Hidden Ego Fitness

Positive experience: It was convenient and clean. I liked it. Went as guest

Negative experience: The Ego is hidden and so is the ability to cancel. My son is out of state yet this shady practice gym continued to charge him month to month well after his yearly membership expired. My son was told he had to come in to cancel so they just kept charging him, even three months that he was not in the state. I just paid for more than five months that he never stepped foot in their facilities. I was a member for a year and found the maintenance lacking. Their roman chair at their Albion facility had the pad worn through to the point that the bolt would cut into my elbow to the point of drawing blood. I pointed it out to the person "working" there but it was not fixed in the following several months. There are much better gyms available that do not employ the shady practice of auto renew and having to come to their location in the hopes of finding someone there to be able to cancel in person.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a judgement free zone. the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I love how it's set up and more importantly how I feel like I'm part of a family there. I would recommend anyone to come here plus the prices are very reasonable

Fantastic experience: Very nice to be able to work out anytime. Very clean and nice equipment at both locations. I'm just hoping for some workout classes.
