Positive experience: My only problem with this gym is Noone is ever at the desk to answer questions or calls

Positive experience: The Good: -24 hour access that's hard to find elsewhere -Nice steam room that is almost always operational -Good amount of new equipment -Not usually too crowded -Fellow members are kind and respectful -Plenty of bench press/squat rack setups -Typically very clean The Bad: -Only 1 full cable system setup -Passive aggressive notes from management plastered throughout the facility -Only 1 single person restroom for each gender The Ugly: -Staff ensures the return of missing equipment that never shows -If you want to cancel your membership, you must do so in person Overall, it's an above average gym. Nothing stellar. Nothing horrible.

Negative experience: I went in over winter break to get a gym membership. I told the employee working that I only needed one month. They ensured me that I would only be charged for one month. They told me it was a one time transaction and I wouldn’t be charged again. I went to back to school later that month and forgot about it. They have charged me two additional times for a total of $66 while I am 4 hours away at school. I had to beg them on the phone to stop because they said their policy is that you have to come into the gym to cancel. Little hard to do when I’m 4 hours away. They refused to refund me. I have gone to OFC every winter and summer break of college, but after this I absolutely will not be going back. This is not how you run a business.

Negative experience: Only 2 showers no locker rooms quite a bit sketchy/broken equipment . Just not a good vibe from the gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a nice place to work out! You can go anytime as it's open 24/7, it's clean, they have an array of machines between 2 giant rooms, and the staff is really nice. It's never crowded at all when I go (which varies). I'd definitely give this gym a try!

Negative experience: Usually a disorganized mess, and the staff are rarely present at their desk towards the end of their hours, which end quite early for a 24/7 gym, and you can only cancel a gym membership in person. Some of us have lives that require a tight schedule, hence why we sign up for a 24/7 gym.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed in their false advertising about tanning hours. I have been in there 4 times in the last 2 weeks to workout and tan after.. Hours for tanning only Mon-Friday start at 10 am. No one there at 10:300, 11:20, 11:15 last time no one was there at 11:50!!! False advertisement UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Sheila Habel!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a smaller, more personal gym, I'd highly recommend this place. It's very clean with 24hr access, not to mention the great customer service! Had a small hiccup with applying for the gym, and got a same-day response from Brandon, a very helpful staff member.
