Positive experience: This is definitely a great gym. The reason for the 4 starts and not 5, is the hours of operation. Sometimes I get off work at 7PM and with the gym closing at 8 PM makes it difficult. It be nice to seen them open until 10 PM at least.

Fantastic experience: Physiofit is my favorite of all gyms! Everything i need for my work out, the owners are par excellence, and they play the best work out musik of any gym any where any time!

You know there can be more than 1 person with their names starting with the letter D. Update to 5 Stars because it's a small business, well managed, clean, nice environment. Mgmt is very laxed about membership, maybe too laxed, owner should really implement stricter policies. Original review was flagged/deleted. Detesting one trainer with the flamer hair for mocking impaired children of his colleague shouldn't tarnish entire gym reputation. He is compulsively dishonest and a troublemaker though so expected lol.

Negative experience: Trainers are GREAT! Especially Shawn, management has really gone downhill since ownership change about a year ago, plus an archaic cancellation policy, they want you to sign up on an app (no other way) but you have to write them to cancel, i guess its a good way to squeeze that extra month out of you! EDIT: theyre also pretty aggressive on how they choose to approach bad reviews, like literally contact you on a Sunday to just tell you you are wrong on your opinion

Fantastic experience: Best classic gym in Dallas. Most knowledgeable trainers. This is a gym to do things that make you better. Leave your iPhone in the car.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in DFW. This review is long overdue as I'm no longer a member there but loved my time when I was there. Clean and great equipment, with a reasonable price, and the trainers there are all very supportive. Not much more you need beyond that! As a key plus - this gym also makes it easy to cancel when needed, which can't always be said for most gyms.

Fantastic experience: I just got a membership and started coming here and I’m obsessed. By far best gym I’ve ever been to, I never want to leave. It’s never very crowded, which was the selling point for me. I’ve always felt super uncomfortable in larger, busier gyms as a woman who lifts, but not here!

Fantastic experience: This gym is very clean and not as hectic as some of the larger chains. They provide towels and have a nice dressing/shower area and on the women's side provide tools like a blow dryer, curling iron, etc. so you're not having to lug a bunch of additional things with you. They have keyless lockers that are very convenient. This gym is owned by a husband and wife team, and the first time I visited I felt very welcome. I was given a short tour and even given some advice on using some of the machines. There are people of various age groups here, so you will not feel out of place if you're on the 40+ side. Everyone is very friendly, but they also do not hover over you. There is no hard selling for services here. I like that the machines in the gym are sectioned out by type so that you can follow a circuit in a sequence instead of searching around the gym for various equipment. Cardio machines are grouped together, leg machines grouped, etc. There are a couple of machines I miss from other gyms, but at the same time there is a sufficient amount of machines to work out all of the muscle groups. Overall a very clean and friendly environment for working out.

Fantastic experience: Great facility with excellent equipment and indoor turf areas which I personally love for some of my interval cardio stuff. Lots of free weight and plate loading equipment and really high end machines. Nice open floorplan and good equipment layout for supersets/circuit style training. Also have some more exotic stuff like a sissy squat chair, a weight sled, TRX stations, all sorts of cardio machines including a stair mill and trotter, and about every band configuration there is. Very friendly but no nonsense environment to get in a good workout. I've actually trained in this gym since I was a kid (over 20 years...) going back to its old location before they rebranded. They've got great trainers if you're not familiar with training and want to learn, want to learn something new, or are just more motivated with someone to hold you accountable. I've worked with Shawn periodically for years and can personally say he's amazing.

Fantastic experience: A great facility, clean, organized, not crowded has all the free weights and machines you could want along with cardio machines and other cool things like ropes and a push sled. Staff is very kind and helpful and the gym is affordable!

Fantastic experience: This gym reignited my fitness journey having everything I need and no judgement from anyone. If I could recommend a gym to anyone it would be this one. I don’t even pay for training and the trainers will offer tips to you showing how much care they put into their field. Fair pricing and amazing experience. Fantastic experience: I went to Physiofit while in town for two weeks. I wanted a gym that wasn't too crowded, had flexible hours, and enough equipment to do a variety of workouts. That is EXACTLY what I got from Physiofit. The staff was extremely friendly, I felt like I knew them personally by the end of my two weeks there. The monthly prices are right on target for what they offer. Something that stood out here from other gyms is that it felt like a community as soon as I walked in. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable too! At no point in time was it ever TOO crowded! I wish this gym was in my home town! I will definitely be coming back to Physiofit the next time I'm in the area.

