Negative experience: Be careful signing up here. A lot of things they offer are never available. The basketball court is rented out almost 90% of the time. The sauna and steam room are out of service. No credits are offered - I was told "these are small portions of the gym.. so we can freeze your account and you can stop coming". Weird way to treat a member of 2+ years. Prices went up and service went down. Most lockers don't work. Towels are dirty. It is always freezing cold. Not sure what happened to this place - used to be great.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent health and fitness center. I have searched, and found this one is the best! The people who work there are amazing. Constantly welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, kind. They go above and beyond to assist. They have trained fitness specialists. They are a very talented and inclusive group of people. The classes are included with membership are excellent from yoga, tai chi, spinning, pilates, water aerobics, and more... They have classes for all ability levels. There is no attitude here...everyone goes at their own pace and it is a supportive environment. I definitely benefit from the free weights, yoga equipment, exercise balls, therabands, and the studios. There are also gyms for basketball. And, they have a sauna, steam, whirlpool, heated therapeutic pool, and lap pool! It is almost like a well kept secret, I would like to keep secret. Great locker rooms, warm towels, shampoo, soap Also, they have a great walking and running track. There is a ton of free parking. The hours are a perfect fit for my busy schedule. They also have a cafe, and specific parts of the fitness center designated for families and children. The price point is incredible. There is no place quite like this because of all it offers and the price point. Other clubs would charge at least twice as much. This fitness center is excellent! Well above five stars!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is a hidden treasure. It caters to mature adults and has everything I could want in a fitness center: pools, whirlpool tub, sauna, steam room, massage, an indoor walking and running track, lots of state-of-the art equipment, all at a reasonable membership price.

Fantastic experience: Had my son's birthday party here in the kids club. The girls were super helpful and absolutely amazing. The kids had a great time with the open gym and the adults enjoyed the area they could sit and socialize. 5 star all the way!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at many gyms. This, by fare, is my favorite place to work out. They have everything from swimming pools. Sona steam room every every weight machine you could imagine plenty of free weights and a very helpful and friendly staff. And if you are looking for a trainer, these trainers are the best. And I don't want to forget about all the classes they offer from yoga to cycling. They may not be the cheapest gym you will find. But I believe they're worth the price you pay.

Fantastic experience: i’ve been a member for 5 years and use the lap pool to exercise and the warmer therapeutic pool to help ease my back pain. i also use the steam and whirlpool which are always very clean! The staff from the front desk to the locker room attendants and personnel trainers are all extremely knowledgeable/ and friendly! I highly recommend our Club

Negative experience: What joke. Don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful gym, HOWEVER, the weight rack for dumbbells is downright dangerous and due to it being undersized the weights will fall behind the shelving unit system and can nearly break your hand in the process as it nearly did to mine. I wrote this in on the comment card that this problem is setting them up for a major lawsuit as this is negligent as their staff IS aware of the dangers with that as they even told me when the weight fell behind the shelf and one of the employees was standing right there that this happens all the time and they’ve told management about it and nothing has been done. I also mentioned to the woman working the front desk one night that the ice on the sidewalk coming in was bad and they should salt the walkway otherwise someone could fall and they’d get sued and asked her why swimsuits are not worn in the hot tub as I don’t want to see a bunch of naked old men getting into a hot tub with me and mentioned this to management for which I got banned. LOL! Whatever, there’s what? Like ten other gyms around Orland and Tinley Park that are much more reasonably priced without dangerous free weight shelving units where weights fall behind the thing and break the mirrors which when I joined was all taped up with blue painters tape ( classy right there) or breaks members hands. Small loss!

Positive experience: Love the fitness center but customer service can be better … the ladies that sit at the reception desk are rude.

Negative experience: I really used to enjoy coming here but they raised the price of a daily pass by 50% It used to be $15 for a daily pass, now it is $23 I will not be coming back to Orland health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: All the coaches really care about your progress and encourage you to achieve your goals, without the pressure and competition you experience in other gyms. The programming is top notch. If you enjoy the satisfying feeling of being sore the next day, this is your place!

Fantastic experience: It's the only gym that I feel comfortable going to. Very nice people, and it's a judgement-free zone for the most part. But generally, it is a great gym. I go for the walking track, the pools, the whirlpool, and the sauna mostly.

Positive experience: So far, so good! I’ve been working out here for a little over four months now and I’m happy with it overall. The gym itself is clean and very spacious and the equipment is modern. The few times I’ve encountered broken equipment, they usually fix it pretty quickly. I joined right before they fixed the parking lot and I love the new larger spaces. My only gripe so far is that the carpet in the women’s locker room really needs a good cleaning; it smells like wet dog and mold. Aside from that, I would recommend this gym to someone who wants to exercise without constantly having people hound them for expensive add-ons.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. A little outdated in the locker room and sauna area but great staff and tons of equipment. I love the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and running track. They are things most gyms don’t offer. Definitely a pricey gym but the clientele is good and has a nice calm vibe.

And there is something for everyone when it comes to variety of workout equipment. The Center also has a nice selection of affordable Cafe menu items.

Fantastic experience: I just purchased my membership and I am very impressed with the club. Clean, spacious, well lit, plenty of parking spaces. This club has variety of classes to offer. I love the aqua center. It consists of lap pool, warm water pool for therapy, dry sauna, whirlpool, and steam room. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get fit for people of all ages. The staff is great and helpful. Love my yoga and water aerobics classes. There is a class for everyone no matter what level your at and you can workout on the machines yourself. So happy to have this place in my community.

Fantastic experience: Went for aquatic physical therapy. Had Mike for a therapist and he really kicked my butt. Have had 3 back surgeries and can't recommend it enough. A great experience if you're in constant pain like I was.

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best that I have visited so far. Very clean, spacious and with lots of equipment to choose from. Usually not crowded. The pool has recently been renovated and looks great. There are also several membership types available. If you are the type of person that usually works out outdoors, and you only need a gym in the winter months or bad weather; you can purchase a short term membership or pay per visit. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, and I have been to many. Entire pool area being closed for two months for a complete repair and paint job. Tons of classes and every piece of equipment you need available. Staff is always pleasant and the trainers have their cv on the wall. Easy join with options to suspend for students of for injuries. I love this gym.

Fantastic experience: When I moved to Orland Park, I started looking for a place to work out. I visited several facilities and by far the OPFC was the best. Best price, best staff, best equipment and a whirlpool in the men's locker room that blew me away!!!!!!!! This is a great place to work out and meet people. If you are anywhere near the area, take a minute and check them out. You won;t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this place, but I want to focus on their physical therapy clinic. IT IS WONDERFUL! As someone who has frequented Athletico and ATI over the past 8 years, I have been well versed in PT... But i have not had an experience remotely close to the experiences I have here. The therapists are friendly, knowledgeable and sincere. They push you when you need to be pushed and scale back when you need to take a break. They walk you through each move and provide you with home sheets detailing the moves so that you can continuously progress each time you come in. I will continue to refer any one I know that needs physical therapy here. Ps - you don't need a membership to see the physical therapists! Its through Palos hospitals systems and your insurance. What a wonderful hidden gem!
