Our comment from FitFit United States about Crunch Fitness - New Montgomery:
Crunch Fitness - New Montgomery, located in San Francisco, is known for its spacious environment and excellent range of equipment. Users have praised the facility for being clean and having a wide selection of machines and weights. Many members appreciate the friendly staff and the overall welcoming atmosphere, with several highlighting the exceptional customer service provided by individuals like Aaron and Troy M., who are noted for making check-ins and classes enjoyable.
The gym offers a host of fun classes, including standout sessions in boxing and spin, adding value to the membership. It is conveniently located for business travelers and offers a good environment for personal workouts as well.
However, there have been concerns regarding customer service issues, especially related to billing and cancellations. Some users have expressed frustration about lengthy cancellation processes, unexpected charges, and misleading information about guest passes and membership terms. A few reviews noted the gym can get crowded during peak hours, leading to longer waits for equipment.
Overall, despite some challenges, Crunch Fitness - New Montgomery provides a solid workout experience with great facilities, making it a generally positive choice for fitness enthusiasts in the area.
Crunch Fitness - New Montgomery: Opinions

Fantastic experience: Sad to see this close it was an awesome gym !!
Negative experience: I tried quitting they wouldn't let me now my bill is high!!!!
Negative experience: Very misleading. I signed for a free trial on the website to try the place and was told they don’t do the free trial. Please don’t advertise a free guest pass if you are not doing it!
Positive experience: Great facility and staff - shame that it closed I will probably cancel my subscription.
Fantastic experience: CLOSED PERMANENTLY ☹️. And like that- it’s gone. Another business succumbs in San Francisco
Negative experience: Gym is decent, but good luck ever leaving the gym. In person, they tell me I can only quit over the phone. On the phone, they tell me I can only quit via email. Via email, they tell me I can only quit in person. This is a sadistic place
Negative experience: Have the wrong reservation times on ClassPass. Not open on weekends
Hey Kieran! Your feedback helps us get better! Can you please email us at [email protected] and let us know how we can improve?
Fantastic experience: I love the space, it’s wide and open. The equipment is good. And Aaron is the best! I come to SF for work every 2-3 months and this is my gym always!
Fantastic experience: Very clean
LOVE the 5 Stars Matt! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review for us.
Negative experience: Beyond terrible customer service
Oh no! What happened? Please email us at [email protected] so we can look into this!
Fantastic experience: It was clean and well equipped
Hey Ati, thanks for taking the time to review! We appreciate the feedback and look forward to your next visit!
Positive experience: It's a signature so if you have a membership with a franchise , you need to pay $10 for entry. Too small for my liking
Hey Albert, this Crunch is a Signature location and therefore the membership structure is different. Signature locations include all the essentials like cardio and strength machines, plus even MORE awesome classes, dedicated group fitness studios, and full service locker rooms with towel service, Rituals Products, saunas and steam rooms.
Negative experience: This is my favourite crunch gym here — please increase your hours to 9 or 10 as it closes too early compared to other clubs !
Hey Christine, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] so we can further address the situation. Please include a copy of this review for faster response. Thanks!
Fantastic experience: Excellent staff. Aaron the manager was warm, inviting and very helpful. Gym is super clean! Great equipment.
Hey Paymon, thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you being a loyal member and helping spread the word about our gym. We’re here for you anytime!
Negative experience: I signed up for the free 3 day pass online. When I got to the free desk, the front desk said only local residents can get the free pass. So even if you live somewhere else in the Bay Area and work right to this building, they won't you get the free pass. For non San Francisco residents, the day pass costs $35 per day. That's ridiculous.
Hey K, thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience, but we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can further address the situation. Thanks!
Negative experience: Came here because I saw a free day pass on the website. I get here and there is very fine print on the bottom of the pass saying I need to be a resident to get the day pass and for me to workout it’s 35 dollars for a day pass. I get why they would do this, but it feels like a bait and switch. I would have looked around if I would have known they were going to charge me a standard monthly gym fee for a single workout. The gym itself is fine. Staff seems nice. Just doesn't feel transparent from a business standpoint.
Hey Andrew we always aim to deliver a great experience and we’re bummed we missed the mark! Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If you’d like to discuss this further, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include a copy of this review for faster response.
