Fantastic experience: REVIEWING FOR A PARTY (not for gymnastics) That being said, we had never been here and didn't know what to expect. We had a duo-5 year old birthday here with about 26 kids. We were blown away by the staff support. There were 3 individuals (Megan was in charge) and I expected to do full set up and coordination of anything "party" basically having them there to coordinate some activity and keep everyone safe. Megan and her team were very hands on. They helped set up the room, effectively got everyone's attention (wound up 5-year-olds I remind you), she even served the food with her team, facilitated in the tight space, and helped keep things moving and cleaned up. I couldn't believe it! It definitely made things go smoothly and stay on track. As far as the play area we basically had run of the place. I didn't expect that. I thought we would be coralled to a section, but the kids could go and try anything they wanted. With the age group parents definitely have to watch the kids because there are less safe areas for littles. But overall WIN would totally go there again and may look into gymnastics there next!

Negative experience: Open gym passes is a joke. My first time using the passes. I contacted the office several times this week for spring break. Apparently, Monday the passes were not accepted. And I called this morning to verify open gym time. Not one person during both calls said you have to register to join due to capacity. The card stated to create and account and for waivers. I have an account. The card doesn't say anything about registration and no one said a thing over the phone. We get there and the poor handling of the situation by the office team and manager sitting there saying it's on our website. We'll I am standing in front of you and my kids are disappointed. Not only did this happen to me. But several families as well. Many moms out there were complaining of the unprofessional handling of the situation and how communication is so poor. I feel this is important to share as you may not hear it from them due to lack of awareness and communication. But you have to register to join an open gym. Hopefully your kiddos don't experience what mine did today. So sad they can't communicate better. But they won't hesitate to say no to kids. During winter break this year Apparently the whole gym was closed yet they kept the open gym on the website. I went there too along with other moms. I wonder how often the site is actually correct and or updated.

Fantastic experience: My kids have attended the ninja classes here for the past 4 years, and they love it! I've watched them grow stronger and more confident thanks to the classes and coaches. They love everything about this place!

Fantastic experience: My daughter started at Trinity several years ago, and this is where she discovered her love for Gymnastics! It was always a very caring, safe, and family-friendly environment. I was glad to find a small, family-run business that had good foundational values. Although my daughter does not go here currently, we are forever grateful for her experiences and time at Trinity.

Fantastic experience: Incredible 5th birthday party for my daughter! From the very beginning of walking in with boxes and bags to set up it was like magic. The staff immediately set everything up. Every detail was taken care of quicker than I expected. Working with Megan the Birthday Manager was a breeze. She was helpful throughout the entire party, made sure we took a group picture and that all activities were on time. Everyone had a blast and my daughter truly felt special. The staff were wonderful and attentive. All the guests were impressed with the obstacle course too. Truly an amazing time was had. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We hosted my son's birthday party here, and I can't speak highly enough of how well it went! The staff was super friendly and helpful - they immediately jumped in and helped us decorate, and they wrangled the kids in and kept them on schedule! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Negative experience: Observed my six year old great grandson. Appalled at the condition of the equipment (vinyl peeling off where not held with duct tape), and how FILTHY it was.

Negative experience: Fui a averiguar por clases para mi hija. La manager de oficina fue grosera y bastante mal educada. Tuve que esperar a que se le diera la gana de atenderme porque ni siquiera me miro durante los 10 o más minutos que estuve esperando, fui literalmente ignorada. Y cuando lo hizo, fue en un plan horrible. No sonrío ni una sola vez. No me ofreció planes, no me enseñó el lugar, no fue empatica para nada y no mostró ni una señal de que le gustaran los niños. En medio de la fallida entrevista llegó una señora para averiguar, la miro mal y le dijo “estoy atendiendo a otra persona” ósea no podía decir ni hola ? De verdad y esa fue la office manager ? Tremendo. Este lugar fue una gran desilusión. Cancele de inmediato el pago y no llevaré a mi niña donde la traten como una molestia. A lo mejor no todos son así, pero ella es la persona visible en el lugar y da muchísima pena.

Negative experience: Does not put you in the right spot

Fantastic experience: I did competitive gymnastics here as a kid and now I have my young son here and he loves it. Such awesome coaches! Really a great place.

Fantastic experience: We went for a birthday party and it was a great time! The staff was very friendly and kept the kids entertained!

Negative experience: Called on 3 days, left 3 messages to obtain more information and have not received a return call, though the website indicates that it's not a busy time. Very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: Great for birthday celebrations. Manager is fully hands on helping with set up, serving, clean up and tear down. Hosted second celebration two years in a row!

Negative experience: Zero stars. My daughter fell off a long trampoline into a space between a cement wall and possibly hit her head. She cried for hours and had a possible head injury but showed no signs of concussion or had injury so the ER didn't recommend an xray since she didn't say her head hurt or she hit her head. Called Trinity to explain what happened. They told me they'd fix that area to make it more safe and rearrange the whole gym. We went back a year later and they had not changed that area. Still a huge gap between a long trampoline and a cement wall. We will never go back again. I've told other gym owners this story and they are shocked and said that there should have been protection from the cement wall.

Fantastic experience: I just signed up here a few days ago and boy was it worth it. Fantastic gym, great equipment, super tidy and organized! I love it, won't be leaving anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: Trinity has worked with my daughter from the age of 2 (6 years now) and from the very start the program has been excellent. They keep it fun and recognize talent so children that want to, can stay challenged. Great staff and coaches!

Fantastic experience: My son has been going to Trinity for over 4 years now. When he started at Trinity, it was a place to get all his energy out. As time went on, I see it differently on why we go to Trinity. It’s a place where he has gain so much more. He has become more confident. He has formed a trust with his coach. Also, he has grown in a number of skills. He is getting the male bonding that he needs and forming some of the best friendships here. If you asked him, this is the place he would want to go.

Fantastic experience: Clean facility, calm, more importantly the teachers work so well with the kids. My 3 year old was tentative with forward rolls and hanging on bars. The teacher did it with her side by side and so kindly. They really care about instructing, are patient, and know how to work individually with the kids even in group classes.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful coaches, absolute best in the area, from preschool up through team. I have 5 children of different ages and levels, some on team track, some who did rec. I cant recommend a place more highly then Trinity!

Fantastic experience: We've been doing classes here for almost 2 years and just had our daughter's birthday party there. The staff is SO good with kids, professional, fun and fair. The building is clean and well equipped. I cannot speak enough kind words about Trinity, definitely the place to be!

Negative experience: Don't waste your time, money, or your child's energy!

Positive experience: If based on staff alone, I would give 5 stars. Everyone I have worked with (I have a toddler who comes here) has been outstanding. Most of the equipment is very used and some of it is falling apart. Staff keeps me coming back.

Positive experience: Really friendly and my kids look forward to going every week!!!

Negative experience: The management at this facility is very unprofessional. Something that was agreed upon by one person in the front office was contradicted by another person that had no connection to our daughter’s progress. Very disappointed and looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The workers ethics and support is wonderful. The gym is family oriented.
