Fantastic experience: Orgullosa del crecimiento de mi hijo y muy agradecida con la academia por su excelente formación y compromiso con los jóvenes.

Negative experience: Most of the staff are friendly and polite, which I appreciate, shout out to Scott and Tony in particular. However, I noticed that when supervisors or senior staff aren't around, the level of professionalism can drop. For example, near closing time on a Friday, one staff member abruptly turned off the lights while we were still working out—apparently impatient or eager to leave a bit early. I understand it’s a free gym, so I won’t be filing a complaint, but that experience definitely reflected the saying: you get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: Started bringing my daughter here last week and started training here myself this week. Staff members are very knowledgeable and patient with students. The environment/community of the gym is very supportive. 10/10 recommend.

Positive experience: Great place to work out, my only gripe with the place is that the staff are somewhat dismissive and rude towards other fighting styles, i was almost asked to leave for kicking the bag as it's "not safe" when i've been kickboxing for almost 7 years now! I wish they could be more inclusive.