Positive experience: Great gym, normally not very crowded, excellent variety of machines and plenty of weights. Love the yoga room for stretching after a long workout. Fantastic changing rooms, huge with a ton of room. Definitely one of the largest and nicest crunch gyms in the city.
Hey Rebecca Fedorko thanks for taking the time to review. We're happy you're happy and we can't "weight" to see you next time!
Fantastic experience: Special shoutout to Aaron who always made our check-in a breeze even though we were travelling through and booking on class-pass (hence not members). Love this gym - super spacious and convenient to get to. Equipment was great, and with ample options to vary your workout as much as you'd like!
LOVE the 5 Stars Foong! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review for us.
Negative experience: I’m an out of town guest who has paid 35.00 for a day pass x 4 days. I do not believe the San Fran locations with the possible exception of the Montgomery Street location (good) can justify selling day passes at this amount. The Polk Street location has a locker room that is literally the size of my home bathroom, with the few mens lockers probably 4 feet from the urinals. The equipment appears to be old and worn out. The third Street location weight room is small with limited equipment and not enough room to accommodate the number of people using the area— scary during a pandemic. I travel frequently, and have found much higher quality facilities charging less for the privilege of a day pass. The Montgomery location appears newer and in better shape.
Hey Greg, we are sorry that your experience with us didn’t quite match your expectations. We would love to chat further so that we can deliver a better experience. You may reach us anytime at [email protected]. Please include a copy of this review for faster response.
Fantastic experience: Clean, kind staff, and always has everything I need. Never feel like I have to wait to use something.
Hey Francisco Morales-O'Connor thanks for taking the time to review. We're happy you're happy and we can't "weight" to see you next time!
Fantastic experience: Best
Hey Baran! Thank you for the 5-stars! Hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: The classes at this gym are great. New machines too.
Fantastic experience: So far, this place has been nothing but great. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.
Fantastic experience: I was in SF for work and this gym was across from my hotel, so I bought a day pass and got in a great workout. Very clean, nice staff, and plenty of free weights, machines, and cardio. Highly recommended, and I’ll be back on my next trip to SF.
Hey Nathaniel! Thank you for the 5-stars! Hope to see you again soon next time you're in town!
Negative experience: Rey supposed to open at 7 am and not one is here. So bad. They should have good people who are responsible.
Negative experience: I am in town for a conference. Found this gym on google map which is less than 1 mile from my hotel. According to their website, I can sign up for 3 day pass for free which I did and received the confirmation email with a temporary ID #. Went to the gym this morning around 6:30am. No one was working out. There was only one guy at the front desk who later revealed his name was Angel. He told me the day pass is only for resident. I told him the officially never said anything about being a resident and I did get the confirmation successfully. Then he said it is their policy. The day pass is for the people who live here that can potentially become a customer. I said I walked 20 minutes here just wanted to work out for maybe 30 minutes. He said it is $35. I was like you are just making it up, show me where it says $35 for day pass. I requested to talk to his supervisor but he said he was the only one there. I ended up storming out of the door. I was in Florida just a couple days ago. I was able to get a free day pass at Planet Fitness facility and worked out there. No question was asked. It is true I will probably not get a Crunch membership since I already have membership at LA Fitness and Fitness Connection. But now, I will make sure I tell everybody don't sign up for Crunch.
Hi Dian, if you take a look at the email that contained the guest pass, it reads: "Valid at participating locations only for first time guests. Must be 18 years or older, local resident with valid ID." Angel is correct, that our guests passes are $35 + tax per day at our Crunch Signature locations. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Fantastic experience: Relaxed uncrowned primo equipment
Hey Jada! Thanks for the review. Keep up the good work(outs)!
Fantastic experience: Amazing gym
Fantastic experience: Great location and machines
Thanks Jay, we think you're great too! See you next time!
Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed by the gym instructor's passion to help his clients, his knowledge, and his ability to connect with his clients. It’s because of him that I have signed up for another session, and it’s because of him that I also signed up for personal training sessions.
Hey Phoenix, thank you so much for your 5-star review! We will share this with the team to let them know to keep up the amazing work!
