Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Quick Fitness 24/7 for three years, it’s the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. They’re always upgrading with new and better equipment, the staff and owner are some of the best people you will ever meet. I highly recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for years and have been in various gyms for over 40yrs and it's my favorite one. The owners are great folks and actually lift, so they not only keep equipment maintained, but the constantly upgrade. They invest in very high quality equipment. They have invested recently in Arsenal machines to add to the variety of Hammer strength, dyna body equipment and free weights already there. Its clean and well maintained. I recommend the gym to everyone and no one has been disappointed yet. Reverse hypers, , mono lifts, etc. Its not a fluff gym. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere for folks of all fitness levels and ages 13 and up.

Fantastic experience: This gym has been my favorite gym . I’ve lived all over the country been to lots of different gyms and its top notch with great equipment clean bathrooms and friendly staff. That gym raised me and helped thru some of the hardest times of my life . I met life long friends , and now my business partner there and other great people in the community . Great locally owned business. The owner is top tier salt of the earth and he gives a lot of high school kids jobs . Very honorable . They have 2 locations one in Maryville / friends ville line on William Blount drive and in greenback on us .411 south . Give em a try.been going since 2019 and never had a complaint .

Negative experience: Not a well ran business. I’ve been trying to cancel a membership for more than three months. You can never get anybody on the phone and when you stop by most of the time there’s never anybody working. Finally been able to cancel!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. I have been a member for about three years now. The owners are very supportive of member's goals and they know you by name. The staff members are very friendly! This gym has everything you need as far as equipment goes. Multiple squat racks, deadlift platform, 2 flat benches, multiple strength training machines, multiple cardio machines, and an ab/stretching room.

Fantastic experience: Just sharing a thought, I was thinking about how much I love my gym - it isn't a fancy big box gym. After my big box gym closed for the rona thing - when they were allowed to reopen it held off (a cooperate thing I guess) anyway, I had driven by this place countless times - well, the first day back open they had equipment in the parking lot and I decided to stop and ask a couple of questions - talked to Andrew one of the owners (Melanie and Andrew are the owners) and really liked him, I signed up on the spot.Now 3 or 4 months later I am so happy I did - it is much more like a family than just a gym - people are friendly and helpful - I have gotten stronger than I would have staying at the big box - bench press up almost a hundo, dead-lift over 400 now and I am even squatting again. Point being - if you put yourself in the right place, around the right people you have no choice but to get better and grow.

Positive experience: Well equipped smaller gym. Very friendly and helpful staff. It would be good if they supplied disinfectant wipes in multiple places around the gym. It is annoying to have to run back to use the one spray bottle and thin paper towel each time you change machines. Also some gym users need to be learn how to wipe the machine. I saw one young man get off a machine, spray and thoroughly wipe the seat and back. He never touched the handles. Bacteria and viruses are mostly spread by dirty hands.

Friendly staff that is ready to help no matter what your needs are. Also has very affordable prices and best of all you never have to wait for equipment. Fantastic experience: After looking at photos after a beach vacation September 2016 I decided to do something about myself. I wanted a place where I could go and not feel like there was a competition when I toned. I had back surgery a couple years ago and can only do light weights and could not afford physical therapy anymore. I did lot of research on local gyms. Quick Fitness 24/7 was just what I needed! Since joining October 1, 2016 I have lost over 20 pounds, lowered my blood pressure, my heart rate and recovery time is much lower too. The staff treat you like a neighbor and not just a number. If you need a quiet place to get back into shape or just feel better about yourself I highly recommend this Quick Fitness 24/7!!
