Fantastic experience: The best atmosphere of any gym I’ve been to. Super clean, especially the restrooms, someone seems to always be cleaning when I’ve come in. The equipment is all brand new. The gym is big enough for any workout I need to get done. Love this gym.

Fantastic experience: I love OCAC!! I discovered this gym shortly after relocating to Knoxville, and without hesitation, became a member. I haven't regretted it since! Its convenient central location and the availability of free nearby parking are major pluses. The XTG classes, with certified trainers Nicole and Michelle (❤️), are a particular favorite – they expertly guide us through personalized weight training sessions within a class setting.

Positive experience: I used a guest pass a visitor due to home gym being closed; which I appreciated. Pros: Not over crowded Most up to date equipment with multifunctional usages Clean towels/water provided On duty staff Polite Cons: Hair all over the fitness room floor and workout turf - needs regularly vacuuming Restroom needs deep cleanse/sanitation- smells of mildew in the air No chalk for grip on bars and handles

Fantastic experience: On a scale of documentaries to romances, Old City Athletic Club is a choose-your-own-adventure book. Opt to do your own workout or join a fitness class -- you do you! My partner and I were visiting from out of town, and we are often unhappy with the normal run-of-the-mill gym. We were delighted to walk past Old City Athletic Club and discover a space that fit our workout needs (free weights, rigs, etc.) with an easy check-in process after 5pm. We love you Old City Athletic Club!

Fantastic experience: Boutique fitness is something fairly new to Knoxville, and while Old City Athletic Club is categorically a boutique gym, it is one of the most inviting fitness environments I've ever experienced. The amenities elevate the facility, with towel service, fully-stocked bathrooms, 24/7 gym access, amazing classes, and state of the art equipment. The clientele, staff, and overall ambience make it feel like a community and truly create a space that you can't wait to come back to. Old City does "boutique fitness" so well, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elevated gym experience.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality This gym has the best equipment in Knoxville. The staff is complete with wonderful people- some students, some whose passion is health and wellness. The cleanliness is impeccable. OCAC is doing an outstanding job to maintain Covid regulations and also stay fully functioning with group classes and long open hours.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a better community. The XGT classes are the perfect workouts to stay in shape. The instructors are great as well and provide a good environment to workout and meet others at the same time. Would highly recommend checking it out!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym!!! Cleanliness of the facilities accompanied with the great service and management makes this my favorite gym in Knoxville. I have been a member of the OCAC for almost a year and the manager Nicole is the best! She is always extremely professional, knowledgeable and willing to offer advice or suggestions on maximizing workout performance. This is a gym you must experience yourself!!!
