Fantastic experience: I joined for cardio, stayed for strength training.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a gym that isn’t as large and crowded as NFS or Gold’s Gym, this is the gym for you. It is smaller than those gyms, but there is never ever large of a crowd where you can’t use something. It’s got several machines, dumbbell area, three squat racks, smith machine, cardio machines, and a nice area to stretch. The studio was recently turned into a physical therapy place, so unfortunately there is not an area to workout that is more closed off and secluded from people. That is my only downside. There are also TRX straps, bands, weighted balls, and mats. This gym is also much cleaner than those larger gyms. When I workout during the day I regularly see them cleaning it. I also love that I can come anytime by scanning in even during unstaffed hours. There are plenty of cameras around watching the area and a large windows to look out of. I have been coming here since when it roughly opened and I still love it. 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, cancellation was such a hassle. The whole process was hidden behind a third party website, so make sure you are ready for a long chain of emails and phone calls if you'd like to cancel your membership.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym! Well equipped for all of your needs. From cardio equipment to bumper plates for Olympic lifting. They even have a function fitness area with a rig, sleds, etc….

Negative experience: Anytime fitness… But they don’t allow access to the gym until 10:00am, and it’s closed on Sundays??? How do they stay in buisness?

Fantastic experience: Stopped in this location today for the first time. I was impressed. The facility was very clean, nice amount of space, versatile equipment, and nice shower area. Friendly staff too. I hope to return soon.

Positive experience: Wow! Can't believe 'Anytime Fitness' has such limited hours. They should really consider extending them. Who wants to work out only within a set time frame? Let's hope they make changes soon!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a lot of AF gyms in the Southeast, and this gym is by far the best one. The layout makes it easy to get around, and spreads out the members enough to where we’re on top of each other. Plenty of equipment, and areas to do really any workout you want. 10 stars for the cleanliness!

Fantastic experience: I am an Anytime member visiting from out of state. My first question before going was safety at 5 am. The gym is in a nice, well lit area. Definitely safe. It was extremely clean, and the equipment seemed brand new and high tech compared to my home gym. Actually sad I can't come here all the time!

Positive experience: Only one squat rack (and one smith machine) one small area for free weights. Not enough benches, when I went last. I had to wait for the squat rack to become available but then wait longer for a bench to become available to do bench press. It’s been a reoccurring issue for me. They have a lot of machines and they are well kept and new. Overall, I enjoyed this gym for its cleanliness and location convenience.

Fantastic experience: We recently relocated from Northern Virginia to Knoxville and have really enjoyed this gym. There are always machines available and the staff is accommodating. Our family especially likes Trey, as he always goes out of his way to make us feel welcome and appreciated as members.

Fantastic experience: I had been a member at a corporate gym for more than 15 years when I stumbled upon Anytime Fitness. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism & friendliness of staff, and the available amenities. This gym has all of the qualities of a "corporate" gym without the feel of a corporate gym. When you join Anytime Fitness, you become part of the family. The staff is so encouraging and keeps you motivated to reach your goals. I also love that it's open 24/7 with key fob access - it helps me feel safe when my schedule only allows for a late-night workout! Do yourself a favor and join this fit fam!

Fantastic experience: Welcoming and safe, this #vanlife #snowbirder spent #christmaseve camped out in the parking lot and had a shower and workout. There was super hip hop holiday music playing and we felt festive and COVID safe 'cause everyone was in a mask, kept safe distance and were friendly and polite. You can tell that the owners and staff really care about this place and it showed because all the members had big smiles like getting to work out there on Christmas eve was a real plus. Equipment was great, bathrooms were clean and location was perfect. We will be back and highly recommend.

Negative experience: Bad business practices. The billing and contract details at Anytime Fitness are exploitative, expect to pay lots of hidden fees before the end. Their contracts are ridiculous and the gym is super expensive.

Negative experience: This is clean gym with nice equipment, but when it comes time to cancel your contract, EVEN AT THE END OF YOUR CONTRACT TERM, the ownership has purposefully made it a difficult, long, and a unprofessional experience for the sake of making themselves more money. I called the gym to cancel my contract at the end of the term and the employees at the gym told me that they couldn't cancel it for me, and that I had to go online to do so. Long story short, ABC Financial Services owns Anytime Fitness and leverage a terrible cancellation policy to make you pay even more money during a 30 day waiting period after you email them that you want to cancel, which was exasperated because they did not respond to my emails. I sent them my cancellation request and they never processed it, so I had to send it again a month later when I noticed the charge to my card. I ended up paying for an additional 2 months because of their slow response time. If you do not pay these charges and block them on your card, they claim they will send the bills to collections and will not process your cancellation... thus continuing to add bills to your collections. Please, do yourself and the rest of Knoxville a favor and give your $40/month to someone else. There are many nice, privately owned gyms in the area that are open late and will keep your money in Knoxville. Anytime Fitness is a money first business that cares more about bleeding its potential customers dry than providing a good product and professional service.

