Fantastic experience: I have been working out here for a year and I'm so glad I chose 24/7 workout anytime for my get in shape gym. It's kept super clean and disinfectant often. With spray for each person to use after each machine or before. The staff is amazing friendly and helpful in all aspects of work outs and proper machine use for best results. Being open 24 hours is also a plus. You can also get one on one traing for optimum results. So get fit, get healthy and make the doctor see you less.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for several years. This is a great workout facility with all of the free weights, machines and cardio equipment you need to get a good full body workout. The place is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The owners and their staff are top notch and go out of their way to make sure I have a positive workout experience. I highly recommend this facility!

Fantastic experience: This is my 4th week going here and I absolutely love it! Staff and clients all are so friendly and helpful for the newbie. The entire facility is so clean, everyone wipes down after each use and staff are always cleaning I find this very impressive. I actually feel cleaner leaving then when I came in! Lol. It's not huge by any means but the machine to people ratio is always great. Highly highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have worked out at this gym for many years. Started there at first just because it is close to where I worked. Stayed because of the people. The owners and staff are great! It is always clean, and the equipment is well maintained. It is not one of the massive big box gyms, but that is a lot of the appeal to me. Very reasonable pricing compared to other options I have looked at.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of working out at the Maryville facility for many years training with April. My circumstances have changed and unfortunately I won’t be able to continue seeing those fine people (especially April) for a bit. But I highly recommend the facility and all of the wonderful people working there.

Positive experience: Very jam-packed. The machines take up most of the space, despite there not being a ton of machine variety in the first place. Jt It leaves you without resolve if you need to do core work or even simply bench press while 1 other person is using it.

Positive experience: The free weight area is awkward and crammed. Can't grab weights or move benches due to the confined area. Gym staff has been great. Overall gym could use a refresh especially compared to other WOA locations.

Woman owner, and it is always a friendly, welcoming place. Great selection of equipment. Personal training and classes are available if you sign up.

Fantastic experience: 24/7 plus clean plus most importantly.... Usually close to empty at 2am Only complaint would be there's a single traditional bench and a single incline bench, but many machines though with similar lifts.

Negative experience: This business is ripping people off. I submitted a cancelation on the worst user interface ever. Then months later I find that not only was it not canceled but continued to bill me and when my card expired they started racking up debt. The only way you can cancel is if you pay the debt.....otherwise it continues to charge you. I have not been in this facility for almost a year and still had to pay for the last few months I didn't catch this error. Beware of signing an agreement here

Fantastic experience: I currently have had some issues with my health and have decided to pursue a gym membership with a trainer teaching me. I had so many questions as to what I could do-due to my health issues being spinal related. I spoke with April over the phone and immediately felt so relieved that she happened to be the one to answer my phone call. She was so knowledgeable in regards to all of my concerns. Fast forward to being a member and attended training workouts, April is great! She is very knowledgeable and so very helpful. She goes over and beyond. Initially, I was nervous with what type of exercises/workouts would be hard on my neck and back. I was not comfortable at all going to the gym by myself with little knowledge. I am comfortable being in the gym with her as my trainer. I look forward to continual improvement. Thank you, April.

Negative experience: Not for me. Lots of machines but very limited space if you aren’t doing machines. I felt like I was constantly in the way doing a kettlebell work out. They only have four kettlebells and none of the same size. Maybe better for people who like machines, free weights and benches. Staff was very nice.

Positive experience: Extremely friendly staff could not say enough about the woman giving us our tour of the place I so wish I could remember her name she was a good church going woman who also taught kindergarten as one of her part-time jobs the gym seems a little small but very cozy and a very Zen place to work out regardless of the fact that it's inside Foothills Mall you really don't even realize that's where you are as you're working out it's got all the equipment you would ever want free weights tanning beds hydro massage you name it this place has it the only reason I didn't give it five stars was because it's a 24/7 gym but you can only use the tanning beds when staff is present I work 3rd shifts and get off at 7:30 and will not be able to lay in the tanning bed until 9:00 and only on Tuesdays or Thursdays but it's definitely worth checking out and the price is extremely cheap the most expensive package you could get is $25.99 up front and then 2499 per month after that which as far as I know is the cheapest place around everyone there including customers are extremely friendly so please take my advice and at least go take a tour you will have fallen in love by the end

