Negative experience: This gym is meh….leadership starts at the top. If you are 55+ and wanna take personal training sessions then this is the place for you. The only priority is training sessions. Please join and then please do not come take up space. If you want to work out hard, change your body and put in the work then go somewhere else. Trainers tell members to get off equipment at this gym. I have heard multiple complaints regarding this. Again, leadership. The trainers are 55+ and clients are 55+. So much for a local neighborhood gym. This place needs young people to help change the vibe but again leadership.

Fantastic experience: I typically don't write reviews and when I do I make sure I've been there long enough to accurately write one. I've been a member for over a year now and wanted to thank Wade and his staff. The gym is always clean and the staff and members are always friendly. I get greeted with a hello and a smile every time I walk in, they make you feel welcome and at home. What a wonderful place, I'm so happy to be a member!!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I went in wanting to pay for a week because I am here on business for a few days and Ben gave me a 7 day free trial. Super professional and clean facility. Everyone here is 5 star! Sign up now if you're looking for a forever gym! I will be returning for work in the coming months and will definitely be spending my time here. I can't say enough about the owner and his employees. I wish there were more places like this. Fantastic experience: I wanted find a gym in Knoxville, but because I’m only in town temporarily, I couldn’t commit to a long term membership. The owner, Wade, was happy to accommodate me. I must say that I have loved this place. Definitely the friendliest gym environment I have ever experienced. If I were living in Knoxville long-term, there is no doubt in my mind that I would make this my gym for years to come.

Fantastic experience: If you would like to go to a gym where you feel like family and are not judged no matter where you are on your fitness journey, you must join this gym. The owner, Rhudy (I know his name because he makes a point to get to know everyone), truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond for each person. The personal trainers at Exclusive Fitness are also extremely knowledgeable and help you get started with personalized plans and entertaining workouts. I hadn't been an active member of a gym before, but Exclusive Fitness has made me a regular.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Benches are wide, which I really appreciate as a powerlifter. Tons of equipment available to use including a deadlift platform. My wife also loves it and goes here for a personal training.

Fantastic experience: First day working out and owner asked me my name, never had to ask me a second time what my name was. Says good morning everyday I show up and uses my name even when he is busy. Has offered advice to help me achieve my goals and is willing to give me tips to help meet them. I would highly recommend Wade Wilburn at Exclusive Fitness and if he is full you can't go wrong with anybody he has working at the gym!

Fantastic experience: Friendliest local gym where they make it a point to know you by name on the first day and greet you everyday! Great selection of equipment, not too crowded, and non-intimidating environment. My husband and I love this gym, and can’t beat the convenience to West Knoxville neighborhoods!

Whether you're in town visiting for a few days or you're getting back into the swing of things, this gym has everything you need with a community feel. Fantastic experience: Just moved to Tennessee last week from New York with no family or friends around. Needless to say I felt strange and out of place. I walked into this gym to get my life into place but feeling scared. Everyone here was very welcoming and warm, it was a big pressure off my back. Met a couple fellows this first week such as Scott and Wade, and they really made me feel at home in a very short period. Equipment is clean, spacious and working out here feels great.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Wade for about three years. It's always a pleasure spending an hour with him twice a week. He's very encouraging, very friendly. He speaks to everyone who walks in the door. There is a positive ambiance in this gym. Several of the trainers have worked with him for over 10 years. A previous gym where I was a member for a few years had significant trainer turnover. Many didn't last long and didn't appear to be especially happy with their jobs. It's a credit to Wade and the other staff that they create such a positive atmosphere and display such competence assisting clients in reaching their physical fitness goals. I've gained muscle, lost fat and plan on continuing working out here.

Fantastic experience: I live in the St. Louis Missouri area and I recently came to Knoxville to visit my Son and Grandson. I wanted to be able to workout while there so I contacted the closest gym which happened to be Planet Fitness and they wanted to charge me $20 for a one day pass (totally ridiculous). I googled gyms in the area again and called Wade at Exclusive Fitness and I am glad I did. Wade is a great guy and I explained to him that I would be in the area for a week and wanted to workout. Wade was very welcoming to me even though I was from out of town and not looking for a membership to his gym. He gave me a great price to use the gym at my leisure for the week. The price was very reasonable and on the last day I came there I brought my Grandson who is in the Marines and Wade allowed him to workout for free. I highly recommend Exclusive Fitness to anyone in the Knoxville area looking for a gym membership. They have everything you need including personal trainers, classes, etc. I visit Knoxville at least once a year and I will be returning to Exclusive Fitness while I am in town. Thank you Wade.

Fantastic experience: Visiting for a day or two and it's a nice little gym. Music's not bad. Clean equipment. Friendly staff. Could use another bench for DB press etc.

Fantastic experience: Hold your fingers out to 41/2 inches, this is how much I've lost on my waist. Now to 4, this is how much on the hips. Now to 3 this is how much on my chest. IN JUST 8 WEEKS thanks to help of WADE WILBURN I have lost a total of 18 pounds and 18 1/4 inches! He showed me the RIGHT way to WORKOUT and EAT. This is just the beginning of my journey and I know he will be here for me all the way through. He is a true professional, a great trainer who ALWAYS encourages me and NEVER discourages me, and is always available either in person or by text when needed! #wademadephysiques

Negative experience: Good hours, but treats their customers with utter indifference. It's just a cash machine for the owner, apparently. Go elsewhere and be treated as a valued customer. Update: we suspended and then our membership. They continued to bill. We cancelled the credit card they had on file. They apparently automatically turn over any missed payments to a debt collection agency. So, I suppose if you changed your card #, rather than calling you to get the updated #, the turn your account over to debt collection wolves by default?? Wow. That's not a sign of good business practices.
