Negative experience: Not happy about these price increases for existing clients especially those that have been with them since before the gym even opened. New prices should be for new clients only!

Fantastic experience: Small no thrills, old school iron claking type of gym. Get in, get buff, get out. It's not a social club it's a gym. Get you some!

Negative experience: Decent gym, but they don't have nearly enough plates for all of the equipment. Every time I go I have to spend at least five minutes or so scrounging around the gym looking for plates, even when it is not very busy. Buy More 2.5lb 5lb and 10 lb plates please.

Negative experience: My recent experience with Rebirth Athletic Training has been disappointing, primarily due to poor management practices that created confusion and instability for both clients and staff. A major concern was the lack of clear communication regarding rental agreements for trainers. My trainer was not informed that he would be unable to continue training clients unless rent was paid upfront—information that should have been clearly and professionally communicated well in advance. Instead, this critical detail was withheld until the last minute, leaving clients and trainers scrambling. To make matters worse, just two days later, all staff were abruptly terminated. This sudden and unexplained decision disrupted the training environment and left many of us without support or clarity on what would happen next. It was disheartening to see such a lack of transparency and consideration for the professionals who made the facility what it was. I hope Rebirth Athletic Training reflects on how it manages internal communication and staff relations going forward. Clients deserve consistency and professionalism, and the trainers—who are the heart of the business—deserve to be treated with respect and fairness.

Fantastic experience: I did a little grocery shopping at Cardenas last night when I saw the Rebirth Lifting Club sign. I was curious and walked in when I noticed the lighting and great equipment, I knew I was gonna like this gym. Then the guy at the front desk greeted me so welcomely, I believe he said his name was Carlos. This young man was super polite and really informative about the gym I told him I couldn’t sign up today but would be back soon to get a membership soon.

Fantastic experience: I barely started (a month) working out here at rebirth. I love this gym. However, it's LACKING some 25 lbs plates...10 lbs plates and 5 lbs plates. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: As soon as walked in Walter greeted me with welcoming arms. The environment is super clean, friendly, the down lighting is pump friendly. If you want to come for a day pass to survey around to see if this is your gym! This is the one. If you’re a bodybuilder, they got Precor, Pannata, Atlantis, and cybex! Even if you’re a power lifter, they have a deadlift bar and platforms, a jungle rack where u could get ur big 3 with accessory work done. If ur strong, ur strong. U don’t necessarily need kilo calibrated plates (hot take; just my opinion) lb plates all the way to comp Also got a tour from another really kind staff member, Kayli, for a tour on all the gym equipment. The facility may be slightly smaller than some franchise gym. But it’s definitely family friendly! I bodybuild now for reference, so this gym is amazing .

Fantastic experience: This is a gym for everyone! Friendly staff, the owners say hello and the personal trainers are always the best in the business. The gym facilities and equipment are always clean, never have I seen a broken machine, and they are always adding newer upgraded equipment. My personal Trainer Linda is amazing!!

Positive experience: Gym kinda has gone downhill, it was great to come and workout daily but recently since the new location opened there's been more teens being loud,rude, and obnoxious and the staff alot of the time are rude, mabie it's just me but it's become to a point I don't go in as much and I'm constantly told I'm not allowed to cancel my membership unless a owner is present to do so.

Positive experience: love this gym and go daily but the absolute brain dead music they blast is genuinely cringe and upsetting. It wouldn’t be so bad if they at least picked decent rap / hip hop and not drake or wanna be baby making r&b begging yall to get a touch tunes or something because I will pay good money every day not to hear 2016 drake or underground UK rappers at 5 am.

Fantastic experience: I have been lifting at Rebirth for the last 2 years and I have really enjoyed my time here. I love that it is always open and being able to get serious lifts in during the middle of the night really helps me not have any excuses to miss training. Will is a late night staff member there and I look forward to our small talks and his training advice, he is a good dude and always is there to spot me for a PR. The equipment is top notch and is cleaned often. It is a good solid gym that I would highly recommend.

