Positive experience: Pretty good gym. Quiet, clean and sparsely populated, at least on the weekends. Good mix of equipment. They are missing a few things I would like to see, but no gym is perfect. Ellipticals are a little wonky, and take some getting used to. They don't program in an intuitive manner.

We would be happy to help! We assume you mean the cardio equipment that is powered by movement. You have to begin using them before the displays power on, this takes somewhere around 30 seconds at times

Positive experience: It is important to ask someone how to use certain machines. Not everyone knows how to work these. For example, the treadmill and me as a elderly individual. Staff is very attentive but I feel it should be automatic to ask members if they need to be shown. It has been a long time since I have been to a gym and the ways have changed.

Fantastic experience: Just started at the gym but the staff is great and the gym is up to date and clean. The gym is open for members 24/7 as the name suggests and is staffed for the majority of the day. They have body scans, saunas, cold massage machine, and others. It has everything you need in a gym. Addition - Been at the gym for a few months. Great staff and culture. Support to the community also stood out as a selling point! Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Staff members are amazing and friendly and very helpful. The app for helping track your progress as well as the Styku Body Scanner to actually view your progress was a great addition and even better decision to upgrade my membership. The atmosphere is great and plenty of the serious lifters to those just staying in shape, no one makes you feel awkward or out of place. Another great benefit is the 24/7 access to the gym equipment, especially after those longer days at work.

Positive experience: The gym is ok. They dont have the stackable step up boxes. The front of the gym where the treadmills are is always hot. I think they should Invest in a few fans at the front. It has very little circulation. It almost makes you not want to use the treadmills. The tv stations in front of the treadmills aren't very selective, its basically all the same stuff. Should be more variety for the stations. Example: news, movies channel, sports, animal channel. Lastly, I've had a personal trainor before and most gyms have a variety in pricing. Qualified trainers packages are more and the regular trainers are more affordable, but this gym just wants a lot of money for a minimal amount of time. I'd understand the higher cost for extremely certified, body builder packages, but most of the trainers there aren't overly experienced or dealing with body builders. Its only 1 trainer there who would be qualified for those prices and thats the owner, the rest are just regular people. The regular trainers only take a small amount off the price. The price just doesn't meet the amount of time ur getting or the qualifications of the trainer. So for that I'd say The personal trainer packages are over priced.

We did replace the stackable step up boxes with plyoboxes, though we will have to reexplore this due to the minimum height of the plyoboxes. While it isn't common for us to hear the front of the gym being warmer than the back, we will check our thermostat settings. If the temperature outside is lower, it can be difficult to maintain circulation as the sensors believe it is cool enough, but the units don't run to move air. This is something we try our best to monitor. We purposefully use Atmosphere TV for our facility. We had more options in the past, but this, to be honest, caused significantly more complaints. Most of our responses have been positive to this change. While we offer a variety of training packages, I am not sure when you might have been presented them, so I can't say much about your experience. These can vary depending on availability/demand. We believe we have qualified trainers, owner or not, and follow closely with national pricing guidelines. We have confidence in our pricing being appropriate and do make changes periodically depending on our availability.

Fantastic experience: Workout Anytime Aiken is like having my own private gym. It’s clean, well stocked, and has plenty of variety. Most of the times I go there are fewer than ten people present. I love the hydro massage and I really appreciate the complimentary monthly body scan. WOAT is the GOAT.

Fantastic experience: Came to workout and upon entry the staff greeted me and made me feel welcome here. Weights were organized and the facility was clean. The bathrooms were kept up and stocked. All in all great gym recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for a little over a year and I think the concept of the gym is great. Their hours make it accessible for all. Negative experience: I was a member during COVID and I wasn't allowed in and I couldn't cancel, so I stopped paying. I just got a $156 collections bill after calling the headquarters for months straight. For real? Six months, how many of y'all paid and didn't get to go? Unbelievable. Apparently workout not anytime, but welcome to pay any time

We did not own this club prior to 2023 and are not familiar with your case, but would be happy to assist.To further add - Corporate doesn't really deal with most issues, each club is independently owned and operated.

Negative experience: I went to this gym ONE time. They won't stop trying to debit my account and won't let me cancel until I pay for a month I DIDNT USE and the annual fee they added on the 2md month. As a 100% disabled veteran I enrolled with this gym to try and get rehabbed, but I found that I couldn't keep going because of my health. My memory isn't the best and by the time I realized I hadn't cancelled the 2nd month had come. Along with the monthly fee and annual fee. Like I said. I went to the gym ONE time in the first month. I tried to handle it via email but all I got was a contractual response. All business, no compassion! Got it!
Marcel, at no point did you request cancellation or freezing of your account due to any health related condition. We allow cancellation online, without coming in, calling, or sending certified mail. We provided you these details to do so more than once. We allow this to be done with a 14 day notice as well, which is something we recently did explicitly to be more compassionate for our members. The Annual Fee is drafted 45 days after you sign up and continues on the same day each year. If there are health related issues, it is best to inform us of that if they are the reason for cancellation, otherwise we cannot adequately assist you.Such notice is not required for Freezing, which you did not opt to do at first.Subscriptions are not charged based on use, this is not something that will likely change for any subscription based service.We both successfully froze your account and have given you a significant delay before you would be required to pay us for any previously owed amount.
Positive experience: I have been a member for a couple years now. The gym is steadily improving. Lately there has been a big emphasis on squatting and lower body equipment but there is still only one run of dumbbells. A lot of members will hold onto dumbbells their whole workout and leave the rest of us waiting or using a weight we didn’t intend to use. The staff is friendly and offer assistance when needed. I go early morning before work which is my only available time, some days it’s full and other days I’m alone. It’s hit or miss. So far my experience has been good. I would recommend this gym to family and friends. Hopefully more dumbbells get added soon.

Negative experience: They rip you off when you try to leave. I just tried to cancel my membership, and they apparently say you have to continue paying for a period out .. conveniently over the annual rate time. I seriously am being forced to pay the annual rate for a year whenever I'm literally cancelling. Two stars because the equipments ok, but that's the bare minimum for a gym. Cheating customers is an issue

I will more specifically review your account as soon as I can.In general, you agreed to a 30 day notice for cancellation. Any amounts due within that time at cancellation are owed and paid. This process is completed online and is meant to be as simple as possible. This is in no way dishonest, confusing, or a scam. This is stated explicitly up front and repeated explicitly within your agreement. Your membership continues to be active until 30 days after your last dues as well.

Fantastic experience: Workout Anytime is a great place to workout. The employees are cordial, pleasant and always anxious to make your experience complete and enjoyable. I always recommend membership to people that I meet.

Fantastic experience: Owner and staff are excellent, very courteous, and helpful! They have a personal trainer on site during business hours! Membership cards scanned outside to let you in after hour’s for a complete workout anytime!!!

Negative experience: I got a call today from them asking about my online query. I said I didn't remember filling out anything online asking about their services. She said "yes ma'am, it's from 2019". You're really going to call people four years later?
