Fantastic experience: Went with a guy who has a membership there, and loved it. Didn't get to try everything, but I did go to a yoga class taught by Aleah and it was so relaxing. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: The staff at this gym are always willing to help and the facilities are always clean. The equipment is also some of the best you'll find around. If you need any help, Kaity and Shawn are the people to go to.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve ever been to. It’s a 25 minute drive from my home and still worth the drive everyday. Its clean, the staff learned my name within weeks of me showing up, and it’s an environment that has helped me achieve all of my fitness needs and then some.

Fantastic experience: I've belonged to about a half-dozen gyms over the years, and this one is easily the best. Spacious facility, tremendous staff, affordable, and they have a diverse clientele in regards to level of fitness, which helps it feel less intimidating. It is definitely a supportive environment, as opposed to one that is competitive or judgmental. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Alpine Family Fitness is a great gym. I work with a person trainer (Sydney) she is the best also informative, really pushes me and has corrected my form and the correct way to build my muscle.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in GR for 3 years and have not been able to find a good/convenient gym. This gym is awesome and I have been coming here for 6 months now! The staff are super friendly and helpful - especially Kaity at the front desk!!

Fantastic experience: Aaron and his staff run a great gym. This is a gym for most anyone, whether you've been training seriously for a long time or are just getting started. They just got new equipment as well. They also have a nice boxing room with six different bags. Based on what's been said about the place, I'd have to disagree. If you're looking to avoid hassles with recurring monthly charges, just buy a six month or year membership up front. There's no chance of any confusion that way. I've been a member three years now and it's by far the best gym I've ever trained at.

Fantastic experience: I just recently became a member and I have enjoyed training at this gym so far. It is clean, organized, and full of plenty of equipment. The staff are also very polite and professional. Quite a few treadmills seem to be out-of-order, but things like that just happen over time. The atmosphere feels very welcoming to people of all ages and health status. I know a lot of negative attention has revolved around the company, but it seems that has ended. My contract is simple and I have yet to experience any shady incidents.

Fantastic experience: Not only did they make me feel special when they showed me around, but Maggie (super nice) and Aaron went a step further and asked me what my goals were. They then told me exactly how the gym could tailor to my needs and personality. The attention they gave was so much better than my current gym. Best deal ever!

Fantastic experience: Hi! my name is Linda, I have been a member at Family Fitness of Alpine since December 2016. I have to say for me personally that working out and tanning at Family Fitness has made a world of a difference for me. I lost my daughter last August and became severely depressed, and stopped taking care of myself. My gym family has assisted me in regaining my confidence and I now have my great love of life back, and most importantly my sense of hope has returned. At age 61 my main concern is healthy cardiovascular and muscle tone. After 6 months of working out I have a much more firm physique then I did when I was 30 and I'm smiling again! I feel so healthy! Family Fitness in my book is literally a life saver! I cannot stress how a good workout heals not only the body but the the soul also. So grateful for Aaron and the crew for the wonderful experience. Fantastic experience: Being a student I was looking for a gym that would be affordable and work with my schedule. This gym has been both. The gym has a lot of quality cardio machines and weights. There are plenty of extra weights and machines which makes it easier to get a good workout without the wait. The gym is also really clean and there is usually a staff member cleaning every time I am there. I am greeted by an employee every time I walk in. Overall I am very satisfied with this gym and would recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym. The staff is made up of a group of incredible individuals, who are very skilled and talented. The machine and free weight options are great as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get jacked, tanned and juicy!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I think it's great that they offer childcare services while you're working out, and they are great with our kids. It has a real gym atmosphere to at as opposed to previous gyms I have had a membership to in the past. There are always classes going on if that is more your style. The staff are upbeat and personable which is always a plus and they will help you get into the best shape of your life.

They are 24/7 which helps me get my workouts in because my sleep schedule is all over the place with work. The staff is always friendly to my GF and I. They also accommodated a short term membership for us because we were placed in the area temporarily for work. The atmosphere is the best, I like the old style gyms, where people are there to work hard and you get that vibe when you walk in the door. Happy we found this place.

Fantastic experience: Large gym with a lot of free weighs and cardio machines, had a great friendly tour with Aaron who was very knowledgeable. They have great monthly rates, and everyone we came into contact with was super friendly. Plus they have a lot of different classes which is an added feature that everyone will like. Also for the ladies out there, they have a women only weight machine zone, so you gals can workout in peace. Recommend this place 100%

Fantastic experience: I always feel very welcome when I am here due to the friendly staff and members. The gym is huge, and I feel like I have my own space to workout. The cleaning staff does an amazing job keeping things clean as well. Overall this gym is a great environment and I highly recommend checking it out!

Fantastic experience: I love this Gym! I come here everyday. The people are great and the staff are helpful and supportive. I stopped in and saw Aaron the manager there and he hooked me up with an awesome deal! He helped me get a fitness plan set up and I've achieved all my goals so far.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the gym for two years and so far it has been nothing but pleasant experiences. The staff is always very helpful, and the fellow gym goers are very welcoming. Plus they make amazing protein shakes and have scoops of pre-workout available if you didn't bring your own. The entire gym, including the locker rooms, are very well maintained.

