Fantastic experience: Great facility for kids and families. You don’t have to be Jewish to go there. The outdoor pool and snack shack are great. I like to pull a chair into the shade and work on my laptop. The new Executive Director cares about everyone who walks through the door and is an active listener. I like to donate to them because I can actually see where the money is being used. It’s refreshing and I feel like I’m supporting the community.

Negative experience: Unfortunate how much this place has changed. Used to love going here and bringing my children, but the new aquatics management is making it go downhill…

Negative experience: I called, left multiple messages and emailed on multiple occasion for child care and still haven’t received a response back. I would hate to send my child to this organization and not be able to get a response when it’s an emergency. So thank you for showing me before I started doing business with your company.

Negative experience: I love the J but I am so unimpressed with the membership system. I have been trying to cancel my membership for literally 11 months, while my emails go unanswered and I continue to be charged every month. If I ever get out of this membership I’m never renewing it. Nice facility but seems like they are more concerned with taking my money than they are in customer service.

Fantastic experience: I love going here! They are actually open at 7 am-5:45 pm on Sundays. If you want to get a workout in before church!

Negative experience: I used to love this place but now I won't even bother thinking about going here! The new manager is such a creep. Never taking my family here again, also the hot tub is always broken.

Fantastic experience: This is mostly about the pool, particularly the outdoor pool open the summertime, but also the indoor pool. I do not make use of gym facilities or other programs there, but I they seem to be fine and I never hear anything but positive comments about them. The outdoor pool itself could do with better filtration and bottom cleaning toward the end of Summer but it is not bad earlier in the season. The indoor pool is much cleaner as it is used by far fewer people and a very nice option to have if the outdoor pool is particularly crowded, if you are getting over a sunburn, or if you don't want to deal with sunscreen on a blazing hot, sunny day. Also, it is open year-round! I have also added some aerial photos showing the entire facility, including ballfield and tennis courts.

Fantastic experience: A safe, clean, friendly environment. A great place for swimming lessons for the kiddos. The staff takes their time and shows a lot of patience with timid swimmers. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been sending my son to Shaw JCC to their early childhood program for over a year now. He started when he was 1. The staff really cares about the kids here. The school is always clean and constantly doing fun activities with the kids. They use a private app to keep parents up to date each day with photos, daily notes and general information. It’s extremely useful and I adore when they post pictures of my kiddo on it.

Positive experience: It’s a pretty good place. Great for kids and a perfect food.

Fantastic experience: My son just started to attend preschool at the JCC, and our whole family is so thrilled with our experience so far! The transition to a new school wasn't easy for my 3-YO guy, but his teachers (Ms. Michelle and Mr. Jeff), director (Ms. Kim), and the staff were so welcoming and loving. He loves school now thanks to this amazingly upbeat and inclusive learning environment. We also love that he's already getting to experience art, music, gym, and more. Thank you, JCC team!

Negative experience: The hot tub and the steam room are broken every day i go and they never fix it even know they say the are going to.

Positive experience: The classes always stay on-time & the workouts are great.
