Fantastic experience: Peter Taylor is by far the best thing at Crunch Alabaster. He’s always a friendly face and is willing to work with anyone who needs help. He brightens up the atmosphere and I enjoy seeing him every time I go in.

Fantastic experience: I love my crunch fitness experience thanks to my amazing trainer Peter Taylor. I was so nervous about exercising. Afraid that I would be too slow or wouldn’t pick up on the workouts. The trainer I was scheduled to meet on day one didn’t show up. I met Peter while waiting on the”no show”. He encouraged me to come back. I asked if he would train me and the rest is history. Im 41 years old and never would I have ever guessed that I’d be jogging or lifting weights. He’s been training me for 2 1/2 months now and I’ve lost 23 lbs so far. I’m so blessed that God allowed me to meet him. He’s a jewel. He’s patient, motivating, inspiring and encouraging. I now look forward to working out. In the Words of Peter “ Let’s Goooo!!!!”

Fantastic experience: I can't even say enough amazing things about Peter Taylor! After going to the gym every morning and watching Peter with his clients, I wanted so badly for this man to train me and teach me. As our time continues together, he is constantly causing me to break limitations I had set for myself. He is causing me to achieve goals I never thought were possible. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions and the time he takes to, not only get to know me as a person, but the time he invests to watch and learn when my body can push no further. Peter knows when motivation is absolutely necessary to succeed! However, he also knows when you need to be pushed to your limits so you can see yourself attain the "unreachables" you predetermined for yourself. If motivation, flexibility, friendship and a personal approach is what your looking for with your trainer, Peter Taylor is the best!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym! They have hydrotherapy chairs, tanning beds, red light therapy, and plenty of space. They also have every workout machine possible, a yoga room, and personal trainers available. Overall, it was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I discovered Crunch Fitness in Alabaster! I there based on a referral to trainer Peter Taylor and although I would never admit this to him directly, Peter him has been one of the best influences that I have ever had regarding my health. He is a tremendous asset to the Crunch Fitness offerings. In the short time that I have known and worked with him, I have come to realize that he is well educated on human physiology, which makes him acutely aware of the messages my body sends and how to respond during a workout. He is confident in what he knows, which is what we should all look for in a trainer. No one wants a doctor that is unsure about how to help you, so why would you want a trainer that isn’t confident in his ability to assist. I’ve noticed that his methods are tailored for each client. I’m 53 years old and I know that pain is an inevitable part of exercise, but causing extreme pain is not the primary focus of Peter’s regimen for me. The goal is a healthier body and lifestyle, of which I am already seeing the results. It has been my personal goal to improve myself mentally, spiritually and physically. God has place the right people in my life to help me achieve these goals and he is one of them. Now if the money that I was promised doesn’t show up in my account in a couple of days, please check this review again for an update! ???????????????? You can never let your trainer know that you still like them!

Fantastic experience: I've come to love this place because of the amazing personal trainer I've gotten to work with over the past 4 months. Peter Taylor is the best personal trainer there is, hands down. He's genuine, works you hard, and encourages you every step of the way. You can really tell he loves and enjoys what he does.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy my personal trainer Peter Taylor here at Crunch fitness in Alabaster. He has a great motavational attitude and he is very good at working with me on my fitness goals but also taking into account my medical conditions. He knows when to push and when it's time to recover. He has definitely done his due diligence to insure that I can hit all of my fitness goals as safely as possible. Anyone that decides to have him as a trainer will be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Large fitness center with a lot of quality equipment plus many different classes offered though I haven't tried any classes yet. If you're lookinf for an affordable gym I highly recommend.

Positive experience: I've been coming to this gym for about 6 or 7 months now. I love that there is childcare with consistent workers that my kiddos have gotten to know. And there is a pretty good variety of equipment to choose from. However I have some things that I wish they did better. Firstly, Jerry Springer being played in the women's locker room seems like not the kind of culture you'd want in a women's locker room. I've requested that they change this, but we shall see. Secondly, there is one machine that is always messed up. It's one of the leg extension machines and it never works right. I know they've "fixed" it several times but it still sticks. These are little things, and all in all, I love Crunch and working out there. The staff is friendly and it's fun to see the same people regularly. That being said, it wouldn't hurt my feelings if they fixed the little things...

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy visiting this location. The staff is super friendly and the facility is clean. I participated in a Zumba class on my last visit. Alexis is an amazing instructor! Her energy is contagious and the playlist is always FIRE.

Fantastic experience: All the equipment and open 24/7. Literally have gone at random times to workout and never had a bad experience. Yeah the after work rush is real but there is typically enough equipment that your not having to wait much

Very very clean facility with a helpful & attentive front desk, and ample sanitizing stations for wiping your equipment off. Convenient location with a ton of parking. Enjoy the new facility! P.S. I LOVE when a gym has new Olympic bars.

Fantastic experience: I’ve finally found a gym home that has everything I need! The staff at the Alabaster location is always so helpful and nice. All of the group fitness classes are fun, and the instructors are incredible! I feel like I’m getting a great workout and actually learning good technique with weights, etc. Super affordable and engaging! Plus, they have an app to sign up for classes, etc. so it’s super easy to see what’s going on and plan your weekly workout schedule!

A special shout out to one of the trainers Peter who is amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. He goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.
