Fantastic experience: Zone Fitness Works is a very unique experience because it incorporates all aspects of functional fitness training and heart monitoring. The workouts are never boring, they have so much variety! It is perfect and safe for ALL fitness levels and provides phenomenal coaching both physically and nutritionally. No having to push yourself to exercise because the energy you receive from the coach as well as the energy you leave with make Zone Fitness Works an amazing experience you want to go back to again and again!

Fantastic experience: first off , this is my Happy Place! This is not your traditional gym ( not intimidating) your workouts are done by circuits ( no machines to hurt yourself on) we are working every part of our bodies, strengthening our core, all the while being coached ( the proper way ) AND ENCOURAGED while wearing heart monitors so we can individualize our session and know if we are burning fat ( not just sugar! My workouts have been somewhat modified because of a hip issue and not being able to get up and down off the floor easily, we all go at our own speed ! I am slowly but surely in 4 weeks able to do more because I am now able to get up and down so much easier . I love this place and Michele ( our coach) we encourage each other and have fun working out the correct way!! It’s welcoming and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a good experience at this gym I needed to share it. I recently had surgery on my shoulder and was worried about doing a group fitness HIIT class. The trainer took the time before and after the class to stretch out my shoulder and give me exercises to further help my recovery. After learning she was a sports nutritionists, she guided me on the right choices for my body. I have never felt so accepted and heard at a gym before, not to mention my shoulder feels amazing. Very well done.

Fantastic experience: I just moved into the area from out of state and was really stressing about finding a gym that had everything I needed. After several trials from different gyms in town, I can honestly say Zone Fitness Works offers so much more than its competition. The trainers are friendly and knowledgable, I feel like they are really here to help me reach my goals and the workouts are so individualized. I love how involved the owner is, truly makes a difference in the overall atmosphere of the place. 5 STARS!!!

Fantastic experience: I used to work out 2 hours a day at a gym, 5-7 days a week to strengthen, tone, and lose weight. I found Zone Fitness Works and it not only changed my workouts, it changed my life. The method the personal trainers are trained to use is effective and efficient. I have released weight and am stronger than I’ve ever been. Having a personal trainer at every work out encouraging proper form is so much more effective that working out at a gym by myself. Thanks Zone for changing my life, health, and giving me 8-10 hours of my week back to live instead of workout!

Fantastic experience: Not your typical workout place! Michelle is great and keeps you very motivated! Each workout is different so every time you go you're working on something different. I love that this gym caters to all workout levels from novice to more advanced and you can work at your own pace and build up from there. Plus it's FUN!! I've made new friends who also keep me motivated and I look forward to working out with them! You've got to give this place a try!!

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful and incredible fitness experience here!!! LOVE it!!! Michele's method is so innovative! None of her workouts are the ever same. I very much enjoyed every second because I felt so supported, encouraged and SO ENERGIZED when I left!! I love that she does a 10 move circuit training with a group and also has you wear a heart monitor to make sure you dont go too high! The exercises are so unique and create strength in new parts of the body and energy! This place is like a breath of fresh air and Michele gives so much in value to fuel the mind and body!

Fantastic experience: Love this new gym and method! Welcoming, non-intimidating environment. No fancy workout clothes required. Wearing the heart monitor makes the workout motivating and safer. Workouts are challenging, but with Michele's coaching it's all possible whatever your condition level. I leave feeling energized and not exhausted! Glad to have an alternative to treadmill, stairmaster, etc.
