Fantastic experience: I am visiting from out of town and wanted to use the InBody 570 Scan to know more about my body composition. I emailed them a head of time to see if that was something I could do. They were very helpful once I got there and Andrew helped decode my body composition print out and then showed me a few workouts and answered my specific questions about core strength. If I lived here, I would definitely be a member!!

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome gym! My wife and I have been coming here for a couple weeks now after switching from a bigger gym and it’s been nothin but awesome. The environment and size of the gym are great with everything you’d need to complete a whole body workout. The owners are awesome and very knowledgeable about fitness, and the other members are very friendly. 10/10 gym!

I've been to many other gym's before big and small and for the size and equipment, it's perfect to get a good workout in for the price. I'm sure if you come and join you won't be disappointed. Fantastic experience: Mo's gym is the best. It may look small, but they have everything and then some. Machines, free weights, cardio equipment, bands, a row machine, and so much more. Miche and Andrew are super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. The no contract is the best! Who wants to get roped in for a year contract they can't pay because life happens. It's also clean and they play bomb music. Saturday HIIT classes are included and always a great workout. Most people spend more than 60 bucks a week on eating out; definitely worth 60 bucks a month investing in yourself.

Fantastic experience: Amazing neighborhood gym, with everything a person needs to stay fit and healthy. Within a half a mile from my home, it's like going into my garage and having the dream gym I always wanted.

Negative experience: Very expensive for a tiny gym with hardly any equipment. $60 for a 24 hour membership! They let seniors have a free membership but only give veterans/military and first responders a $7 discount.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several gyms in town and Mo's is in a category of it's own. The owners are awesome and they treat you like family. This is a local, small business, that relies on no support from large gym chains. There is plenty of equipment and it is very clean and well-maintained. Fantastic experience: Mo's Gym is amazing and fun. Asides from having all of the equipment that is needed; the owner's Miche and Andrew care about their customers well being. They are always helping and giving advice on anything that you need. Both of them are true professionals. They even offer an awesome HIT class every Saturday free to members. By far, this gym is better than any other ones I have visited.

Negative experience: Too expensive for such a small gym, 40 dollars but can only go in the daytime. Go to defined instead and you get other benefits there.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, new equipment, friendly environment; The owners, Andrew and Miche (did I mention they are siblings?) are incredibly knowledgeable, extremely qualified and absolutely inspiring. They personalize your workouts and don’t mind going that extra mile for you. I really appreciate that they spend extra time with you when you have questions and/or forget how to use the equipment. When you walk into this gym it feels comfortable and welcoming. Hands down…this is my favorite gym! I highly recommend it. I promise…you will not be disappointed.
