Negative experience: Dawn the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I signed up here about a year ago and one of the main questions I asked was if my son who is in a stroller is allowed and I was told yes. For over a year we have gone no issues. Today we are there minding our own business and lo and behold Dawn comes out of left field screaming and yelling telling me to take my son and get out that I can’t have him in there. When it’s been fine for over a year and no one has said anything before. That B needs to be fireddd

Fantastic experience: Dawn, the manager in Findlay is absolutely awesome. I signed up with her almost two years ago. I am continuously working hard and she’s a huge encouragement. Braydon, my personal trainer is absolutely fabulous. He knows how to joke around, when to be serious, and helps me fight the tears. He makes sure that I am getting the best out of our sessions. After my knee surgery, I had issues walking correctly, with Braydon’s help and Dawns encouragement. I can actually walk upstairs unassisted and I am in the best shape of my life. Not only is the staff, friendly and encouraging, so are the actual gym members.I wholeheartedly would recommend anybody looking for a gym to go to, I would check into Anytime Fitness!!!!

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness is a gym facility for all types of lifestyles. As an employee with irregular hours, AF has given me the access and equipment to stay in top shape. The staff will help its members achieve their health goals with vast knowledge and understanding. AF has the atmosphere of a community more than a gym.

Negative experience: Simply disappointed with the manager’s behavior. I was blacklisted based on a lie with zero evidence, due to the fact that I was previously a gym owner/competitor in the area, and she claims I attempted to poach members while working out at Anytime as an owner of another local club. That being said, I challenge them to investigate the scans made by me to enter at that time or present some sort of evidence. I wasn’t using the membership, I was just stuck in a 3-year contract, which again, was left unused. I simply wanted to sign back up at this time to workout with a friend who goes to Anytime, but based on the reviews I’m reading, it’s not a great idea anyhow. Keep in mind, I sold my gym a year and a half ago. Good luck getting out of your contracts, everyone.

Fantastic experience: Great experience.

Negative experience: This gym is great until you attempt to cancel. Everything is automated, from the cooperate end. Club Manager sent an extremely misleading email stating that my membership was canceled immediately and everything was waved, only for me to continue getting emails stating that I owed them money. This seems to be a trend with this gym based on the reviews. Club manager was also extremely rude and misleading.

Negative experience: Staff was extremely rude when I tried to cancel my membership. When getting the membership I had told them I only wanted a short membership as I was only there for school for another year or two. She gave me a five year contract that I have been stuck in. Now that it’s over they didn’t cancel it and have been charging me without my knowledge when I asked to cancel she sent me another phone number and rudely hung up on me. The gym is nice but I will NEVER get a membership from here again and the Dawn is extremely rude and nasty to deal with. If I were you I’d stay clear of this place

She worked with me to find a plan that best fit me. She was very knowledgeable about all parts of staying fit. Highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Findlay AF for two years now. When I started, I really was not sure what to do to best achieve my goals. Started personal training and have seen great progress! If you have the extra money to spare for training, would definitely recommend! I train with Braydon and he creates workout programs for me each week and makes sure I not only get good, efficient workouts in, but do exercises correctly and safely. I receive quick responses for questions and training is flexible if I need to take a session off for work, vacation, illness, etc. The general manager, Dawn, is wonderful and very friendly! Always very welcoming and gets to know the members. If you have any questions or concerns, Dawn will be sure to help! Also, very satisfied with the equipment. There is a good mix of machines and free weights. They got a few new machines and rigs recently too, so the wait time has really decreased which is great! Cannot think of any issues/complaints I’ve had so far and plan to stick with the gym for the foreseeable future!

Fantastic experience: I am not the type of person who normally writes reviews, but I am so fond and proud to be a member of this gym, that I felt the need to. From the people that workout here, to the incredibly knowledgeable and passionate trainers, to the way that Dawm very compassionately and strategically manages this place. I read a negative review about this gym that stated money means more to this gym than it's members. I have been a member here for 7 years and couldn't disagree more with this comment. Obviously this person never stepped foot in this place because we are a family here. ALL of us. No matter if you've been a meme for 3 days or 20 years. That's what sets us apart from other gyms. Everyone is so close here, and everyone encourages everyone to get to their fitness goals regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. That statement is the furthest thing from the truth and honestly extremely irresponsible to write about a business that you never took part in. The facility manager, Dawn, has a gift of cohesively managing all of the different types of personalities in this place in a way that only Dawn can. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable about their health goals and makes sure they are equiped with all the tools that Anytime Fitness has to offer to reach them. This is not just a day to day job for her. She LOVES this place and from the moment you meet with her you can tell that this gym is part of her DNA. This gym is the best gym in Findlay because she's managing it. 10 stars

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness is such a great place! It’s not just another gym out there to get a great workout ,the GM Dawn is top-notch when it comes to customer service . She is an all around great person to get you set up with your membership and treats you like family! . I have been coming here for over nine years and I wouldn’t ever wanna be anywhere else , because it’s more like a family than anything . If you’re looking for a wonderful place to get yourself back to where you would like to be , I totally recommend. Love it here!