Positive experience: Good gym. I enjoy working out here due to it not being so packed all the time. They have plenty of free weights, and machines for shoulders, back, chest, legs ect. (Lots of squat racks and bench press) Be Aware: Equipment takes a while to get fixed, and there aren't a lot of regular treadmills. Be Aware: Only 1 abs workout machine. Be Aware: If you are older or don't like so much noise, this would not be the place for you. Loud music and high schoolers come in. (They are loud, drop weights etc)

Fantastic experience: Rebirth is the best gym, not only in the HD but also at their new location in La Verne. They have the best machines and are always making sure each machine is clean and in great condition. Music is always a plus! The music really sets the tone to have a great workout and rebirth always has the bangers on. Armando & Walter are the owners and they truly listen to their customers and employees and can’t wait for what the future holds for them.

Negative experience: UPDATE: 12/14/2024 ID GIVE 0 IF I COULD, so the owner reached out to me and apologized and canceled my contract, but he denied my claim to get my refund for charging my account for extra months, where I was not at the gym, knowing that I moved So his apology means nothing. No one needs to feel obligated or stuck at a gym where you cannot come there to do what you have to do. I’m a content creator and I’m not in there getting in peoples way let alone have personal trainers get in the way of people working out and gossiping the whole time while people are standing around waiting to use machines, I can’t tell you how many times I took my ass back home because I came there and couldn’t do what I came to do. Regardless, I moved and I was told that I could cancel my contract if I moved which I did and I let them know. And now they’re trying to tell me a bunch of other stuff after moving. I was there for less than three months and I paid the yearly fee signing up and they’re still trying to charge me for not being there with late fee. I could’ve been at an actual good gym. Do not sign up for this gym because you’re going to be stuck there and all they care about is money. Even the stuff they sell there is overpriced. I am going to make a video about this and post it on TikTok because I don’t need to be dealing with this stupid stress over a small gym that gets overcrowded with people who don’t care about cleaning, Being able to work out without having to worry about being recorded or letting others work out too. Its far from professional, The only good thing about this gym is that everything is mostly black. But you will hardly see anybody cleaning the machines after themselves. Thats why we end up sick. Despite me always cleaning up after myself, I still got sick and it wasn’t winter yet. Nothing makes me more upset than when people think they deserve your money after the garbage service they provided that they can’t own up as if they know what you went through and want to just brush it off based on their “contract” to tie u down. So basically what they told me verbally did not align with the contract. DONT get stuck at this garbage GYM go find a bigger one and one that has everything that you need where you don’t have to worry about this BS. This place is psychotic. Firstly, i was here for about 2-3 months and I liked the aesthetic of the gym, but I would always leave pissed off because of how many people just sit at machines or weight room floor doing nothing but recording or talking. I record for social media with my own hands, I dont prop anything or disturb anyone. You have trainers acting concieted at this gym looking and females just flirting around trying to record, which is a nuisance. Secondly, people rarely clean anything and the workers don’t even care. I was so irritated I decided to switch back to 24 hour fitness and I ended up moving. So then they come trying to charge me for a full year after that experience when it shows on my contract I can cancel if I move . I reported them to my bank because this company owner is so money hungry it’s insane and im ready to post this gym on social media. Im on all 4 platforms and if they keep harassing me I will make videos about them. So tired of worthless gyms trying to make people feel trapped into their gyms where people cant even workout in peace. Its not even big enough to hold everyone. I relocated, no one is driving 49 minutes to your other location. Leave me alone

Negative experience: * Ive had to remove myself from my workout machine. These kids just go there to FILM themselves. Its pathetic! Many just stand around the machines and weights just chatting and touching each other , its unbelievable. My husband and I are just in shock as to what transpires here. You just cant work out in peace. Were starting a petition to band camera use. Were leaving this gym !

Negative experience: If I could give zero I would, we been trying to cancel our membership for 5 months. Armando is a thief and threaten me. PLEASE be aware and don’t sign up to this gym. PLEASE! I do have message they sent my husband and my daughter-in-law even mentions they will call the cops. It’s so sad because they have cause a lot of stress. I will be reporting their text to law enforcement.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym in the HD.. the equipment is top-notch. The vibes are great. The staff and owners are friendly.