Fantastic experience: Amazing gym
Hey Paul, thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you being a loyal member and helping spread the word about our gym. We’re here for you anytime!
Negative experience: They do not honor cancellations. I submitted all proof requested of me, and was denied refund for no documented reason. Do not believe their cancellation policies.
Hey Amy, thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can further address the situation. Thanks!
Positive experience: 04/03/2021 (COVID19 Review): Crunch has taken extra measures to ensure a safe and sanitary space to workout; sanitation stations and hand sanitizer among other measures . I enjoy going here as it is extremely low volume even during peak hours. My only complaint is that I would like some enforcement for wiping down of equipment. On several occasions, I witnessed a few individual(s) hog and use up 6-10 workout areas at the same time while not cleaning anything once this person was jumping stations. This person in particular is not taking cleaning precautions seriously outside of wearing a mask.
Hey Bird! Thanks for your positive feedback. We value your review and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Please feel free to email us at any time at [email protected]
Negative experience: I had to move away on short notice and couldn’t cancel in person. I tried to cancel my membership and get some personal training sessions refunded for months. They told me things are frozen due to COVID. Ok that’s fine. Then they started trying to bill me for my membership again. Luckily the credit card on file expired so they couldn’t. But they kept trying. I contacted them again reiterating I had already asked for my membership to be cancelled. But one person replied after a week, didn’t cancel my membership, and asked for proof of my move to get my personal training refund. Ok, so I replied with proof of my move. No follow up after two weeks. I cannot reach the gym by phone and email messages still get the “everything is frozen” auto reply. If everything is frozen, stop trying to charge me. This gym is a scam waiting to steal your money.
We can help! Please email our Crunch Signature Customer Care team at [email protected] for assistance. Be sure to include your name, home club and key tag number (or email associated with your account) for faster response.
Positive experience: Nice gym for the price. If you get city membership then you also get access to pool in their Yerba Buena gym.
Thanks Siddharth! Please email us at [email protected] and let us know how we can get those 5 stars!
Fantastic experience: I love to work out here very friendly environment staff is nice best gym ever i get.
Hey Sunil! We're happy you had a fantastic time with us! Thanks for your trust; we're thankful for amazing members like yourself. We hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Good choice in the city
Thanks for the review. Keep up the good work(outs)!
Fantastic experience: Nice, clean, well stocked gym.
Hey, thanks for taking the time to review. We appreciate the feedback and look forward to your next visit!
Fantastic experience: Only 3 people working out in the gym today at 2:15pm. By appt. only and you have 55 min. to get your workout in. You are required to clean each machine off after use (but did that before Covid-19). No showers available (and no towels - bring your own). Good experience today other than was super hot with mask on (temps in City 86° today). Felt like gym was cooler than outside though (must have AC now in gym).
Hey Terrie, thanks for taking the time to review! We appreciate the feedback and look forward to your next visit!
Negative experience: Very disappointed by the operation manager, she is not fair and doesn’t care about the customer. Very bad experience.
Oh no! What happened? Please email us at [email protected] so we can look into this!
Negative experience: The online website offers a free pass and does not disclose restrictions. The staff was unfriendly and uncooperative when it came to using their WiFi to show them my free pass in the email. Really sad the way the treat future potential customers.
Hey James, thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience, but we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can further address the situation. Thanks!
Negative experience: This place is a scam. Do NOT sign up for any training packages because they aren't honoring the plain terms of the contracts. I injured myself at this location and they won't refund my remaining sessions even though the contract expressly allows it. They are keeping thousands of dollars of my money despite the injury.
Negative experience: My first time at this location and someone took bolt cutters to mine and others lockers. Just great. For the location, I would at least expect some security.
Oh no! Please email us at [email protected] so we can look into this!
Positive experience: I really like this location despite the machines are old fashioned and a little bit confusing to find the right one to the next exercise. What delays the working out schedule. They offers so many different classes, I have tried the Pilates sculpt and ballet barre both are fun and challenging.
Hey Alan, thanks for taking the time to let us know about your experience! We love that you’re loving our Group Fitness classes! Hope you get to try more classes soon!