Despite not setting foot in an anytime fitness facility for literally 7 months and explaining to Dawn I moved away to help my struggling grandparents I'm *still* being charged an absurd amount for services I never used and just to cancel the membership. If you live nearby and don't plan on going anywhere else--or if you've already got an Anytime Fitness account from elsewhere--maybe this place is worth going. Otherwise, Planet Fitness is literally right across the street. Money means more than people here. You'd be better off purchasing a treadmill and some adjustable dumbbells on FB marketplace than giving these people any of your money. Any place that causes this much hassle isn't worth signing up for. Stick to Planet Fitness or Snap 24/7. Better prices at one, less predatory contracts at the other.

Negative experience: I've already post a review but now here is yet another one. Been having issue with my payment however there was someone who was supposed to put my new card on the account. It's been at least two months since I've been charged. Tried calling 4 times during the time people are supposed to be there to see if my account was just removed because if not it would be there fault the payments are late and there late fees are outrageous. But I don't know if I owe anything because they won't pick up there phone. Currently worried about them trying to send me to collections if I do owe anything and now wishing I could get out of the dreadful contract if not removed already. I don't have to money to end up in a legal battle and I swear that's what's going to end up happening. I do NOT recommend coming here if you want people who are professional.

Negative experience: Good location but I keep getting charged 47.24 instead of the price I signed to pay for costing me almost 100 dallors a month compared to other places that's almost 9x more. Even if your sick or something they'll still charge you. I've tried to call to get out of the contract and they claimed that you couldn't and they make it sound all nice and warming but then they trap you making you pay more in the long run. Skyler Lance Update: changed my card and pretty sure the one guy didn't update it yet so now I'm being contacted over and over again. So I'm pretty sure there trying to steal even more money. What a lovely establishment. This place is a joke they'll do anything to make you owe them more money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not to mention they never answer the phone.

Negative experience: Don't join gym, way to expensive and there is no way to get out of contract. Dawn at Findlay Anytime Fitness is very rude and unprofessional. Their Fitness challenge is a joke. Threatened to send me to collections for something I am not even using. UPDATE: After the joke of a challenge that I spent $499.00 for and ended up hurting my back and knee, they now put me in collections. What a joke. You would think the money they have already received from me would have been enough.

Fantastic experience: The people there are nice and uplifting I always feel better just from saying hi and having small talk on top of the awesome work out spin class is fun even if you're a beginner like me Dawn is very nice and positive

Negative experience: I'm being over charged almost every month it cost me 47 something instead of the 27 something I signed a contract to pay. It sould inly cost 50 something a month instead its costing me almost over 100 dallors. Save your money and do not sign the contract there is no way out. The account is skyler Lance. I've called about it before yet still being charged almost 50 dallors every time at least 4 times out of around 8-10 payments. There's also no warning that a payment is due so you don't have a heads up if you need to have money in your account.

I would recommend if you’re looking to sign up, LOOK OVER THE CONTRACT. If you have a change of heart down the road, they will not accommodate. Be careful signing up for Anytime Fitness. Also, when I voiced my opinion on the phone with a little spice, they hung up the phone. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: As an employee, I couldn't be happier with the environment and my coworkers. We are all on the same page looking to achieve the same goal, which is to help our members achieve their goals! As a member, if there was anything bad to say at all, it would be that occasionally it gets pretty busy. While it may be slightly inconvenient, it just goes to show what a great environment we have that so many people want to train here. Being an athlete in combat sports, I consider myself beyond lucky to have such a high-level facility with everything I could possibly need to execute my training sessions. Stop by and check it out, you will be glad you did!