Negative experience: Shame on this gym. I am originally from Utah, and I signed up for a gym membership when I was 8 months pregnant in August of 2021. Due to complications we had to move back to Utah to be closer to family support in September of 2021. Unfortunately the membership I signed up for was contracted for 1 maybe 2 years (I can’t quite remember), so I knew I’d just have to pay $10 a month until the contract was up. That’s a bummer, but oh well. Flash forward to August 2022, we’re applying for a mortgage on a house and to my dismay I find my credit score had dropped from over 800 to the mid 600s. When I ask my lender why he said I had a bill in collections from “Workout Anytime in Maryville” and I was sick to my stomach. Finally after scouring my junk mail, I find I was sent a few emails that there was something wrong with my payment method in September 2021, though nothing had changed about my bank account. Following the number I found on the junk email, I called ABC fitness (the parent company) and they said they also called and left voicemails, though I have no record of this on my phone. The woman on the phone told me the only thing she could do was give me the number of the collections agency. So I call the collections agency. I ask them why I hadn’t been notified I was in collections. They said they had sent 4 letters to our home in Dec 2021, but remember we moved in September. However we were having our mail forwarded, and had received all of our other mail, but for some reason not these ones? It just doesn’t seem like a coincidence that none of these methods of contacting me were successful, even though I am very easily contacted. Or maybe it was coincidence and I just have horrible luck. Either way, my credit score was demolished, and I had to pay $298 to walk on a treadmill at the facility 2 times. I am devastated.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this gym. My wife and I joined in 2020. Initially our thought was the gym price was reasonable and the facility decent. We quickly saw that as equipment declined it took some time to repair. There was a section of wall that was damaged and it remained that way for about a month. The big kicker was that my wife and I moved to Nashville in June of 2021. We did not cancel our membership as there was a workout anytime near us that we began using. We quickly saw the facility was in much better shape, simple things like using towels instead of cheap paper-towels to clean the equipment. Forward to December 2021 and my wife is hired as a personal trainer at the Workout Anytime in Hendersonville. She loves it and we let them know we have a membership already. They let us know that they were going to reach out to the owners/corporate to have us transferred to Hendersonville and ultimately our membership covered as she is an employee now. Well here we are now in September and the Maryville location refuses to cancel my payment. I personally reached out in December for cancellation as did corporate and other Workout Anytime owners. They did not provide me with the website to cancel or even respond to me. I have called, left emails, and contacted corporate with no help. I did get a call back from someone new today (9.12.22) and was given the website to cancel which I did immediately but this was the first time given this website. I also have asked to speak with management and ownership about a refund for the months they charged my card without my consideration and was told today that my account had multiple notes in their system dating back to December when I first contacted them noting that I wanted canceled and refund but no followup or care. This gym only wants your money and does not care about the overall members.

Fantastic experience: Best owners, employees, and prices in town. Kurt and April own this and the Bearden location, and they are great honest people who were extremely kind to me! The equipment is not the most elaborate but is basically everything I need, and it isn’t too crowded. There is a neat cardio room with a unique nature trails screen. The music playlist is awesome for when I forget my earbuds. Regarding the few bad reviews, if you just pay on time and notify them in 30 days they make it clear and simple how to cancel. As a UT student frustrated by the limited TRecs hours, I am extremely satisfied with this gym and the wonderful service.

Fantastic experience: After seeing just a few reviews that mentioned an issue with cancelling a membership and gave a low star rating, I wanted to share my own experience. Don’t pay attention to those select few negative remarks- I’ve been in that situation of having to cancel a gym membership because of financial reasons and had two very difference experiences between another gym and this one. At Workout Anytime, their contract is very clear- they just need a thirty day notice to cancel and the account must be paid current. When I had to cancel, I had zero issues. And because of the great experience, I came back when I was able to return. They don’t hide the cancellation details, and it’s much more reasonable than other gyms. The owners are honest, good people. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Inexplicably charged almost $30 extra for my monthly fee. Called to inquire & FC clerk said he couldn't find my account. If he can't find my account, then how/why would I still have this charge to my checking??? No thanks. Cancelling as soon as possible. Not a terribly convenient location either. They could also use new phones. FC clerk asked me to repeat everything at least three times even though I was speaking perfectly clearly.