Negative experience: There are so many good gyms in San Francisco, but sadly this is not one of them. The cost is higher than Fitness SF, more than 24 Hour, but often the classes are all booked (spin classes are hard to get into) and the machines are all taken during peak hours. The equipment is often broken or dirty (a broken handle on an elliptical wasn’t fixed for months) - leaving much to be desired from this location. I’ve also had repeated issues getting them to send me a monthly invoice - and have to send emails every month requesting. They used to send them, then stopped saying they no longer had the capabilities to send monthly invoices. Conveniently, they have always been able to send me notices that my membership dues are increasing... Fortunately, there is a new Fitness SF opening in the Transbay that looks to be much nicer. After being a member here for almost 3 years, I’m really ready to move on.
We are sorry that your experience with us didn’t quite match your expectations. We would love to chat further so that we can deliver a better experience. You may reach us anytime at [email protected].
Negative experience: Horrible customer service! Never had a horrible gym like this. Go away or you want to face many billing issues. - For medical freeze, I called 10 times, wrote 5 emails, and came to the gym IN PERSON once within a month which only the operations manager can process. She was either not in the office, or out for lunch, or was in meeting. She was also not responsive for emails and never called back. - For canceling membership, I went there IN PERSON, and filled the form. The staff told me the form was the proof of cancelling, however I got charged for the month 3 weeks later.
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience, but we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can further address the situation. Thanks!
Fantastic experience: Best
Fantastic experience: Awesome space with awesome staff! Thanks to Ryan for an awesome time while I'm in SF!!
You got it, Jeremy!
Fantastic experience: Dan Rubin, he is popular gem in this club, I dropped in his Contact Boxing class and I was a total beginner, he took me under his wing and helped me out, I learned a lot from him. He also has one of the best spinning classes at this place. totally recommended.
Positive experience: Multiple floors of sweaty fantasticness
Hey Dwayne! Thanks for the review!
Positive experience: Love the kickboxing class on Wednesdays w/ Paul!
Positive experience: It would really be great if it wasn't so crowded. It's just not quite big enough. There are only one of several machines, so after-work workouts involve a lot of waiting around.
Positive experience: It’s nice for a public gym. Membership fees and cancellation policies are pretty obscured, as to be expected at most gyms.
Hey Jonathan, thanks for taking the time to review. We appreciate the feedback!
Negative experience: Attempted to cancel my membership beginning of November and it took 5 weeks for anyone to get back to me and when they finally did I was assured my membership was cancelled yet I am still being charged.
Positive experience: Good location to go to if you’re working in the area. Machines are usually clean and working and I enjoy the instructors that they have for the classes offered. The only thing is I’d avoid this place right after work because it’s usually packed and difficult to get a machine of your choice.
Hey Olivia, thanks for taking the time to review. We appreciate the feedback and look forward to your next visit!
Negative experience: Apparently you can’t use the locker overnight anymore... which is very dumb because that’s the whole purpose of what lockers are for... What’s being ridiculous here is that they cut my lock ( the lock I paid for) and moved my stuff to a storage room ( who knows what’s in there and if it’s clean...) without me knowing... I didn’t go to gym for a week and all I found out is my stuff were gone.... after I asked about it and got my stuff, I asked what about my lock? They said it was cut and refused to offer me a free new lock.... so I had to pay for another lock because I do want my stuff to be secure during the time I’m upstairs working out. I also asked about long term rental for lockers but apparently they don’t offer that service anymore. They claim that they sent an email about this change but I swear I did not receive that email....what kind of service is this? If a typical gym cannot even offer overnight locker then they have no privileges over classpass... forget about this gym, you deserve something better!
Positive experience: Came here to get my workout on while in town and found it to be large, accommodating, clean, and up to date. The treadmills have large color screens that will play scenery. The staff is helpful. Tailor (or Taylor) was super amazing and helped us out with all our check in needs. Troy M is amazing and kick a** Weigh Hard Class instructor. I don’t remember the aerial yoga instructor but he was crabby and condescending. Would recommend the class but not him.
Hey Rebecca, thanks for taking the time to review. We appreciate the feedback!