Fantastic experience: When I first posted about this gym, I wasn't sure how I was going to like it. I just knew the staff was phenomenal with the care and attention of the guests. After going for a while now, I could not be more happy with the choice of making Alpine Family Fitness my gym. Not only is my trainer Derick pushing me in my workouts, other staff members at the gym will say very supportive and motivating things to me as well. If i have a question I can text my trainer. If i need to reschedule, just ask. The members here truly are concerned for your physical and emotional well being. If you want a gym where the members will celebrate your victories , this is perfect for you. As for the establishment, the gym is kept clean at all times. The convenience of 24 hrs is great , no need to make changes with your daily schedule, just come at your leisure. They have an array of equipment you can use; from cardio, to cables, to free weights, to heavy bags, you name it they probably have it. Other services at family fitness include; massage, tanning, classes (yoga/zumba/cycling) and even hair salon. This has been a great investment for my confidence! So if you want to start investing in yourself too, go see the wonderful Aaron at the front desk to set up your membership.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, this gym is absolutely fantastic. I have gone to a few gyms and this is by far the all around best gym I have ever been to. Not only do they have all the equipment and room you could need, but their staff and trainers are some of the most genuine, friendly, and motivating people. I've never felt so at home at a gym, it really is like a big family there. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: All the staff that I have met at Family Fitness of Alpine have been phenomenal. The gym has a great atmosphere. The trainers that I have met have been super friendly. Also, I can't say enough good things about Chad Curtis, the director of personal training, at least I think that's his title. I have met with him multiple times, and he is awesome. He definitely knows his stuff, and it shows when you just looks at the guy. He is totally willing to set anyone up with the trainer and training plan that they need to achieve their fitness goals. From fitness to nutrition, he is the one that I go to for help and advice that I need. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Fantastic experience: Family fitness is so awesome. I love this place for having such friendly staff, great workout equipment and a wide variety of classes available. Aaron gave me the grand tour and helped me get signed up for the VIP Gold membership - which includes many perks, I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about coming here or joining a gym anywhere for that matter.

Fantastic experience: I love attending the cardio and strength training classes taught by Sandie. She has a great attitude, is very personable and knowledgeable about how to get a good hard workout in without getting injured. The gym is pretty clean. I also really appreciate Ms. Julie who runs the child-care. She is excellent with my son, and the other children. Julie is very caring and goes above and beyond in taking care of the children. I appreciate the fact that they have child-care, it makes getting a workout in, much less complicated.

Fantastic experience: The best thing about this gym is my trainer Alicia. She is amazing with working around my ability and likes. She always has a smile and pleasant to be around. My first month and half working with her I was down 2% body fat. This review is purely of her abilities. She's great and would suggest her.

In addition to having an extremely large variety of workout equipment, 24 unlimited access, and free tanning, the staff is phenomenal. Jason was extremely helpful. He was very welcoming and made sure to help me figure out a plan that worked for me. I honestly couldn't be happier with my new membership and I'm so glad to be part of such an awesome facility.

Fantastic experience: I love your facility lots of equipment. A great big room for classes. Your staff is very friendly. It's a great place to go. My favorite instructor is Crystal Gail Cunningham. I been in three different classes she teaches and she is awesome. Her Wednesday nite hip hop yoga is great. Hope more people come out and join the fun

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gyms I've been to! The equipment is a mix between old school and new school and really just an all around great place if your trying to build yourself! From the family fitness staff to the trainers everyone has a great attitude in a very cool environment. I'm glad to be part of this experience so come on in and join! Low prices, great equipment, and awesome people! AND they host amazing classes which are great for multiple ages!

Fantastic experience: Being new to the area I was really concerned about finding a gym to meet my needs. I met with Chad. He asked me a wide array of questions to help best identify my personal health goals and needs! He truly went above an beyond! I have since been a member for about 5 mouths, Ted, my personal trainer is awesome. he encourages me to do better and better. Overall the atmosphere is friendly and everyone there on the staff is super helpful!

Fantastic experience: Family Fitness has an awesome staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The gym is always clean and equipped with towels for during your workout as well as for showering. The trainers are pretty awesome as well. If it wasn't for Keisha, I wouldn't be losing the weight and toning up the places I want to tone. Fantastic experience: Chris and chad and the whole staff have been great, Family Fitness has been a life changer for me, I was out of shape and tired ALL THE TIME. I signed up and started coming in every morning getting my workout in, if i had any questions, or needed a spot, the staff were right there to help. Thank you to the whole staff. On top of that they really have done a great job inside, looks great!

Fantastic experience: My absolute favorite gym in the area. I have been here for over 4 years and couldn't be happier. Our staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Our trainers get our clients some of the best results I've seen. It is a family friendly environment but has all the equipment you need as a serious athlete. There have been so many updates in the last 6 months and our members are super excited about them. Give us a call or stop in see us. Fantastic experience: This is the biggest ACTUAL gym in the area! They have great equipment and an awesome staff! I always see Jason at the front and he is great at figuring out classes/ personal trainers that are right for you to better your lifestyle. Keisha is my personal trainer and she is great! She set up a great plan to meet my goals and is on top of her scheduling to always makes time to meet when we need to. Between the staff and the equipment and the size of the place it would be hard to go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Chris Johnson as my trainer now for almost two months and I am seeing amazing results from the custom workouts and nutrition plan. Fantastic experience: My gf and I signed up a couple of months ago and we have enjoy going there. Jason and the staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions you have about proper technique. We signed up for a personal trainer, Tad, and he has helped us work toward our goals and we see gains after every month when we check our progress. By far the best gym I have joined with plenty of equipment and room.