Fantastic experience: Started going to this gym about 6 months ago, I absolutely love it here. It's a very clean, you will not find a cleaner gym in the area. You will always see staff cleaning, as well as the owners working and doing their part ! There are always clean towels and personal hygiene items stocked in the bathrooms, vacuumed floors, and no trash laying around on the gym floor. As far as trainers go, the crew is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! They have a wide variety of skills, it amazes me to listen and watch the years of knowledge at work. The experience range is vast, from athletic conditioning, functional training, rehabilitation, sport training, just to mention a few. They even had a yoga nidra class, it was great! I recommend any of the trainers. One of the BEST parts of "PHYSIOFIT" they will also never hassle you to sign up under them. I am a loyal Physiofit client and can't say thank you enough to the crew and the owners. Fantastic experience: The staff and members are super friendly, it’s a very welcoming environment. The only drawback is that they don’t have any Bella Barbells (at least that I’ve seen). I lift competitively from time to time and I want to be able to practice with barbells similar to what I’d be using in competition. Plus the skinnier bars are easier for me to grip and maintain form on things like cleans and snatches. Edit: I didn’t think to just ask for a Bella bar. I appreciate Hans responding so quickly. Great owner who helped me find a gym similar to this gym in my new area when I had to move. HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: I like this place is way bigger then the old gym I use to go to a lot of great equipment. Most of all I recommend trainer Alvin Taye I have been working with Alvin for almost six months now he is very enthusiastic and energetic. He will meet your needs in every way possible and take you to the the next level you want to be. Come check him out if you get a chance.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in the world. Can't believe it's almost been 2 years since I've joined. The staff here is amazing. The gym is always very clean, all the trainers are incredibly nice, equipment is fantastic, it has a wonderful family feel where you're actually happy to come here and train around good people. It's a hidden gem(no pun intended) and I couldn't imagine training anywhere else.

Positive experience: I've been training here for several months now and my only complaint is the lack of hard floor beneath the squat racks. This isn't an issue unless you're squatting heavy. Staff is friendly and professional, all other equipment is in great condition.

Fantastic experience: Man, I absolutely love this gym. I've been going here for about a year and a half with no complaints whatsoever. Their equipment beats every chain, box gym I've been to and their price point ($40/month) is unbeatable for what they offer. You get a deadlift platform, two sturdy squat racks, and bumper plates for anyone doing big powerlifts. I like this gym so much I even drive past work further south to go here in the morning because I couldn't find anything better. Staff is friendly, always clean, and the clientele exercises proper etiquette.

Negative experience: These people do not know how to run a business. Husband called to cancel an account and they had the wrong first name the WHOLE time! Who confuses Bunny with Vinny!! Lying to make yourself look better is not professional

Negative experience: The gym facilities are good, and the staff is friendly enough, but they really struggle with running the business professionally. After calling and leaving voicemails for more than a month trying to cancel my membership, I finally was able to reach someone. They assured me that they would cancel my membership, but I discovered that they didn't actually do anything when the next month's charges appeared on my credit card bill. Now (once again after repeatedly calling to get in contact with them) they've said that they cancelled my membership again, but I'm STILL waiting on a written confirmation they promised to send me. The manager explicitly told me that they don't check voicemail because they're understaffed, so don't make the same mistake I did in thinking they would take calls seriously! In the end, I've been charged for two months I haven't been able to use simply because they don't follow through with any requests. Hopefully they've actually done what they promised this time, but I guess I'll have to wait for next month's credit card bill to know for sure!

Negative experience: I wanted to cancel my membership so I emailed in like I was to do on Facebook. I got an email back saying that I didn't have a membership there there was a Bunny but no Vinny.... So clearly autocorrect changed my name in there system. So I called in spoke to the owner. He wouldnt let me speak continued to tell me to relax. So I told him I was gping to be leaving a review so I asked for his name... He hung up on me. So I went into the gym where the owner continued to not let me explain my sitution. I got frustrated and used the F word. This is when the owner who was still not willing to give his name starts to threaten me. He then tells me its all a miscommunication beacuse his wife is new to the country and didnt know how to do her job correctly that's why I received the information in the email that was incorrect.

Staff is knowledgable. It seems the only non 5 star review was an individual who took 5 steps in the door and had one experience.... This place is great.

Negative experience: Bad experience before I was able to set foot in the gym area. Called on my way to their location and no one answered which is odd for a gym that is open. Normally they answer right away! Found it on my own finally and before I get to the front desk Ms. Singa (Indian women, I believe) puts up her finger without looking up and asks me to hold. Ok. After a few minutes she looks up and asks what I need. I tell her I'm there for a 7 day pass and again without speaking gets out a binder, pulls out the form, hands it to me then leaves without explaining exactly what I am signing. So I fill out the form and stand there until she's done re racking weights for the entire gym. I wish I was kidding. When she comes back I tell her that I filled out the form except the part where it states very clearly that if I sign I'm agreeing to a month to month membership and to cancel the membership I have to give notice and blah blah blah. I told her again I'm only here for the pass to try the place out. She then, in an annoyed tone, told me 'well then you can't use the facility'. I got a business card from the holder, wrote down her name (she was surprised I asked for it, it seemed) and then left. Gave two stars instead of one because the place actually looked pretty cool from the little I was able to see. Too bad customer service sucks.