Fantastic experience: I really like this gym. I know gym training and play at a high level, have directed sports performance programs and can tell you the entire Westside Barbell protocol from memory. If you're doing your own thing, this can be a good fit. Gets super crowded at rush hour. Can get muggy in the locker room. Treadmills have worn out buttons. Not enough space to stretch or do core. But they have some interesting equipment, Olympic weightlifting platforms, lots of free motion cable systems that all are in good shape, plenty of foam rollers, etc. The trainers, on the other hand, are interesting. Only two are in better shape than I am, and I'm not in phenomenal shape at the moment. Seriously, when it's your job to get people into good shape, don't show up fat or scrawny. Test your methods on yourself before rolling them out on others. Fundamentals like avoiding loaded internal shoulder rotation, or teaching the basic hip hinge, are lost on many of these trainers. If you need a trainer, go elsewhere. There are heaps of good ones in SF, and most are hungry for customers.
Hey David! Thanks for your positive feedback on our gym facility. We value your review and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us!
Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, lots of fun classes that u can join and they have experienced personal trainers
Hey John! Thanks so much for the awesome feedback! Glad you're enjoying what we have to offer!
Fantastic experience: Nice staff, convenient location, clean place, good selection of gear and not too crowded: I really like this place. As I was traveling and planning to stay only a week in the city, I asked if they had a weekly pass, as I couldn't see any on their website. And sure, they had one ($50/week; still a bit steep, but on par with what I see elsewhere). I wish they stayed open a bit later over the weekend, though.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, great fun classes , experienced trainers all in one convenient place.
Fantastic experience: It's cheaper than other gyms
Hey Michael, thanks for taking the time to review. We appreciate the feedback!
Positive experience: crowded
Positive experience: Best crunch location I've been to
Positive experience: Clean, but stuffy and overheated. There doesn't seem to be air conditioning. Staff are friendly.
Negative experience: Horrified by the sexual statements made BY THE MALE STAFF at this place. WOMEN- DO NOT GO HERE TO EXERCISE.
Hi Ashley - Can you please send us an email with the details at [email protected] and we can look into this incidence? Thanks for your patience.
Positive experience: Fair amount of equipment (3 power rack/platforms). Gets pretty crowded though
Hey Victor, thanks for your review. We appreciate the feedback!
Positive experience: Solid gym with a range of equipment, classes, and a convenient location.
Positive experience: Best gym I've been a part of. Minus one star for only 1 incline bench when they have 3 racks and regular benches :)
Hey Scott, thanks for taking the time to review! Your feedback is appreciated! See you at the gym!
Positive experience: A bit crowded, but that’s to be expected. My experiences with the classes here have been hit or miss, but otherwise the gym will do.
Hey Yvonne, thanks for your review. We appreciate you sharing your experience!
Fantastic experience: Love the staff, equipment and location
Fantastic experience: You can find a gym on every corner in SF but the people that work here make this my favorite gym in the finincial district for sure. Clean machines, great classes, solid free weight section, separate floor for cardio, free towel service and staff that actually wants to help you reach your goals. I'll see you there.
Fantastic experience: Nice clean gym
Fantastic experience: Great equipment, friendly staff, but a little crowded in the evenings.
Fantastic experience: Love the spin classes. And the staff is super friendly!
Fantastic experience: The trainers here are the best! Michael and Michelle are awesome.
Positive experience: Crowded.
Positive experience: My favorite Crunch in the city. Crowded after hours especially between 5-7pm.
Positive experience: Great equipment but excellent variety of classes!
Positive experience: Good, no frills gym with a ton of classes
Positive experience: good classes and the instructors are great. The restroom is very clean all the time.
Positive experience: Not just another chain gym. They have a decent amount of free weights, and a couple of trainers that understand powerlifting.
Positive experience: Decent assortment of classes. Love spinning with Michael on Tuesdays at 6:45 pm. Locker rooms get super crowded.
Positive experience: Good selections of weights, large locker room. The place is pretty dead on weekends, which I love. You can get a California Freedom membership too, which gives you all-access to California gyms.
Positive experience: Good gym for business travelers located near several major hotels. Feels crowded. Good enough equipment to get through a workout but not for serious powerlifters or weightlifters
Positive experience: Fun classes, smelly gym.
Negative experience: Unpleasant staff..
