Negative experience: Only kept my membership due to the location of my home at the time. For 5 years I was a member and for those 5 years came an annual fee for “ gym enhancement “. Broken equipment, unsanitary equipment and lack of staff didn’t help. The only rowing machine has had a broken handle for 5 years and never fixed with the enhancement fees. Paying for a membership to use the gym and many times an unscheduled class was there or a random group practicing dancing ( non members). If you aren’t “ in” with owner and management you are swept to the side while certain members get certain perks. Staff is never available and leaves those new to working out to fend for themselves. Very simple to cancel my membership moved into a bigger and more friendly and clean gym. Later

Negative experience: Tried calling this place three days in a row and messaged then on fb asking for rates. They refused to answer the simple question of " what are you rates ?" Asked me for a tour, I declined and asked rates again to be ignored and left on read.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Never overcrowded, staff are always super helpful and friendly. Well equipped, safe, and well lit. Nice selection of classes and personal trainers. Overall 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Individual Membership does seemed pricey, but group rates are moderate. I like the 24 hour availability. This is my family's new hang out spot. We visit and get healthy exercise at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Snap is a friendly environment. Everyone's focus is healthy , safe, fun place to exercise and burn some calories.
