Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. I had pull day today and I got the most insane stretch here. They have the staple machine, nautilus lat pull down, which I’ve been trying to find for over a year now. Def will be coming here often

Fantastic experience: I visited recently on a day pass and loved the gym! Excellent selection of competition grade powerlifting equipment. Tons of specialty bars, a monolift, combo racks, calibrated plates, and much more. Bonus was the wide selection of bodybuilding equipment, dumbells, etc. Clean facility to boot. Owners/management were awesome and took good care of us! 100 percent recommend and will be back!

Fantastic experience: They had a fun group workout! The instructors were friendly, and the music was on point. I was sore the next day, so the class did its job. They had all the essential weight lifting machines as well. Loved the different country flags that they have up for decoration.

I just started my first gym membership ever at the new location around Nov 2023 at 49 y/o. Looking to get strong and fit, not big. The gym has everything you need without all the fluff. No contracts, just $50/mo and not very busy when I go, typically 4-6pm weekdays and Saturday.

More staff, more equipment, and better experience (now with air conditioning!) with better facilities and physical therapy staff. Great atmosphere with friendly and supportive people, still hands-down the best gym in the DFW area. If you wanna get strong, come on over. We’ll help ya out.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion this is a great gym, it’s got plenty of machine and free weights, not always super busy so everything is open to use I especially love the turf inside and the boxing equipment in there. Dre is who I usually see in there and he’ll help you out in any way.