Negative experience: Went into the gym and started a membership. Two weeks afterwards, I tried to cancel the membership. Got taken through a lot a red tape I sent emails, I called and yet no one could tell me how to get the issue resolved. I walked into the club and tried to cancel they give me a card and say this is what you have to do to cancel.I go through all of that and it still isn't cancelled and they are still trying to pull money from my bank card. They told me that that my account had to be current before the membership could be cancelled. At the time, when I tried to cancel the membership, the account was current. Now a payment is past due and another one coming due all because they wouldn't cancel the membership when I tried to cancel. I stepped in that gym one time and never went back to use anything in there and now they want me to pay for something I never used.

Positive experience: I like being able to work out at 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. in the morning well before I have to go to work. I enjoy the dark Matrix room for the ellipticals and treadmills. Overall a little small for what I'm used to back home but for here it's perfect. Also the selection of tunes that play the entire time is a spot-on great selection.

Negative experience: First of all one of there employees stole my credit card information and charged a bunch of stuff to my account. This was after I already cancelled my membership. Then 7 months after I cancelled my membership they send me a collections bill for $210.00! They are horrible. You can’t reach someone at corporate. They will steal your money then send you collections for more. Criminal. I’m sueing them. Everyone beware. They will steal your money too!!!!

Fantastic experience: This location is very clean and well equipped with free weights and cardio machines (love the Cardio Theater). I am always greeted warmly upon entering and love that my $15 membership is good at all the Workout Anytime locations throughout the country! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! I have been going to this gym for a year and a half, and have always felt comfortable here. The members come from all sizes, fitness levels and age groups, so I have never felt intimidated. I have read reviews where people have said it was full of old people. Yes there is an older generation of members, but those older people should inspire you. They offer a Metcon class on Tuesday and Thursday that I personally can tell a difference from taking. Yes, it is a little extra. But, if you want to see results, you need to try it :) Also, this gym is VERY clean!

April, Byron, and the other staff members have helped me with my weight loss journey, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I succeed. They treat you like you are family, and they truly care about your goals and needs. Their prices for membership and training are quite reasonable, and their equipment is top notch. Also, the facility is always clean. I have lost 32 pounds and feel stronger, faster, and overall, much healthier in the last five months. This staff truly cares about you, and I would recommend this gym to anyone wanting to make a change.

I have been a member at the Maryville location (although the card works at any lovation) for a good time now and my premium membership was worth every cent. Both Melody and Charles (staff members) are incredibly helpful with both showing you how to properly use the facility and aiding in proper form as well as general help at the front desk (cards, payments, etc.)

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome! I always feel safe no matter what time I need to go workout. The staff are very helpful. They even check on you to see if you need help. I have lost over 30 pounds due to the encouragement of the staff. You can get help with nutrition, specialized training or just have a simple question answered. Byron will tell you on your way out, "See you tomorrow!" That is so positive and encouraging! Melody will come up to me while I am wearing myself out on the rowing machine and cheer me on. They will also let you know if you need better positioning or more or less weight on your equipment. I have been to other Workout Anytime locations and they are not near as clean, helpful or spacious as this one. Even when unattended at night the place is calm and under control. I am happy with my membership here and encourage anyone to jump in and workout anytime!

Fantastic experience: It's open 24 hours, 7 days a week... No excuses to work out...

Negative experience: This place is tiny, crowded at times. I went twice, and got a membership somewhere else. Management is non existent, and will not return phone calls. Be prepared for them to keep billing you, add fee's that double your balance, then send you to collections. Try another gym. Perhaps Planet Fitness. Much more amenities, and cheaper.

Fantastic experience: I am currently a member at the Maryville location. I love the facility and the staff! All of the staff and trainers are helpful and the staff work really hard. I have met Kurt and April, the owners of the facility, and they are great! THey are interactive with members and train their staff to do great work. They really care about members at Workout Anytime. Love this gym!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Workout Anytime as an employee for almost 3 years, and a trainer since April. I have had the most wonderful experience. I love all our members and watching them get better, stronger, faster. I love my job and I love helping others and this is the best place for me to do so! Plus, my bosses are amazing. Workout Anytime is the best job I've ever had and I can come in and workout without feeling like everyone is staring at me.

Negative experience: Not impressed. Tried to cancel my "no contract" and was told I had to send a letter to corporate. That ended up taking yet another month to cancel.