Negative experience: I can never get ahold of anyone! If I ever do get a hold of someone it's a trainer and they can't do nothing about my account! Best they can do is leave a message for the person in charge and by the time they get back to me and I respond I don't hear nothing back and starts the cycle all over again! Ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: After shopping around a bit, I landed at Anytime Fitness and had the pleasure of working with Dawn. I'm SO glad I did!! Anytime Fitness is more than a gym - it is a community & a whole culture of kind hearted & motivated people. I assume due to the atmosphere management has worked to create. The equipment was clean and in great working condition. I mainly needed squat rack and was pleased to see that they had two, and a great range of weights so I was always able to level up as needed. They also had a huge selection of kettle bells and dumbbells so my workout was never lacking!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Anytime Fitness Findlay since August 2020. I absolutely love this gym and all of the staff. They truly care about every single member. I consider them my friends and my family. The environment is upbeat and people (members) are friendly. You are asked to sign a contract, however you have several options. I had zero issues with my contract and am now on a month to month membership. I would highly recommend this facility without any hesitation. It’s also an added bonus that when I travel out of town I can go to any AF gym, which sure beats using hotel gyms. I would also recommend working with their trainers. They are very professional and they care about each clients health journey. I am so thankful to have found a place that I love so much. If you’re reading this and thinking about joining, I would highly recommend going for it.

Negative experience: Dawn only has achieved a high rating for this franchise by blackmailing members who don't give 5 star reviews with illegal fees. She has been excessively rude to me on more than one occasion and her membership has a monthly service fee instead of the yearly one at other locations.

Positive experience: The great thing about having a membership is that you can stop at any of the gyms near you area, while visiting family and do a quick work out.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great gym, im a big guy who is quiet, doesnt post or comment alot, and definitely have my own insecurities but the staff and people in this gym have built a beautiful culture, everyone is always so very friendly so happy to just be there. Without it im not sure if i would of made it this far it really takes a net of great people to facilitate the courage to take these steps in a fitness journey, i cant show how happy i really am to be here ive made so many friends and its become home for me. Highly reccomend to anyone new or experienced to stop out and just try this place once, you’ll love it.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. I’ve been to many different gyms and this gym is my favorite by far. The equipment is always kept up and the facility is very clean. The staff are kind and always ready to help answer any questions you have regarding your membership, the space, form questions, etc. I highly suggest trying it out for the free seven days to check it out and then join us! Oh, and the spin class is the BEST in town!

Fantastic experience: I worked out there for a few weeks when I was in Findlay for work. It's a big open gym with lots just about any equipment you could ever need. Staff is really nice and helpful plus the gym is clean and members are friendly..

Fantastic experience: Nice amount of space and equipment selection. I prefer the AF over the PF across the road due to the free weight, platform, and open floor space for those Plyometric days. This is the best gym in Findlay, IMO.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy that I’ve joined Anytime Fitness. As soon as you walk in the door and being greeted by Dawn, you felt like you’re making the right decision. They gym is very clean, and the people are friendly. Jody is caring and wasn’t pushy for me to sign up, I felt she knew deep down I wanted to change how I felt about myself. Signed up with a personal trainer, Seth and he has been wonderful to work with.

Fantastic experience: I joined Anytime Fitness after being at Planet Fitness for years. I can honestly say that this place is a true judgement free zone and has equipment for all your needs. The gains and overall fitness/health I’ve gotten from this place in just a few months is loads more than years at other gyms. The staff and other gym members are very friendly and I always feel like there is enough room for me to do my thing while others do there thing. If your even considering going to the gym this is the place to go and it’s not even close.

Negative experience: When the gym shut down due to COVID-19 they continued to charge my account. I left multiple messages over a few months span to have someone call me back regarding my account, no one returned any of my calls. When I finally got ahold of someone they told me that there would be no refunds and they were adding a month onto my contract "for free". Well it isn't free, that is not what my contract originally stated when I asked for a refund during the months the gym was closed, they denied my request. This is unethical. There was NO communication sent out to the members, no other options available.

The whole place has a welcoming feeling that has not been there in years. If you've not checked out Anytime Fitness in awhile, please do. They have new rates and deals that fit any budget. And, if you're a AAA member call the office to see how you can get additional savings when you join the Active & Fit Program. Anytime Fitness participates in this money-saving program.

Positive experience: I didn't get to go in. It's not as the name is advertised, "Anytime", it's open sometimes. They posted a sign in-front that said 0600-2000 (for an attendant) if memory serves. There were two people working out in the gym when I went there around 2200 that seen me get rejected at the locked door and only bothered to flip me off for some reason. I try to look for the best in people and assume they were working out their hands. So, in summery...late gym goers looking for a new gym get ready to leave your hopes and motivation at the door because it's sure not going to follow you on the sad walk back to your car.
