Negative experience: Be very careful with these people. The owners of this gym make very strange transactions on my checking account, including high late fees on automatic monthly membership deductions. They just charge me $20 dlls for a late fee, and for no good reason on my joint acct, my payment is set up on automatic checking withdrawal. They will make withdrawals before the due date for the membership, and then, they deposit the money back to the account.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Lara for about two months now and she’s hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. She pushes me past my limit and I’ve seen a TREMENDOUS difference in my body already. If you need a trainer book Lara!!!

Fantastic experience: I love Fitness 19. I have been a member for awhile but in December I started working with a trainer for the first time. I continue to see results. My trainer is Carlos Alvarez and he has been a Godsend. Very knowledgeable, Professional, understand my goals and so genuinely concerned. I look forward to our sessions . He is organized, focused and seem to have a plan that is tailor made for me. Also, i really must say that everyone is so kind, flexible and make me feel welcomed evertime i arrive. Negative experience: The gym is not bad, it has everything an average person will want/need. The only problem I had was the cancellation of my membership. I moved out of the city in April of 2023 and cancelled way ahead. Had to do it twice! And they still wanted to charge me for June. I didn’t pay and they sent me to collections. Called back again complaining about it, told me I could just pay $10 bucks and waived all the late fees and then I could just do it from a website. Paid $10 bucks, went in to the website and my surprise I had to pay now $50 bucks for cancelling my contract, which I should not have paid I was a member for two years. I completed the commitment, why do I had to pay again? What a theft!

Fantastic experience: i love this gym i train every monday thanks to Isaac the manager setting me up with a game plan I hit goals every week with Josh! When you come in its always clean and smells good they care about the gym and me!

Fantastic experience: If you want a place that is well kept with friendly trainers and friendly employees, This is the place. The staff from top to bottom, Isaac, Josh, Travis, Lara, Genice Ricky etc make you feel not only welcomed but are helpful. Restrooms and changing rooms, and equipment are all always cleaned as well and maintained by Miss Irma. She does a freat service keeping the gym up tothe cleanest standards. Fantastic experience: Clean gym people keep to themselves. Staff is friendly and will help if you need it. I work out with Robert for personal training twice a week and always get a good workout.

Fantastic experience: We all need that helpful cheerful gesture every morning if we wake up grumpy.. this place is enjoyable with a nice staff .. calm ,peaceful and smiles everywhere you turn..the negativity stays outside where you can enjoy your positive work out..A worker that goes by the name of Irma also greets you while she’s cleaning the mess people leave behind. She’s the only one I see working hard to make the gym look spotless clean.. very nice person and hard worker.. i recommend this gym to positive outgoing people with goals to they health. Fantastic experience: Nice gym, well kept. All the guys are super nice and knowledgeable and have always helped me with anything I needed. If you’re looking for a trainer I recommend Robert Torres, he’s amazing. Trained with him for about 3 months and he did not disappoint. He’s very professional and reliable. I was given a workout plan and meal plan and I’ve been following it since and I am seeing the results I want thanks to him.

Negative experience: I want to cancel my membership but you guys make it impossible even when it tells me to show up to do it you guys tell me otherwise.

Positive experience: Not everyone that uses the gym can be helpful; employees are most of the time. The equipment are always clean and well taken care of. Another pull up bar would be nice because when i'm there is always someone using it.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. And clean. It does have its peak rush Hr like every gym. But once you become a regular you learn how to work around those Hrs.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to fitness 19 since 2018 and the attitude of the staff has never changed! They’re always so personable and helpful! They keep the equipment and grounds clean. I also worked here for a few months in 2022 and it was a great environment to be a part of.
Negative experience: It's a small gym which I enjoy but it's always dirty. There are only two changing rooms and no extra amenities like massage chairs. Cardio machines are not in good working condition and there's only one of each weight machine. I left Planet fitness to this gym to feel more comfortable without all the influencer recording but that has changed. People are now taking tripods to record or record you while you attend classes. The only reason I haven't left is that I have a one-year obligation with this gym.

Fantastic experience: Even though it's only been a short time since I joined Fitness 19, I have really enjoyed attending the gym and it's not crowded during the morning hours that attend. Everyone has been very nice and I especially like the fact that the gym is clean. I also enjoy the Zumba classes that I started attending on Mondays and Wednesdays, with Michelle, that really gives me an extra boost. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Have you guys heard of Jason? If not, well I would love for you all to know that he provides some of the best workouts and is constantly checking on me to push me towards my fitness goals. They just launched their app and the workout programs that he creates for me are easy to follow and help me with guidance in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, close by to my home. Parking is good, staff is good but always changing. A couple of the 5ft tall male trainer there have 10 foot egos in the way they walk around but they are nice folks once you get past the egos and really, that is to be expected of any gym you go to. Lol. Their pricing is pretty reasonable. I have a lifetime membership there and to be honest, I am not really interested in going anywhere else. They have every workout machine and plenty of weights to do what I need to do in my workouts. Wish they offered a couple of boxing bags, frustration sometimes sets in if ya know what I mean lol. I highly recommend this gym.

We understand this can be very inconvenient however due to occupancy limits during COVID and our kids club attendance being very low it was best to use the square footage available to give our members more room to workout. Negative experience: Walked in to join back up after years and 7 workers were standing around front desk and didn't want to help sign me up .. Passing the job around like it was a burden... After 2 minutes i left. What a huge disappointment.

Negative experience: A TOTAL RIP-OFF - THEY WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP - tried to cancel for four months. Management ignored. After numerous calls I got my bank involved and even then they fought back to reverse charges. Finally got my refunds. Stay away from this place. Watch their response to this feedback stating that they have “straightforward cancellation process” . Don’t sign up for this place.

Fantastic experience: Fitness 19 isn’t one of the big fancy gyms with the fancy equipment, however they have equipment that is up to date and gets the job done if your there to work out! This gym is really cozy I never feel overwhelmed due to large crowds. Honestly I really enjoy this gym. The staff is amazing . Trainer “Daron” Is even more amazing he is training my 12 y/o and he is really building his confidence, he’s patient and knows how to motivate him to keep pushing but not to over exert him. I am really eager about going to the gym not any gym but Fitness

Another great trainer that I have interacted and worked out with is Ricky. they are both great trainers and know what they are talking about! They both push me to my limits and don’t allow me to do anything less. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym in the high desert, the staff is Friendly and helpful. Lara is an incredible trainer to have, she’s energetic and super knowledgeable about health and fitness. Fantastic experience: Fitness 19 is the best spot to get your workouts in, the staff is very lively and welcoming. It’s definitely a place where you feel motivated and engaged to improve on yourself. They have just enough equipment to workout your full body. They offer training as well and I personally love Ricky Torres as my trainer. He’s helped me physically and mentally to become stronger and inspired me to become more dedicated on my goals. Very grateful for him and this gym and the reasonable prices! Also shoutout to their cleaning lady because it’s almost always spotless in there and the restroom is always smelling great.