Negative experience: The worst gym in USA so far. Paid $25 and couldn't use their wifi as I wasn't a member.... There was no music in this place or it was very quiet so I had to train with no music as the conaction In the building is very bad so no mobile data either. There are much better gyms in San Francisco like sf fitness much bigger great music, wifi everywhere at least 5times bigger. There weren't enough machines in crunch gym very limited. I wouldn't recommend
Positive experience: I had to discontinue my Crunch membership when I moved to a neighborhood not close to any Crunch location, which was a huge bummer since I really did like Crunch. I'm not a big "social workouts" person, so I didn't take advantage of the classes that much (although there are SO many, and the few I took -- a spinning class and a yoga class -- were good experiences). I did feel very much at home, though, to do my own personal workouts. When I suffered a knee injury, it was my crunch trainer who actually help me get better and correct the bad form that had caused the injury in the first place.
Positive experience: I've been a member here for three years - really love it! I like the trainers and the front desk staff is usually nice (there's only one guy who isn't). Super convenient location, clean and good classes.
Positive experience: I'm so happy with Crunch, specifically the New Montgomery location. I belonged to it years ago but things are much better now. Gym is super clean, great equipment, friendly staff, great trainers, cool classes and more. A million times better than 24Hour Fitness and price it's ok, I just hope they don't increase prices again. time to workout!
Positive experience: Convienent location close too work but can be a little too crowded during workdays. I recommend going off peak hours and now they have Bliss Spa products for use.
Negative experience: I paid them thousands of dollars over the years, yet rarely used their gyms. I blame only myself for that, but the bottom line is my payments to them over several years were pure profit. But when I cancelled my membership, they had the nerve to demand I pay for 2 more months *after* I cancelled. Then they added another month's worth of "late fees" and sent the account to collections when I disputed the charges and refused to pay. I emailed and spoke with the manager of the Montgomery Street location, Deborah Newman, and requested that in light of my years of being the ideal customer they waive the remaining charges. It wouldn't cost them a penny and would create tremendous goodwill to let me leave as a happy customer. Nope, nothing doing -- these leeches will suck every penny they can from you. On principle I vow they will never see another dime from me. Unless you like giving money away and getting nothing in return, I suggest you find another gym.
Positive experience: I was a member here during 2012 and came about 4 times a week. Compared to 24 hour fitness, this gym is leaps and bounds better, cleaner, and versatile with classes. Due to its location in the financial district, Crunch can and will get quite crowded after work. Expect to wait for a treadmill on the upper level. If you're into boxing, look for classes taught by Dan, if he's still there. These classes aren't cardio boxing classes, these are true sparring/drilling/endurance training sessions which go well beyond an hour. His classes are more hardcore than several dedicated boxing gyms I've belonged to in the past.
Negative experience: I feel like this place is probably only worth it if you can get it dirt cheap. They constantly change the app, the sign in, the classes. You get locked out of your account, locked out of being able to go to classes based on whatever the latest change is -- and they're ALWAYS changing something. With me, they changed my account number against my wishes -- and then tried to charge me for getting a new sign in card? Broken bathrooms not fixed forever. Weird gross stains in the steam room never fixed -- even after they "remodeled." If you want to set aside a few hours a week just to keep up with how to get into the gym or go to a class you want. Congratulations! You have a ton of time to waste and you've found the perfect gym!
Negative experience: I had initially reviewed this place with an "Excellent" but I unfortunately need to change it. The gym still has great facilities, but when it comes to customer service they're terrible. I brought in my Australian roommate with one of my "Bring a friend for a day" passes. There were two people at the counter and both weren't bust. One told me to wait for the other and we waited 15min until we were cross examined and told that the passes were only for people from the area (my roommate is but has an accent) and that I needed to talk to the employee who signed me up for the gym. Unbelievable. Then my personal trainer, who was otherwise awesome, gave away the time slot he and I had agreed upon (I had gone to 4 of them) and tried to give me another time. Then he was unrelenting that I buy more sessions. He apologized but pushed the next week to have me buy more again. This on top of him missing one of our sessions was enough for me to call it quits with him. The facilities at this gym are top of the line. It's too bad it's run so poorly that it doesn't matter.
Negative experience: This gym used to be really good, but now all they ever play is disgusting top-40 rap music. I don't go to the gym to hear degrading crap.