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym with welcoming and helpful staff. Was able to get signed up in a matter of minutes with no issues. Gym owner actually paused her workout to help me and my wife get signed up. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the Knoxville area.

Fantastic experience: Would tag more tags besides the great quality, professionalism, and good communication, but I do not see them. This location is great for a couple of reasons. 1 - the staff. The staff has been very kind and brings fellow workout people under their wings. 2 - the atmosphere. The atmosphere isn't intimidating whatsoever and is very inclusive of all their members. 3 - Bang for your buck. For the price, you are getting the best workout equipment and support to reach your fitness goals. We are glad to have joined.

Fantastic experience: 1st I would like to apologize to this location and it's owner. I made a mistake on address. I am not from Tennessee so was confused with location. My experience was at a different location in Loudoun Tennessee. That being said, the management of this location reached out to me and very polite and respectfully tried to help and even apologized for my bad experience. Truly acted like a professional and more importantly a person! I have not visited this location but by the management's behavior would drive the extra 10min to be a part of this gym. Even went as far as to offer to meet me on my first visit to greet me and make me feel welcomed. I will definitely be in touch on my next visit to TN. Thank you for your Professionalism and representing the Anytime Fitness chain in a positive and friendly way.

Fantastic experience: Although I am no longer a member of this gym, I have nothing but good things to say about it and the staff. Aubry was the first person I met when I joined and she was very helpful. The owner, Chad, was also awesome and very friendly, even remembering my name. This is the cleanest gym I’ve ever seen and the staff really does care. The only reason I decided to end my membership here was the pricing. While I DO think the price I was paying of $39 per month was fair due to how nice the facility is, I just could not justify it compared to competitors at $10 per month. I just wish there was a sauna and pool here because swimming is one of my biggest forms of exercise. I do think that in the future I would consider rejoining this gym because like I said, it is definitely clean and has a great staff. I would recommend it if you don’t mind paying extra for a gym that isn’t overly crowded and you can feel comfortable in.

Negative experience: I've been a gym rat for decades. I joined the gym but found a better option and despite that l paid for a years worth of membership l didn't use. My mistake l accept that. Mind you the gym took my money and opened much later than promised again l didn't complain. When l went in to cancel the person was took the cancellation was rude basically because I signed the cancellation form but said l didn't really want to fill out the rest of it. Now they're want more money stating I didn't cancel soon enough? My payments came out on the 16th I canceled that day the next payment they tried to process was on the 13th? Playing games is not good business.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the nicest Gym in Knoxville. Amazing staff and very clean. NOT overcrowded. Nothing is worse than going to the gym and not being able to use equipment. Also the equipment is top of the line with plate loaded machines, deadlift areas, heartrate monitors you can borrow and immaculate bathrooms. If you ever need anything Aubry exceeded all my expectations. Definitely check this place out!

Fantastic experience: Worked out here while I was passing through on business. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. A little lacking on the free weight area/equipment but it made sense as they have a huge group fitness are with racks for multi use. The whole facility and the showers were very clean.

Fantastic experience: Full disclosure: I don't attend this gym anymore, as I decided to invest in a home gym. However, that was a realization of a goal rather than a reflection against this gym. I attended this location for a year and I was a big fan. I found the owner, Chad, and trainer, Jason, to be really pleasant, helpful, and responsive. As they were still opening and investing in equipment, I made a suggestion and about a week later they had purchased what I suggested (it was a trap bar.) Now that they're up and running, I doubt that be doing that anymore but I do believe they care about the customer experience. I liked the selection of equipment, although as a personal opinion I'd urge them to dump the Smith machine for another bench/squat rack with adjustable safeties. Never too crowded when I was there, even at times that might traditionally be busier. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean and having a shower there was clutch. Thanks, guys.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the nicest, cleanest and friendliest anytime I’ve been been in. There’s plenty of equipment in there to do your workout without getting in the way of somebody else. There’s medicine balls; crossfit/monkey bar; squat racks and even a curl bar tree.
