understand the instruction. He is very diligent in explaining the movements and leading the class through progressions. He leaves time for questions before each workout, and will stop by while you're practicing specific skills to provide direct coaching when needed. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable; I highly recommend Arioch to any fitness enthusists!

She was able to approach everyone in the class even if they did not speak a lot of Spanish. Her attitude was amazing!

My husband and I have been CrossFitting just short of two years and we just love the programming that is offered here. Fantastic experience: Love these Guys! Restarted my fitness journey and learned about Arioch from a current member there, and my good friend. I’ve been going for about 3-4 weeks and can honestly say the community at this gym is so welcoming, kind, funny, friendly. The coaches are also great too! Really different in the best way from a previous CF community I was a part of in the past. The community at Arioch supports every goal of its members and really push each other to be better, stronger, give it 110%. Looking forward to participating in the open with this community- let’s gooo!

Fantastic experience: Class was great and Daniela was awesome! The atmosphere was nice and upbeat with music! The only thing I would suggest is to have modified workouts shown for new clients. It’s fast paced and you have to be a coordinated person to be able to keep up and get a good quality workout.

Fantastic experience: I've never been a CrossFit guy, but when my rugby club scheduled some weekly pre-season workouts I jumped in. It's been a major help at overcoming the post-COVID fatigue I'd been dealing with, and our workouts have stressed both functional strength and endurance, which as rugby guys we need. Very pleased with the training we've received.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Everyone made me feel welcome from day one. The coaches took the time to show me how to do the exercises and gave me modifications to help keep me moving but not over so it.

Positive experience: Very drop in friendly, great gym culture, welcoming members, good warm ups and coaching, fun wod, lots of equipment, plenty of space for everyone, very responsive to emails, easy to book classes. I drove past it at first, came back and luckily was able to follow another member to the right door and upstairs. I wish they had better signage. Burpees had my stomach covered in gunk and the cleaning rags were soaked through with old dirt and cleaning product.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed Coach Mark’s barbell class. He’s thorough, fun and makes learning accessible regardless of your background. Definitely would recommend a class with him. Great facility! Don’t forget a towel though!

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Arioch in 2020 summer, the moment I step into that place I immediately felt welcome by Greg, he really helped me understand what CrossFit is all about since it was my first time trying it and I never looked back. I am a regular at 5:30 am class, worked with many experienced and skilled coaches especially Colin who keeps me in check and always encouraging me to get better. Honestly I have never enjoyed working out more and I have tried many places but only at CrossFit Arioch I feel like I belong. I have achieved many physical goals that I thought I could never be able to achieve. Definitely the best thing I have done for my mental and physical health.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Arioch is a hidden gem in the northwest suburbs. They provide a great atmosphere for their athletes. The coaching is top notch. The members make you feel welcomed. The programming is amazing and I feel like I'm being challenged everytime I go. They also provide access to the gym during non-scheduled hours which is convenient. I prefer to go during schedule hours because the 6pm class is the best group of people. I can't count times I come in from work with dead tired, but they always put a smile on my face with their funny personalities and goofy antics. I highly recommend this gym if your looking for a great workout with amazing people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been a member for less than a month (did a drop-in & a trial week beforehand), but Arioch didn’t disappoint in the slightest. Greg, the owner, was incredibly accommodating to me as I was discussing membership, and navigating switching gyms from my previous affiliate in Chicago. Stepped in and didn’t miss a beat. The people are great, the energy is exactly what you’d want it to be, and the coaches match their enthusiasm with their knowledge/skill set. I’ll update as time goes on, but first impressions are everything. This place knocks it out of the park in that regard.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for about 3-4 years, took some time off for surgery but immediately wanted to come back. The coaches (Greg, Jesse, Collin) are great, knowledgeable and helpful. From day one of not being able to do many movements, the coaches adjusted to what I could do and I never felt out of place for not being able to lift too heavy or for not being able to do certain movements. Highly recommend giving it a try if you are looking for a great place to workout.

Before joining CrossFit Arioch I had visited several other CrossFit gyms and completed several trial workouts but none of the other places seemed to be the “right fit” for me. Fantastic experience: A great group of people a with nice facilities at the gym. Every day is different if you're looking to get all around fit. The community has a good mix of events and is very welcoming to new visitors. I joined four months ago and I am grateful that I did. This is much better for you than just showing up to the planet fitness and doing what you do.

Fantastic experience: Was able to get a 4 PM class in between my traveling work schedule. I coach in Chicago and have visited many boxes throughout my travels! This was a great spot! The contact number I texted to drop in and they responded right away! Coach Collin was very welcoming and a very detailed high quality coach! We went through movements and progression in detail but not long winded, which I really appreciate as a fellow coach! The spot is a little tricky to find, but it’s worth searching out this treasure of a spot. Thanks for hosting me!