Negative experience: I was extremely uncomfortable at this gym. Some people might be into this type of atmosphere, with filthy vulgar music and fitness extremists giving dirty looks. Not for me or my family! We enjoy planet fitness much better and have a lot more of equipment and cardio variety also with free HIIT classes included.

Fantastic experience: Love Rebirth, Always describe it to everyone as the gym that batman works out in. Wondering if another location might open up someday..trainer's are awesome always give advise and support. Acquaintances quickly become friends with the all around support everyone gives.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this place about a year now I haven't had a single issue. The staff is very insightful and helpful. Highly recommend it to everyone. They have great pre-workout selection,the merch is minimal but growing from what I've noticed. The price range is in the middle compared to the "higher" end gyms out here really good equipment. Good vibes all around and a 10 out 10

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member since December of 2021, during this time I’ve lost 40lbs yes its due to my hard work and dedication but with helpful and knowledgeable staff and an all around inviting environment I’ve been able to stay dedicated to my goals. This is the gym I call home !

Fantastic experience: I recently started going to Rebirth as of last month and so far I have had an overall great experience! The staff are very friendly and have been extremely helpful when I have approached them with questions. The equipment is top notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The space may not be the biggest, but there is everything you need to get a great workout from a beginner to advanced gym goer.

Fantastic experience: New here but this Is my favorite gym. Clean new and staff is amazing. Elija is my trainer and that man is a machine. Pushes me to my limits and ensures safety while breaking my comfort zone and helps via text for tips and diet and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend both Rebirth and Elija !!!

Negative experience: Disappointed in the amenities and management of this gym. As a guest here, you can expect to pay a mid-tier price for a low-tier service. To start off, you always have to wait out other patrons for equipment. On top of that, management deliberately ignores when guests hog machines for an unreasonable amount of time. Secondly, not everyone who comes into this gym pays the membership fee to be there. There have been countless times where I’ve seen employees look the other way when a group of friends enter the gym and not provide any sort of verification. They don’t check to see if you’ve scanned in or verified your right to be at this gym, be it as a guest or a paying member. Thirdly, this gym does NOT have showers, saunas, etc. My main issue is that I can’t justify the price of the annual fee and monthly fee of this gym, because all you receive in return is a bare bones service led by poor management. I’m disappointed, I love supporting local businesses but I don’t want to spend my money supporting a poor business model.

Fantastic experience: If you haven’t been to Rebirth gym in Hesperia, you are missing out . First let me say, I never thought I would like/love a gym . I decided to start going to the gym to try and battle the fatigue I have after having cancer treatments . This gym is amazing. It has to be the cleanest gym around ( yes I checked others out) , everything from the floor, to bathrooms to equipment is pristine. That was the first thing I noticed going in. The staff is so friendly and helpful . Always welcoming. The equipment works flawlessly , and lots of equipment to use . They even offer Zumba classes. I signed up with a trainer ( Rebecca) , I explained why I wanted to work out, and what my goals were. She helps me to meet those goals. She is always so encouraging , helpful and happy. So if you get a chance , you should look her up for training , through Rebirth gym. It’s become a family thing now, there are at least 5 of us going . This is the best gym going!!

Fantastic experience: My lady and I were able to check out the gym with a day pass thanks to Andrew, The gym and locker rooms are very clean with a bunch of brand new equipment and lots of variety to choose from including a large room for class or group activities. Staff and other gym members were very respectful and courteous combined with great gym etiquette. The club also had a nice section in the front of the gym apparel ranging from shirts- crew necks at reasonable prices . Unfortunately I don’t stay in the Hesperia but if I did I would make Rebirth lifting club my home gym and would love to come back in the future. Highly recommend it to anyone who’s serious about their fitness goals

These guys did us the huge favor of re-opening this very convenient location, but taking it over under a new name, Rebirth Lifting Club. There's literally everything you need here to get huge. Plenty of dumbells, isolate machines and even a posing room for you 4 percent body fat monsters. If you're scared of getting sick mask up and come see for yourself that this gym is clean clean. WYD. Sign up, cop a tee, and sesh it out at the RBLC.
