Fantastic experience: The trainers are amazing and the facilities are perfect for all of my needs. I especially enjoy the gym. People there are kind and considerate and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Excellent arthritis pool. Be sure you look at the times that it is available. The classes both in the warm pool and in The large pool are very fun and Helped me with balance and later with endurance

Fantastic experience: Asia Kitchen has quickly become one of my favorite go-to spots for delicious, comforting Chinese food. The House Lo Mein is always cooked perfectly—no mushy noodles here—and packed with flavor! The portion sizes are generous, and the ingredients taste fresh every time. I also appreciate the friendly service and how fast the food is ready, whether dining in or ordering takeout. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

The staff and all workers are great. If I have to cancel they don't get upset and I rescheduled when.possibl. They work with you Great place to go

She listened to my concerns and gave a great plan of action before we got started. She was very professional and gave those little extras that make a difference in where I choose to go for a massage. Fantastic experience: Arrived at the Wellness Center in a great deal of discomfort . In hopes of improvement I began a six week exercise regimen planned by the therapists to meet my needs! Not only do I feel so much better, I can actually believe I may be able to delay onset of the need for hip replacement surgery! The entire staff was truly exceptional!

Fantastic experience: I've belonged to alot of gyms but this one is the cleanest and most organized with an amazing assortment of equipment and classes. The staff is very friendly and the membership fees are super affordable.

Negative experience: Very nice clean.But was told to go National Fitness..My doctor send a RX ..I talk to my Insurance they told me they pay for 20 visits.I did not get RX for National Fitness.It was for Springbook Wellness.After my 8 visits .Betsy Crominn..Hurt my feeling and very rude.Made me feel unwanted there.So I paying for my health insurance and she want me sign contact 90.00 month. That make you sign up for year.She sign me up for 1 day a week. For 4 week my RX my doctor made out was for 3 times a week...I got narrow of spine andL 3L4L5 out also in my back.Of course her boss call me from there Justin R. He call me was like she great and we do send ours pt there out to National Fitness.He like you want come your 1 day or not....made me feel not wanted there.I will pray for both them care more Pain is awful.Guess I have tell my Dr.Make my RX out to National Fitness.Wonder if National Fitness pay them for the Refer.Sad how young healthy people don t understand pain when your hurting and trying to get your back stronger for surgery..I needed this for my health.They got a got rate due to removing bad reporting.

Positive experience: We've been going to rehab for my grandson at BMH Rehab in this building. They are awesome! We're seeing breakthroughs in areas of my grandson's health where we've long been stuck!

Negative experience: My children have taken swim lessons here for the last month. I scheduled their lessons in April at which point I scheduled for private lessons all the way through June. We showed up for our scheduled time this morning (being told we were supposed to have a new instructor) upon arriving we were told that we did not have an appointment. Of course, this upset me because I knew the arrangements I made. At this point another lady came from an office area to inform me that my children would not only miss the arranged appointment this morning but that they had now been placed on a waiting list...all without any communication until showing up for our appointment. Regardless of who's responsibility it was to communicate this, it was completely unprofessional. Needless to say I left very upset with crying children. Thanks alot for that!

Fantastic experience: My kids attend the Children's Rehab at Blount Memorial. The staff at the front desk are polite and cheerful in the morning which can (luckily!) be contagious. The physical therapists there are very nice and courteous and give great advice while treating my children with care and respect. I am thankful for all of them and would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend the Wellness Center at Springbrook for therapy. I received therapy for my total knee replacement and chose to go there again after my hip replacement surgery.
